I entered the Key Food at 55 Fulton St in New York, NY. I went to get a basket and the female employee who was chatting with the associate behind the counter, did not move. I had to ask her to excuse me twice to get a basket (there's irony at the end). That’s OK. No big deal. I was polite about it. Then, after shopping I approached the single line where each cashier who becomes available usually steps aside and signals you with a hand gesture and uses the word “next” for us to come to their register. I am waiting at the front while I see the same cashier, whom I said excuse me to, sit at her register with no customer. The second cashier, who also ignored me said, “well she said next, you shouldn’t have on those headphones”. WOW? Key Food? This is how we operate? No headphone policy for customers. My headphones were in my ear, and I was not on the phone, nor was I listening to anything. I was so shocked! I did speak to a manager about both women, only because I don’t want any other customer to be treated like that. Especially those who may be hard of hearing or possibly deaf, like myself. It is unfortunate because we all should be able to shop at key food even with our medical disabilities. It was so disheartening for the employees to leave me on the line standing there and ignoring me, holding a heavy basket of food, hot, shortness of breath, just to be stubborn and ignore me as a customer because I cannot hear properly. I cannot scan 5 or 6 registers at one time to see who is available. My biggest concern is that this is an area where lots of elderly people live. It’s common as we age to have a decrease in hearing. While Key Food has a system that only says “next” over all the workers talking, boxes being opened to unpack delivery, loudspeaker making announcements, ect. I cannot ever see how it could be our fault as customers, with the inability to hear or see the cashier and be mistreated and ignored and forced to hold our heavy baskets and sit there. Unbelievable. The treatment was so bad. I finally went to a different register where the another cashier apologized and was so polite. They certainly need more people like her working there. key Food at 55 Fulton St must do better!

I am a healthcare worker who just visited this store for the first time. All I needed was tea so that I could have something to drink at work. I decided to purchase a few other items. My bill totaled $23.24. I gave the cashier $40.25 (two twenty dollar bills). She gave me back $2.01. I politely told her that I gave her $40. She immediately became hostile and told me that I gave her $25 and that it was a five dollar bill. I know that I gave her $40 because I went to the ATM yesterday with an empty wallet. The ATM only gave me $20 bills. I haven't been to a grocery store since last week Friday. Having worked as a cashier in a grocery store many years ago, I insisted that her drawer be counted. The drawer was counted in the office. She returned and said that the drawer was correct. The drawer may be correct but she still did steal $15 from me. During my 5 years as a cashier at king Kullen Grocery I saw several cashiers steal from drawers. I had bookkeepers steal from my drawer too. If a cashier is stealing from the drawer and does not want to be caught when the drawer is counted at the end of the shift, the cashier will steal from one customer and then use a later customer to balance the drawer. I was so angry because this wretch stole from me that I dumped the $2.03 and the groceries on the belt and told her to keep it. I will never buy another item from that store. I don't live in the neighborhood, so I don't have to shop there. I would warn the neighbors who are forced to shop there to be very careful when paying for their groceries. If this woman needed money to eat or whatever, all she had to do was ask me. I would have willingly given $20 to her. Now she can keep $40 but she will always be remembered as a thief. The cashier in question is the light-skinned African American lady, medium height, wearing glasses. Never again will that grocery store get my money.

The issues with this particular Key Food location are the following: Quality: We have consistently found expired food on their shelves (make sure you always check the dates) and their produce is almost always bad. Pricing: This Key Food is much pricier than all of the other local grocery stores including the Whole Foods that's a few blocks away. I found it to be double the price on quite a few items, including yogurt, pasta, and meat items. It doesn't make sense when the quality is this bad. When they do have sales, be careful of what you are getting for that discounted price. Customer service: It's pretty much non-existent here. Employees don't seem happy here and management is not effective. Nobody seems to care about customers and everytime we come here, there are ridiculous lines. Meat weights: The meat department doesn't weigh their meats properly so be careful or you may find yourself paying a lot extra for low quality meat. Cleanliness and Organization: This store is just not clean and it's common to find things disorganized, out of place, etc. After years of this being one of our neighborhood markets, we have decided to no longer shop here.

