    "My boyfriend got a car 321 drive , I honestly think it was way to much money for all that was already wrong with the car gave us the car with a flat spare tire, check engine light on day we took it home brought it back they said nothing wrong with it which was a lie so time went on they repossession the car and instead of letting us clean out the car our self they put our stuff on bags and my Apple Watch was left under the seat and I know it was left cause I drop it down the sit the day before they took it, anyway I called just to get my watch back , the representative I spoke to was very rude and insisted that my watch wasn’t in there because they cleaned the out already thoroughly she said , as I’m telling her that I know for a fact it’s in there because I’m the one who dropped it, so she kept going back-and-forth with saying I’m lying that my watch is it in there, and they never found , and then I told him that I am going to report it to the police because I know for a fact it was in there and then she calls me the next day and leaves a voicemail saying that they found my watch under the seat where I told her originally it was there I did block the number after they told me it wasn’t in there, so I finally check my voicemail months ago I heard that it was found, but I never had a way up there to retrieve the watch went up there when I finally had the opportunity to and they tell me that they disposed of or it was disposed of a brand new Apple Watch disposed of , I’m like are you serious who is the fool because nobody is going to throw a electronic Apple Watch in the trash so now I’m out of a watch that was on my cellular device plan and currently to this day was paying for it "

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!! **Most of these comments are fake anyway because they give you a free $10 Kroger gift card during your purchase if you give them a good google review and show it to them! On March 22, 2018, I purchased the vehicle that is the subject of this complaint. Beginning on March 31, 2018, I began having several serious problems with the vehicle, including the main computer having to be replaced by a Dodge dealer and the vehicle needing a completely NEW ENGINE. After substantial debate with 321, they agreed to cover these costs due to the fact that I had just purchased the vehicle. However, I incurred expenses related to the vehicle being out of service including lost time from work, car rentals from Enterprise, and Uber expenses. That is only one part of my complaint. The most important issue that I want to bring to your attention is the predatory nature of both the lending and business practices of 321 Drive, Inc. Specifically, I put $4,000 down on the vehicle, was given a loan at almost 25% interest, and had payments due every 2 weeks in the amount of $275.00. When I got the vehicle I was in a situation where I had little to no credit so I had to go to a "tote the note" type dealer. I feel the practices of 321 Drive, Inc. are predatory because I only missed one payment and they quickly repossessed the vehicle I believe they did this so that they could keep all of the money I paid to date and put the vehicle back on their lot for resale. With regard to insurance that I was supposed to maintain, I tried to purchase a product from them called Debt Cancellation Coverage (DCC) which they accept in place of car insurance, and at the point that they were ready to repossess the vehicle they refused to offer me the coverage. Additionally, I believe that they are penalizing me for the fact that they had to put a new motor in the vehicle (they found one with 60,000 miles on it) and make several other necessary repairs. The loan terms were already predatory in nature but to repossess a vehicle after missing one payment and refuse to negotiate the return of the vehicle is bad business practice and this company preys on people who are already in a very bad financial situation. Their advertisement says they make car buying easy but this has been a nightmare from day one! I am a single parent who has 2 children and I really needed that vehicle to get to work and get my kids to school/daycare. Because I have these obligations, I am more than willing to pay my bill but 321 Drive was only interested in selling a vehicle that didn't work and taking my money. They thought they were going to repossess it and keep my money without me bringing their business practices to light.

