3M Car Care – Chembur I took the delivery of my Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Alpha Petrol (M) this Dussehra (8th october). And prior to this I visited the 3M car care at Chembur to know about the services and packages for a brand new car. I had already made up my mind to get Paint Protection Film (hear on referred to as PPF) applied to the car. Right from the start, the manager at the 3M Centre, Mr Ravi Mohan Das was very courteous and gave appropriate answers and information to the queries about PPF and other services required for a new car. The information and quotation provided for the work to be done was very transparent. I wasn’t pushed to opt for services which were unnecessary, and was given proper explanation about the process for every car care treatment relevant to my car. Total pricing & invoice were explained and a satisfactory deal was curated by Mr. Jigar Shah (owner 3M Chembur). I was even introduced to the person who would carry out the PPF himself and supervise other work to be done. Mind you all this is before I even have the car with me. The work that was finalized was – 1. PPF (complete front & rear Bumpers, Both OVRMS, all 4 door Edges, inside of all 4 door handles – handle bowls) 2. Engine Coating 3. Rodent repellent 4. Antirust treatment for underbody of car 5. Silencer treatment 6. New car polish Pl. note – cost and quotation for the above treatments may differ for factors like make & model, condition & age of vehicle. So please contact 3M Chembur for the same. The appointment for the car was honored as said, and I received a call for the same, a day prior to it. Upon reaching the workshop, there was a working bay already allotted for my car, and what took me by surprise is that the employees were expecting my Ciaz on the said time and were already briefed about work required to be done. The work required me to keep my brand new car with them overnight, and I was assured about the security at the centre, as my car was still on temporary registration. My request for getting updates through the day on the work was also honored by timely sending photos on whatsapp. I was given the car back on the scheduled time, with everything up to the mark. I was also pro-actively told to get the car in, after 5-7 days to get the cavity wax removed and once again give finishing touches to the PPF. At this point, the behavior and procedure carried out for this 2nd visit was exactly the same as the first one, and was very commendable. The time taken was 15- 20 minutes, as my car was already appointed a working bay and a set of employees, while I was seated in their dedicated longue area. A 3M microfiber cloth was also given by them as a token of appreciation. From my personal experience, I would highly recommend the 3M Car Care at Chembur (Opposite Bezzola Complex, Near Vijay Sales, Sion - Trombay Road) to everyone.

Your dealership has no regard for a customers safety, money, time or effort. I have given this dealership a lot of business directly and via people I know and I am enraged and appalled at the sheer lack of checks. There is a mechanic who works near my house under a tree and I promise you this, his work ethic and care is so much higher than what I have been witness too. I got the car and the wheels painted at your dealership and the idiots didn't have the basic check to ensure the bolts were fastened properly!! I had to find out in the worst way possible on the highway doing a 120 km when the wheel started coming off. The safety bolt is the only reason the car and I weren't put thru a mess. I sent the car back and I was as enraged as I should be. I've received the car back with scratches on the wheel arch and the paint to the wheels has been chipped due to negligence. I hate what I have been thru. I am going to demand a refund for all my work done and I would not like to continue any packages (I have four ongoing for some of my premium cars) the reason I am writing here is the Indian 3m page isn't showing the complaint I put up. Please put me in touch with whoever heads 3m for bombay I want to hear from him/her about the level they expect from their dealers

By far the most quality car care service I have experienced in Mumbai, people who love to maintain their cars must visit 3M car care @Chembur. Recently I went to 3M car care for paint treatment as my car got lots of paint stains over the entire body. They did a fabulous job in removing these stains from all metal parts of the car, later the polishing and waxing was done which brings the whole newness to my car - like a brand new, i must say. Kudos to all their diligent and quality efforts, highly appreciated. Apart from metal body parts like the fiber parts, door visor etc they tried extremely hard to remove the stains and in the process the door visors got cracks type texture on it and appeared very shabby. Later they themselves agreed and a week later they replaced it with free of cost. Now this what is called “delivering value to customers”. Over and above I am very satisfied with their service hence my tagline for them is “Quality Car Service, Delivered”. THANK YOU once again!

While I don't have any comments on quality of their work, please keep in mind the risk of your car accessories getting stolen. I gave my Hyundai xcent for a repair and while taking the delivery, made the payment. Couple of days later when my wife occupied the front passenger seat, she told me the mat was missing. I immediately called the center and just guess the response I received - Sir, it was not there when you brought it here! Really! When I asked him to share the cctv footage of the center, he agreed to pay for the mat. Till date I haven't received my money. Be careful. Avoid this center in the first place. If you have to go there for lack of choices, make a list of accessories and get it signed. Don't simply trust them.