The spa was acceptable I would say in the higher realm of mediocre. I bought a Groupon for $35 once I gave them the Groupon they wanted me to pay $6 city tax which I've never done for any other massage so the Groupon was actually 41 dollars which to me is ridiculous and then they expect you to pay a tip on top of it. They also short-changed me 8 minutes in time the masseuse was acceptable but he didn't speak English and the place was kind of dirty! Would I go there again ?Heck to the no! Don't buy a Groupon from there under any conditions because you don't get your money's worth as a matter of fact it's a worse value. The space was a little grungy I didn't feel comfortable putting my head in that slot the masseuse was slightly above average. It's on the second floor kind of tacky not air conditioned!

We go to this place every week since we moved to the area as we liked the variety and, why not, the overall price. Today it was probably the last time. Half of the yogurts I tried to take expired on April 15. I bought olive oil that was priced $18 and I ended up paying $32 for it. I was also charged $7,99 for an item named “meat” that I didn’t buy!! I noticed everything outside, when I checked the receipt (which I never do) because it seemed too pricey for what I got. I didn’t go back because there was a line outside and I had to get back to work but this is unacceptable. I don’t need to check every single item expiry date, look desperately for the corresponding pice tag and supervise if everything is charged correctly. Never again.

Great selection and usually decent prices on most stuff but sometimes wacky pricing; One day a regular sized box of cereal for $10 and $7.99 for a lb of New York Strip steak. The next day there will be a 2 for 1 special on cereal at half the price and ground beef will be $10 a lb. Also, especially lately, we’ve had to start taking picture of price tags to make sure the register price is the same as the sticker price. It seems like at least one item per visit is usually way off but sometimes it’s favors the customer. This grocery store is a bit farther for us but we use it regularly because the quality and freshness beats City Acres (even though they are owned by the same people).

I convinced myself to not go to Shake Shake, even though the prices are similar. I'm trying to eat healthier and new locations. This meal was $8.99. The market carry similar items as whole foods and other markets. The prices are not too crazy. The meal isn't amazing, but it's not bad either. I wouldn't buy it again for that price, but worth a try. Edit, my first bite of the spinach, had something crunchy like glass or egg shells. I had to spit it out. I hate when I eat at a place and crunch down on glass, sand or egg shells. I won't recommend this dish afterall but maybe other dishes in this market are great. It's my first time, I won't write them off yet.

Love this supermarket, they are so helpful And friendly, and they are always well stocked. I have a local place in my neighborhood but I choose Key Food because I know they always have everything fresh and they recieve shipments every day. You never have to worry about finding out dated items in this store. The best part about this store is they are Clean and they keep their bathrooms clean as well. You will always find a seat to eat because they have two seating areas either outside or up stairs. Every time I do shop here with a list I Always find everything on my list . Great place .

  • Robert Bryan

Nice clean store! Just watch the prices rung up at the register - especially the sale items! For example, the bread has orange stickers with the price 2 for $5, but register records $3.99 for each. The clerks don't pay attention to the stickers. Ritz crackers were on sale 2 for $6, but the register rang up $6 each! Oh and the stickers at the shelves don't count. The cereal was on sale 3 for $10 family size, the stickers at the shelves confirmed, but the register charge $4.99 each! I was told you need to read the fine print and don't count on the shelf advertised price.

  • G Ventura

Key Food is just fine however it can be very pricey, you don't really see the discounts, fresh fruits and vegetables are very expensive, I personally don't buy any meat products there, another negative is that security staff will follow customers, too obvious to the point that it makes you feel uncomfortable then leave the store without getting the products from your shopping list. Stereotype on minority customers by minority staff it's ridiculous, I mention this based on my personal experience unfortunately, I still need to shop there.