f there was an option below 1 star, I'd rate that. It all started when I purchased the vehicle in 2013... I purchased the car only to find out the next day I only had a valet key. They told me that that's what the car came with & getting me a key was "not something they normally do". When I came to pick up my key I mentioned that the visors were broken and they told me I did it. Because yeah, I invest $10 grand in a car & start breaking stuff ?!... That makes total sense. After 2 years of having my car, investing $5000+ , I gave up on this being a quality vehicle... I was driving down the road when I heard a loud "pop" losing all control of my vehicle... After taking it to my mechanic they asked when I had my front end worked on because it was a bolt that wasn't secured properly that could have resulted in a serious car wreck. Luckily, it was only minor damage in my case and I was unhurt. I ran the complete history to find that the last place to purchase this car after a total loss from front end damage... You guessed it. 321 drive. No longer wanting to invest more money or put myself in any more danger, I went to another car dealership to trade my car for something reliable. 2 weeks after the car was paid off, they continued to take money out of my account despite the car being paid off and no longer in their possession... When I called to ask about the charges I was told it was my fault because I didn't ask them to stop taking payments. I asked how that made sense considering they have no right to be taking money out of my account? I was told they would take payments until I asked them to stop even if the car was paid off ... This seems beyond bad business and frankly illegal. They were the MOST unhelpful and not even remotely concerned. Seriously, don't even consider buying a car here.

I am disappointed I could not give a 0 star! The dissatisfaction started when a few blocks away from the lot the vehicle (2011 370z) we tested left us stranded in the middle of the road. I had to push the vehicle all the way back to the dealership because they didn’t have someone to come tow the vehicle. 321 drive sales man Joseph insisted it was a small issue and he would have it repaired. He proceeded to say his manager Mike approved for the down payment to be cut in half due to the inconvenience. I went ahead and agreed to the deal he set forth. As we were filling out the application, Joseph confirmed the down payment would be 2000 instead of 3200. His manager rudely interrupted, stated he never agreed to lower the down payment. In an impolite tone and utilizing rude remarks, Mike (manager) stated we would have to submit the application and they will have to look at our credit prior to approval or down payment negotiations. Which in turn I found very misleading because originally I was informed they are a “buy here pay here” dealer that doesn’t look at credit score/report nor do they base any negotiations off of your credit. Long story short I have worked with many buy here pay here dealers and all of them have been transparent with the numbers provided and deals made. Based off the experience I had with 321 Drive Manager Mike; I wouldn’t recommend any sort of transactions with them. They are skeptical, shady, condescending, rude, scammers and the list goes and on and on. And to top it all off the salesman had the audacity to reach out to me 2 days later to ask if I was still interested in the vehicle. Thanks but no Thanks!!

I'm only giving them an honet 1 star bc their accounts and sales team are genuinely great and funny people (Mike in sales, Mike in accounts, Monica, Tammy and Kim...Justin and Vinny in service!) I bought a car back mid October and I dropped it off at their lot yesterday. I know they "repaired" the left front axle 2-3xs. Attempted to fix the heat 2-4xs, but there still was a loud popping noise in the front driver side and the heat would gradually get cold from left to right coming from the vents. I obtained my credit report and they were reporting my payments higher than what they were, which made no sense as my account was setup on auto pay. I was advised that it was due to my payments being setup as biweekly at $175 and that's how their system calculated it. I asked to have that submitted in writing and was told no, bc he, Walter, was telling me. I also once requested that it be submitted to me in writing as to the consequences of returning the car besides it being put on my credit and was advisedly they "would come after me." I asked for that to be submitted in writing and was again advised they would not. I submitted a BBB complaint for the issues I was having and was advised that's to be expected bc of the age, mileage and price of the car. I can only count my pockets, but a purchase of $6,900 isn't inexpensive. Long story short...DO NOT purchase front this company unless you have money to throw away and you have a back up vehicle...you'll need it!

Stay far away, these people are crooks and liars. They claim they can finance anyone and are willing to work with you... Lie number one. They're like Ted Bundy, charming to lure you in and well... You know the rest. I called multiple times asking for reassurance because I would need to leave in a vehicle due to me having to get a ride up there. I told them the downpayment I had and what monthly payment range I was comfortable with. They assured me they would help me and work with me. The sales got that helped me, was a little too eager to try to get me into a $ 15,000 vehicle which I knew would have my upside down in debt. The finance guy came to speak with me and he was not a pleasant person at all. I'm a single mom on a fixed income and when he realized I wasn't rolling in dough, he seemed very bored and uninterested in what I had to say about my financial information. I am on an upaid maternity leave and I need a vehicle to get to work as my previous car gave up shortly after my son was born in December. He flat out refused to help me get into an affordable vehicle which is ironic considering they overcharge for their cars to begin with. He would not consider my TWO jobs as part of my income because my maternity leave was unpaid, despite the fact that I've been with my companies for years. He basically made me feel like trash when he handed me my credit card back and pretty much kicked me out. I dragged my sleepy 3 month old infant out and wastes $ 25 on an Uber. Stay away.. Instead go to AUTO DEPO and ask for Tony, those guys are the real deal.