I had opted for the 3M interior cleaning and ceramic coating package. Their service is exemplary. Mr Jigar Shah is always a delight to talk to and was very helpful in explaining all the fine details. My 3 year old car looks like it's right out of the showroom now. Pricing wise, it's value for money and they do not overcharge. Vijay, who was the supervisor was very prompt and ensured that the car was dropped to my place on time. There may be a lot of new detailing outlets providing similar services but 3M car care in chembur are the absolute veterans in this field. The best part about them is that they do not oversell and understand the customer's needs thoroughly. You can blindly trust them and you won't be disappointed.

They treat your vehicle like a star ! The whole experience of VIP treatment starts with a phone call to remind you of your scheduled car treatment. The pick up and drop service is on the clock and if you choose to take your car personally to the workshop then you will find the workshop is fully equipped with all the things that are needed to make your vehicle stand out .. Shining ! The technicians are properly trained and work on your car with expertise. You can relax in the lounge and watch your car getting the beauty and protection treatment. Everyone is simply full of courtesy and polite. Yes..The tea made in-house is awesome. In all, a super duper experience !

Totally unprofessional dealing. I called today morning asking about their service and I was told the car washing package will cost me INR 1900 including exterior and interior cleaning. I had clearly explained my requirements and everything was agreed. On reaching there I met another person who told they can deliver the car only by evening and also they can't clean the door with a cloth and it would cost me extra. They quoted a whopping INR 6000+ for adding just cleaning the door (interior). This quote is for a new car and all that is required is a cloth. Won't recommend this service to anyone. They don't deliver what they promise.

i used to do ceramic coating from Authorised dealer of manufacturing company as they do offer 3m coating but one of my friend suggested to try 3m authorised outlet specially chembur one when i purchased a red colour car i tried them and found good results more satisfactory then authorised service ones they do offer good service they call you they remind you and most importantly they car for your car like owner do. very happy with the services recently I have made ceramic coating for my 2 years old cars also owner is a genuine guy who gives you correct advised vehicle entuastics should try your car look new for some years

I just completed exterior paint protection work on my 4 year old car. The result has been quite nice. Car looks much better and I can see the quality of work done on it. The staff are well trained and know there job. Facility is also well equipped to handle all kinds of interior and exterior work. Mr. Jigar and Mr. Ravi who manage this branch are cooperative and interactions with them have been fruitful. They give good insights on the work and products/services on offer. Overall, this has been a satisfactory experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for professional car care options. Cheers.

Work Done - Interiors Cleaning Germkleen Exteriors Tar Removal Exteriors UV Protect. Very Professional Service done by Mr Jigar Shah and his team. We had done a road trip to Udaipur and our car had become very dirty and grimy due to the weather conditions. Bought it to the Local 3M Car Care centre . Mr Jigar knew exactly what to do and you can see the results for yourself. I have attached the pictured in the same post. The pricing is very nominal for the work done and never have we faced any delay in any work done.

Amazing service. No complaints. Made my 9 year old Honda city look & smell brand new. Went with Germkleen+ plan for interior deep cleaning and car wash with Headlight restoration. Also got seat covers replaced. I would recommend 3M car care to anyone who wants to restore their exterior or interior back to how they were when it was new. The owner & his associate were transparent and upfront about what was possible and kept their word. The products they use and the service they provide is definitely worth it.

I started dealing with these guys in Oct'15 and ever since have been impressed by their services and workmanship. Thoroughly professional and perfectionist in their job. They leave nothing for us to complain. The coating, germ cleaning of interiors, paint protection, washing, etc is of the highest order. I keep going back to them from time to time to keep my vehicle spic and span. Please continue doing the good work guys! The pick up and drop facility is a huge plus.

Went to get engine bay wash since rat has died inside the bay and the smell is not going away easily. The proprietor told me that he can get it done only if I am giving him in writing that it’ll be my responsibility if there is damage due to water washing, which I agreed. But he also told me that he cannot give me guaranteed that the smell will go away and I have to pay him 2000 also. Then why would I do business with them?

3M Car care Chembur is one of the best 3M outlets in Mumbai.Jigar Sir and Ravi are always helpful and guide you the right way. The Venture Shield was done on my complete car(Red Creta) and the roof was wrapped Gloss Black and the end result is amazing..So Kudos to them and their great work. The detailing service offered is excellent; however, the place is very expensive compared to competition. It's not for a regular service of your car according to me. We can come here once a year to pamper our beloved vehicle. Afterall, the car will be back to it's dirty bit very soon.

Amazing service by 3M Car Care Chembur. They are transparent and open while proposing various alternatives for car care. I went for Ceramic coating of my Tata Harrier. They did it so nicely, kept sending me the updates thru photographs and videos etc. The staff is excellent.
