Arthur was very quick to come and and initially look at my faulty shower. He diagnosed the problem and gave a good explanation for the ongoing issues I’ve been having. I then arranged for him to install a new shower and he kept in good contact throughout the job, always responding quickly to any messages/calls. He was friendly and professional throughout, and even offered to collect the shower for me, as well as turning up half an hour early for the job too, brilliant! I have been let down many times by various plumbers in the past, so Arthur was a most refreshing and reliable change- thanks so much! Would definitely use him again

At 4am one night my toilet's macerator started up and wouldn't shutoff. I called in the morning (after some fun with the electrics) and explained the situation, they couldn't come the same day due to it being a bank holiday but would have if their suppliers weren't shut. Luckily they came the next day and fixed it in 3 hours. Cost a lot but most was for the new quieter unit. Good fast work, I'd recommend for anyone in a bind or just looking for good work from honest people.

I used 365 plumbing before so called them on behalf of an elderly family member who had a fairly bad leak in his kichen and was panicking . Arthur and another engineer from 365 sorted the leak after having to do a lot more work than first thought as the troublesome drain tap was far too old and jammed up to be removed . Pipe work had to be cut and removed and replaced . The charge was extremely good and I would recommend in the future to anyone who needs a plumber .

Arthur was brilliant. After discovering our new toilet didn’t fit and realising we needed some copper pipe welding, we found Arthur’s number on the internet. Not knowing that many trades people in Bristol, it can feel a bit daunting trying unknown people. We totally lucked out. He was really helpful, came round within the hour and fixed everything. I rang on a Saturday as water was dripping into a downstairs flat. The phone was answered straight away and 2 hours later there were 2 people to find the leak. I'd highly recommend these plumbers to anyone who needs emergency work done in the Bristol area. From calling them, the work I needed doing (replacement pair of taps which wouldn't turn off) was complete to the highest standard within an hour. The pricing is really reasonable and the service was very friendly and efficient.

Phoned the company late Friday night as had a leak coming through the ceiling, even though it was late they came out within half an hour and sorted the problem within the first hour. The price was less than I was expecting especially for such a late call out. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Arthur and Rob came round at short notice one Saturday and spent hours sorting out a leak in my pipes. They then returned and patched everything up. Throughout, they were friendly, efficient and dedicated. They were also very good value for money. I would strongly recommend them.

Chap came to do the job ,had no ladders with him altho I did say ladders were needed he rearranged for Tuesday but didn't turn up , I rang a few times with no answer. He really let me down . Could of just sent a text but nothing . Personally wouldn't use them again .