Came here to buy a vehicle after speaking to the sales manager on the phone telling me all I needed was 2500$ down for the vehicle I wanted. When I came everything was going just fined like a planned and even test drove the vehicle I specifically came to get. I had problem with paycheck stub (understandable) got the problem fixed next day and sent it to them so I can get the vehicle I wanted. Was told that the sales manager was gonna look at it and give me a call back of course that never happens so I called them back to see if any news on the approval or not, still nobody knew anything. Few days past still no phone call back which I didn’t understand with this being a buy here pay here they will run your credit which is pointless if your not being approved by a bank. Long story short I called again to talk to the manager he then tells me the car is 3700 down and it was a miscommunication on they behalf and all they cars require a 10% down which I would’ve understood if that was what I was told from the beginning by the MANAGER but instead they jumped the price on me out of no where and wasted my time and gave me a hard inquiry on my credit report. Guess I should’ve listened to all the other people that told me I shouldn’t do business with them, I’ve now took my money to BBB sales and got a 2019 300s for the same price down as a 2014 lol these people are a big joke.

I’ve had my car since about March. I pay my car payments and my insurance like I’m suppose too. A few days ago my car broke down in Chattanooga and I had to get it towed back to Nashville. Okay no big deal. Then I called the mechanics at 321 drive countless times and was ignored and hung up on and all sorts of stuff. Okay I work two jobs and can’t be without a car so I paid out of pocket to fix it EVEN THOUGH the mechanics at 321 drive should have fixed it. Then I’m not even 24hr late on my insurance and car not because I just had to come out of pocket to fix the car and I get a call telling me it’s late and the person that I talked to was SO RUDE and was acting so annoyed that I asked until Monday to have it paid. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and I told the supervisor that I work from Thursday-Sunday open to close so I can’t come I until Monday bc I’m a server and do not get breaks. She had the AUDACITY to tell me that for one I’m lying about not getting a break and then when I was like what??? She told me I should find a new job which is SO UNPROFESSIONAL and down right DISRESPECTFUL I was dumbfounded. I always making sure my insurance and car not are paid and for her to tell me I should find a new job and that I was lying about not getting a break and the first girl being so rude and disrespectful is beyond me. DO NOT buy a car from these people!

We are a paycheck to paycheck family, sometimes just barely. We attempted to get a vehicle from a regular dealer but were denied. After a horrible experience with Drivetime, we gave 321 drive a try because the sales man seemed half way decent. Just like drivetime, they took the payment on Friday; despite being told repeatedly we didn't get paid until Monday. Due to this, the ripple effect began. Our camper payment bounced (now they are threatening repossession), my fiance's rent at the camp ground he was staying in bounced and he's been evicted, AND 321 drive is threatening repossession because THEY pulled the payment early against zero funds so their payment also bounced. Avoid these types of lots. They are no better than DRIVETIME. They pray on people who are desperate and don't hesitate to screw them over. UPDATE: We finally gave up and returned the car. It will be considered a repossession. They "fixed" it twice but the engine continued to shut off while driving. The entire instrument panel would flash and the power steering would stop working. Weekly threats of repossession. They would only apply payments to the current balance not to the past due, which they caused, so the interest on the past due continues to grow. We couldn't pay other bills because of how much money they wanted and it was never applied correctly. Avoid this lot.