  • Hana Maru

I go to this store pretty often and I have to agree with some other reviews that you have to pay attention when they ring up items because sometimes sales prices didn’t get updated on their computer system. Also today when I try to get a rain check on sales items they ran out of the lady who works there refused to give it to me and told me to wait for the truck to come in later. When asked how soon the truck will be there she said she doesn’t know so I left with empty handed since the manager isn’t around. Poor customer service.

  • Jacob

Their Buffet lunch is usually decent, even though overpriced. However, today 2/4/2020 most of food was spoiled, and hot food was also either bad or overcooked. Arugula tasted like grass, some salads were spoiled, grilled chicken was overcooked and dry. Salmon was hit or miss, I got two pieces, one was ok but tasteless and the other tasted funny and was also dry. They charge $10/lb and can’t even make the food worth purchasing. I usually spend $10-$15 daily here, and after today’s experience I will be taking my money elsewhere.

  • Michelle A

I had a little of this and a little of that so that if I didn't like something I'll still have something else. Well let me tell you everything was delicious. The Oxtails was falling off the bone. It tasted excellent . The Pepper Steak OMG very tender and it also tasted excellent. The white rice, fried chicken, pork Italian sausages and Yams all was great. I tell you I walked away full. Outside seating was nice. This place is very clean. Lol it's a supermarket that serves hot food.

  • Lonni Jones

Bottled water is always on sale, which is a plus, love their organic options, wish it had a bigger section for organic only. Love that they have meatless options once again more variety is needed but love the prices of everything. Would've given them 5 stars but the guys who work the deli counter always get my fiance's meat order wrong. It may seem small but when you don't eat pork and they give you ham, and act as though they aren't at fault is kind of annoying.

  • Jennifer Carlson

It's a shame how the cashier women treat the customers they come to work and act as if they don't have to show any respect to the customers there's a couple that really need to find themselves another job but what's worse is that the managers don't do anything about it .They also need to fix their dress code it's very tiring to see them flirting with the men that come to the store especially with the service men let's try to get it together and make things right

  • Athena Chang

If I had known this is a Key Food, I probably would not have come in in the first place. Yet, I was genuinely surprised to find a Key Food this nicely laid out and merchandise fresh and neatly displayed. Their lunch buffet and other hot food stations are also excellent. There are plenty of choices from Western to sushi and Korean noodle soups. The price is also reasonable since it is a Key Food chain. Will definitely come back for lunch or my grocery need.

  • David Mellado

It's a good place for the location is at. I gave it three stars because of the service they provide. Deli personnel is pleasant and very courteous, the floor staff work like if you're not there. Although, they are good and eger to answer when spoken too. The cashier's in the other hand have a chip on their shoulder. I wait for the male cashier's if they're working no matter how long their line is because they don't have a bad attitude.

  • Windel D

Went down to quickly grab a bagel and cream cheese. It took 30 minutes of walking between every cooked food department and a manager to get someone from the deli to simply put cream cheese on my bagel. After all of that worked the deli guys tried to charge me 2.50 for the smallest of amount of cream cheese they can get away with. The bagel was $1. You tell me if this is $1.50 and half an hour of work worth of cream cheese.

  • Christian Jefferies

Check your produce and fish, I’ve had bad batches of both. In addition, food is poorly labeled on shelves and rarely is the price you see the price you pay because the labels are so deceptively placed. In fact, it’s so poorly labeled I’d recommend checking the barcode very closely to make sure the item your buying is the item you see listed on the shelf as to not be surprised by a different price at checkout

  • Meer AB

Very big key food store in downtown Manhattan, with street level and basement stores. Comparatively, it is a kind of pricey store.Every product seems to be more expensive. Parking in this area is a dream come true. Mostly local and nearby residents, within walking distance, shop here. Therefore, didn't see much crowd, compared to store size. Those who like less crowded stores will definitely love this place.

  • Grace Hargrove

I came here to get WIC items for my daughter and had to put mostly everything back. They dont allow you to get the items you are supposed to get according to the app .They want you to get the store brand stuff only. You aren't supposed to pick and choose what you want to sell to WIC recipients. We allowed brand items as well smh. It's like they feel we aren't allowed certain things. Won't go again!!!