*** BUYER BEWARE *** Will keep this short, and simple. Purchased a car a week ago from 321 Drive, and my car is sitting in the driveway NOT driveable. Took the car to Mazda, and was told the tires can detach from 2 bad control arms. The Day after I purchased the car from the dealer, I returned the car for them to fix the issues after I was told they would by the Service manager. I received a call that the repair is on me, and I just put down over $2,000. I get the world will try and con the best of people. However to con a 27 year old, who lost everything and put the last of his money to buy this car is absolutely disgraceful. Just know this place will make you feel amazing throughout the car purchase, but the second you sign they won’t care at all. I’m a good guy, that is alone in this world with no parents. I did not deserve to be treated the way I was treated by this dealership. They won’t even push a payment or two behind the loan, just so I can afford to get my car repaired. I purchased a car so I can get to work, and here I am taking Lyfts on top of paying $400 Bi-Weekly just because they could not fix something that should of been fixed. I didn’t buy a new car, but I expect it to be drivable. Very unprofessional, and if they did it to me they will do it to you.

This is a used car lot. You will pay higher interest rates and get a less favorable deal then you would at a franchised dealership. (In most cases) But if you've had credit issues this is a good place to look for a vehicle. 30 day power train warranty included with your purchase. Basically the state mandated lemon law. Both of the sales people I dealt with were great. Attentive, kind, and organized.... Alejandra was thoughtful and recommended a vehicle based on what I told her I was looking for. Meghan finshed all my paperwork and was also very thorough in explaining all the details of the deal. The one negative which in my opinion was really uncool and unnecessary was that after all paperwork was done and I had been there for a couple of hours their computer system went down and they held me there for an additional 30-45 minutes to setup ach payments. This could have been done later. Hate when a company acts as if there is nothing that can be done about the inconvenience cause to a customer through their systems. Other than that buying from 321 is what it should be when buying a used car with lot financing.

We have never used this place but tried today. They only provided us with 2 vehicles to choose from and one was a 99 jeep and the other was a 04 something. Anyhow the 04 had some issues they wanted to take care of before they sold it and the 99 well the inside looked very bad as well as the outside. While I was sitting in the lobby I over heard a sales person talking to another person and they extended her payments to as far as 5 years on what ever vehicle she wanted. They said we could only do about 2 years. They have adds all over the place saying they can help people on payments and where they need to be down payment wise. We came in with 1800.00 cash. These people was not able to help us. Instead we left went to A DEALERSHIP.....Where my husband was approved for a LOAN FROM A BANK on a 2012 Ford Fusion.... Yes the car he has wanted for a while. Fully loaded with GPS Nav and Bluetooth Flexfueled. ITS SAD THIS BUY HERE PAY HERE PRACTICALLY SAID NO AND A DEALERSHIP SAID YES AND PAYMENTS WAS A LOT LOWER THAN WHAT THEY WANTED TO CHARGE FOR A 99....

Spoke with Manager about my speaker going out on a car that I've only had for one week that started jumping in making loud popping sounds he told me i would have to take the car to a auto shop they will not fix the the issue unless i pay them then walked away from me this place is very unprofessional in only wants your money after they trick you into a car they stop being so friendly and caring they also did not want to get me my money back being I've only have the car for a week tried to tell me all sales are final i would like to all the good people in the world to know if you want a good car with a car lot that would treat you as you should be treated as a paying customer this is NOT THE RIGHT PLACE TO GO STAY AWAY IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME IN MONEY LOST THAT YOU CANT GET BACK !!!! If you look below you will see my original review. However since that review I had to replace an alternator and do a full on tune up (which had never been done on the car....it's a 2012 and still had original spark plugs). And now the entire engine has gone out in the vehicle so I was told I would have to pay an additional $6000 to get a refurbished engine (with only a 30 day warranty), for a car that I financed for only $12,000, or I can voluntarily give it up. So now I am without a car and I have to figure out a way to pay off this lemon so I can get a new, reliable car from a different dealership. I won't ever give this dealership any additional money or time of mine again. And if you do decide to purchase from here, make sure you have GAP insurance, that the dealership actually reports your purchase to the credit bureau, and that you purchase an extended warranty plan from a reputable company. I should've known better.

Awful business practices. Everyone who works for this "company" should be ashamed of themselves. They offer incentives for the good reviews you see so beware. I purchased a luxury car from them 3 years ago. The car broke down on me the first night I bought it. Had to have it towed back to them the same night. They "fixed" that and 46 days later the transmission went out on the car. They wanted to charge me 800 bucks plus labor for a used transmission to be put in within a month and a half of me putting over 1000 down and paying my car note. The staff that takes payments was RUDE. The guys selling the cars will lie to your face about any and everything like its nothing. Do not trust these people. I find it funny how they taunt some of the people sharing the experience they've had with them. "If there's anything we can help you with... " Do the city a favor and stop selling crap to people who work hard for their money.

I would give no stars if I could. I bought an suv from them in April of 2020. I had to have them tow it back to their shop 3 different times bc the spark plug wires were burning into. Then about 6 months pass and the whole transmission goes out and needs replaced. They said since I drove it 10k miles that I had to pay for it. So I’m out 6k extra now. This past week it has to be towed in again, the 6th time and it needs new brake lines and a master cylinder, I drive this thing maybe 2 times a week bc it’s a gas hog, the whole undercarriage is falling bc the rust was covered with black spray paint. Needless to say the brake lines are rusted into so they expect me to pay 1500 more. U can keep ur piece of shot truck bc I’m done!!! Worst experience ever. They only sell lemons or they fix them enough to make it a couple months and then it’s up to u. DO NOT SHOP here!!!!

Nice enough people. Won't work with you on affordable payment plans. Completely lie about reporting to credit bureaus to your face. I thought it was a great option to boost my credit. Paid my volkswagon off. They removed the gps tracker and the car magically started falling apart. Checked out other vehicles there but they wouldn't work with me, a loyal customer. I decided to shop around. I liked volkswagon so I went to Hallmark. I couldn't quite afford them. I told them how i paid a car off. They showed me how i had no car buying history on any of my official credit history. However, TJ and their financial guy talked to the bank and got me approved. Loving my new CC. 321 Drive are charlatans. They trap you into staying with their personal bank and do NOT report to actual credit bureaus to help you out. They are shady to say the least. DO NOT BUY AT 321 DRIVE.

Unfortunately, the management team is rude. Please bring your own mechanic because they do not allow you to inspect the car before purchase. Purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain that was pure trash to say the least. The entire engine needed to be replace only after owning the car less than 90 days. Countless mechanics advised putting a new engine in the car! Terrains have a known timing chain issue and countless recalls, mostly safety. The car was a death trap! Research what happens if you have a timing chain fail while driving. It can be fatal. Not to mention they have you sign warranty release without providing the options for coverage. That should not be legal! Con games are not sales tactics. Honesty, Integrity, and Compassion go a long way! Figure it out 321drive!!! When you do people wrong, nothing good will ever come from it.

I was completely deceived! My husband purchased a vehicle from this company after reading the reviews. We received great customer service during purchase process but the aftermath was A NIGHTMARE!! RUDE RUDE RUDE ACCOUNT MANAGER BY THE NAME OF WALTER! He threatened to repossess my husband's vehicle on numerous occasions even when the vehicle was not behind! Refused to give us business owner info after hanging up in our faces and refusing to assist us! Treated my husband and I as if our business and money meant nothing! He also had my husbands car repossessed and charged outstanding fees so that he would not be able to get the car back! Please consumers STEER CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS!! PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE 321 DRIVE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO RESPECT FOR THE HARD WORKING PATRONS!!!

I would give no stars but it makes me give them one. My husband and I have already bought one car from this place aND paid it off while in a year so we went back to bus a second car and showed up to our appointment the woman was off for the day the truck was on the other lot after she told use it would be on the lot where our appointment was. The so called manager wanted to call us a lier when I have the messages from the woman on how much we were paying a month and how my down. I have the proof in black aND white. He started off with an attitude. My husband and I make good money and pay our bills and have a good credit history with them but will never ever use them again. I will walk before I buy a car there again. Of anybody would like to see the proof I will be more than happy to so them.

This place is a mess. Bought a car from them in April. After my temporary tag expired in May I contacted them multiple times to figure out why i haven’t received my permanent tag. They told me over and over again that I would have it by the end of the month which didn’t happen. Went in June 24th to get a new temp tag and they gave me one that was already expired! And told me that it’s good for another 30 days! Ridiculous. It’s now mid July and I received a call saying that I now have to go pay for an emissions test because they didn’t send my paperwork off until the end of June!! If they had filed my paperwork when I bought the car In April, the state wouldn’t have required an emissions test! I will never buy from here again because their employees have no clue what they’re doing.

I bought my 2007 Honda Accord Coupe from 321 Drive on the last day of 2012 and I must say that after 6 months of dealing with these guys and gals, I love them. The staff is friendly and nice, and my car is a winner. Is runs like a champ. I love my car, when I first got it, it had a minor problem that was big to me because I had just got it, but they fixed it in a few hours and my baby had been running right every since. Also they charged me no money. If you are looking for a car, go here first, they work with you on your payments and down payment as well. I have purchased numerous cars from other used car dealerships and they all were bad experiences, thank you 321 Drive for showing that people still care about people.

Customer Service sucks! Seem like they don't like their jobs! They treat you like if you were a person that don't like to pay! Not once did i ever miss a payment matter a fact they took it out automatically! I did a trade in on my car base on my receipt the other dealer paid off the car and sent them a check and 321 calls me saying that the check is not enough! No sir i have every receipt and the last receipt had the payoff! Plus they make sure they give you a carfax! The other dealer pull a carfax and it was in multiple accidents also a fire! Ive had a few cars but by far this is the worst place to buy a car! If they had a better customer service or a better way of speaking to their clients maybe i would of gave a 5!

Worst experience ever! I bought the car from nolensville and the next day realized that the auxiliary didn't work so I took it to service at charlotte ave. and they told me they were going to replace the whole radio and I waited 3 hours and not only did they lie about replacing the radio.. it broke again a month later. The service team is horrible. I spoke with a man named Richard and he acted as if my problem was nothing serious and then told me that since I didn't want to come in and pay to have my radio fixed that our conversation was over with and then hung up. Then I spoke with the GM named Walter and his business ethic was also horrible. I would NEVER recommend buying from here even if it's your dream car

After having some car problems with the vehicle we had initially purchased at 321 drive the finance manager Walter did everything he could to help fix our vehicle by servicing it after learning that the issue was really beyond fixing and more of enternal engine problem by Audi . The company worked with us to get us into a vehicle that we would be happy with, with out having us downgrade vehicles . They were very patient and worked with our budget to get us in the right vehicle . Needless to say we are very happy with the outcome and would recommend them to our friends and family . It was difficult at 1st and seemed like there werent any options for us but they definitely went beyond what we expected.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. The staff is rude and lazy. I wanted to pay over the phone and they asked me to email them a picture of my debit card. They never answer the phone when you try to pay them then they charge you late fees for not paying. One of the employees accidentally answered the phone once and her and another employee were talking about the customers and calling them names. When she realized, she hung up on me. When I called back she lied to me and told me that I had called the wrong car lot. The air didn’t work in my car along with other issues. I will not be a returning customer. I’ll walk before I ever deal with them again.

A car lot should never let good hardworking customers get away because they want 20% down of the total of the car... for a car that cost $10,000 They want $2000 down for a used car?! It's better to put that kind of money down for a brand new car! About five years ago, I was told by the salesman how much money they needed for the down payment. After driving an hour and half, they told me they needed a thousand more dollars. Recently, I called about a vehicle that said challenged credit and it told the amount needed for challenged credit, again, they wanted another thousand dollars down. I know that if you have challenged credit, go somewhere else unless you're willing to pay much more down that what they advertise or tell you on the phone. this is the perfect example of false advertisement. This place is not for someone with challenged credit.

This place is an absolute scam as far as dealing with customers goes . Only been dealing with them for a little over a month and have already dealt with three different occasions In which they have hit me with "fees" that are unjustifiable . Sonja and Latasha were awesome employees there! but they left. After they took out the GPS tracker, wires were exposed, my car makes a bad noise at startup and they won't fix it. And no one will tell you about money you should receive from referrals. If you don't know every detail you won't get it back and you won't get the right amount. They do not apply it to your account automatically. You have to email and call failure just to find out the procedure. No One will tell you the amount either. it's been 3 weeks since my friend bought a car and I finally getting to pick up the referral today.

Horrible experience. I was completely mislead by 321 Drive. I purchased a high end vehicle from them and it crapped out less than a month after I started driving it, costing me over $1000 dollars to repair it. When I called them they basically laughed at me. If I could give them zero stars I would. They attempted to get me to finance the repair through them, and I know if I would have done that the vehicle would have failed on me within a week. They are not qualified to repair the vehicles they sell, and they are horrible to deal with. AVOID.

The car itself great. The location I went to in Madison amazing. The location on Charolette pike is a different story. In Dec, I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox from their Nolensville location. It was totaled by weather damage. I still owed about $16,000 and the settlement was for $17,000, so after putting about $5000 in, I got $1000 back. The real problem is this location that handles accounts. They don't answer. They don't call back when they tell you they will. And on my credit report, it still says I owe everything on my totaled vehicle, even though Geico paid it off. I'll never go through 321 Drive again. Y'all basically robbed me.

Jose sales manager and gabby at the Charlotte Pike location made my experience in getting a car very easy. They communicated well with me and answered any questions that I asked. Worst place ever to purchase a vehicle from. Outside of the problems with them during the loan agreement; I finished my loan agreement, they still have not sent my title like they said they would. I called to verify if they sent the title out since I don't trust them to do their jobs as far as I could throw them. And of course they hadn't. Nearly a week after they said it would be in the mail they still haven't sent it. Seriously save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

My wife and I were very happy to find out that 321 Drive was not only able to get us bank financed, but also at a lower interest rate and with a lower down payment!! Keep in mind that this is a used car lot, but the staff here truly stand behind their vehicles and are easy to work with. If you have any issues with your purchase they are willing to make it right! They customer service team sucks and they take money from your account before the date and when you call they only make it seem as if its your fault somehow. They are terrible tags took months to come in and they did not communicate any info with us. Took the car to be fixed and still having the same issue. Bunch of Crooks! Use to be a Decent company. Have Charged me for not having insurance all because the company didn't have them listed as lean holder. Also charged me for a return check fee after I came in before the payment was even pending to cancel my payment arrangement. Further more would not wave any of the fees after proving I did my part. Purchased a car on Saturday, it started over heating on Friday and the dealership would not let me return or exchange the vehicle. Instead, they said the would “fix” the car and I could wait. Loosing paperwork for tags and not finding out what I'm being charged for is not a good way to do business. I would not recommend anyone with this company. They don’t have any online accounts to track and monitor your transactions. Whatever balances they send to your email you had to work with it. Majority of your payments go to “interests” you don’t see a difference in reduction of your principal. The customer service team has poor quality in dealing with customers. I had to change my 5 star rating since the Chevrolet I bought was a salvaged vehicle. The title from 321 Drive was clean and I was told it had a minor accident but now I relocated to a different state the title says salvaged - rebuilt vehicle and can’t even bring the car to the dealership because of the title to change an oxygen sensor. I think they should be more honest. I sense some trickery.

We purchased a car with them and it standard the the vehicles comes with a 1500 mile warranty. We went out of out warranty by 30 miles, the motor blew up. They told me that it should be done with thin 2 weeks. Its now going on over a month and still haven't gotten my car back and I still have to pay to get it fixed. This place is full of lies. Went and specifically ask was it a BHPH, and the guy stated yes. Had me to return with my daughter, and they ask for all this extra documentation that a typical BHPH place wouldn’t. Spent 2 or more hours just to get denied. They claim they don’t do credit checks, but they do!!! I highly not recommend, just because of the dishonesty.

These people are thieves. I put down 1500 cash for a car. Car started making engine noises, one day later. One! Took it to mechanic, Said it needed new engine. Took it back and asked for my money back. They said no. Use it for another car on lot. Filed a lawsuit today.