  • K H

This store has a lot of items you generally don't find in many supermarkets. My only problem, and the reason I don't give 5 stars, was that some items that were placed outside of regular shelf space had absolutely no price information. In particular, I noticed Treo beverages on the ground floor level lacked prices. Don't know if there is a scanner in the store, but the pricing should be evident.

  • Marcus Daniels

I'm really not understanding some of these reviews. Key Food Supermarket is awesome! It's clean, cute and cozy. Plus they offered free cake samples! You'd have to be crazy to not like this market. Some of my favorite brands were on sale and as far as I'm concerned, the overall pricing was absolutely fare. The best I've seen in all of Manhattan and if you know of a better place, let me know.

  • Omi T

The only market by my job but it is def a good one. On the ground floor they have a really nice spread of different style food bars. The selection here is pretty big and I spend much of my lunch break looking at all the choices. The place stays pretty busy but the lines move fast. Downstairs they have a nice selection of grocery items and the prices are not bad considering the location.

  • Maria LoPrimo

This store has been poorly run since it opened. My biggest complaint is the not getting what is advertised. The flyer is very often misleading with reference to sale products. Customer Service has gotten very bad. You are out of luck if you buy lots of groceries. The cashiers don't want to bag AND don't know the phrase "Thank you" after you've paid AND bagged your own groceries.

  • Mark Rubin

It is hit or miss for sale items. Some items may not be priced that well. Large deli department. The salad bar is average, but priced similar to many of the lunch establishments, which is high. Sometimes the lines are too long. Update- possibly new management. Prices have gone up. Few baked goods compared to prior. Hot food often cold. Not great value. Look for alternative!

  • Marina Molinelli

All of the fruit and vegetables are visibly rotten. If it isn't mushy or moldy it's very obviously old. If something does appear fresh and edible it's bizarrely tasteless. I've never encountered tasteless fruit before! Everything else is fine, I guess, but when Whole Foods has less expensive meat at a better quality and level of service I can't say it's anywhere near good.

  • Will Koehrsen

A large supermarket (by Manhattan standards) with all the essential grocery items. The prices here are good (about the best you can find in the area) and you can get all of your shopping done at this one store which is nice. Overall, if your looking for a supermarket in the area, this is likely the best choice: a large selection, reasonable value, and friendly staff.

  • shonda ricardo

Normally I have no issue with this market at all but if your sign says you close at 9 pm then close at 9pm not 8:45. I simply wanted something to drink that this store only sells. Standing at the door wondering why it won’t open. Very bad presentation of staying open for customers who love in this area. I suggest they change the close sign to when they really close.

  • E AMV

Very rude front people, they charge $1 each for plastic utensils and always have an attitude everyday when I walk in. I only get a knife and a spoon every morning before I go to work because I'm not at home. They talk about you in a different language (that I can half understand) and give you dirty looks. I will be contacting corporate about them. Very, VERY rude.

  • schanequa knight

Anything you want you will find here. The prices fit the neighborhood. They have great weekly sales. They have great prepared food options including pizza, salad bar, hero sandwiches, hot/cold buffet, etc with a dining area on the upper level. The produce section is good. The store is kept clean. The bakery makes amazing and beautiful cakes and other baked goods.

  • Robert Piche

This store is outstanding. The prices for Manhattan are great. I do however have to agree with a couple of others who submitted their reviews on two points. First they do tend to scan the regular price instead of the sale price. And the market with all its great selection should have the aisles marked a bit better. Other then that the place is aces IMO.

  • Mary Pinto-Meyer

Terrible experience with a turkey order. We ordered 2 weeks in advance, called to confirm the day before and then the day of when the order didn't show up, we called and they said it was on the way. It wasn't. They couldn't refund the credit and wouldn't give us anything comped for their error. We won't be using them again and everyone should beware.

  • Lauren Paradis

Pretty good selection, but cashiers often have their masks under their nose and there are no plastic barriers between cashiers and customers. Further, I saw an employee who was maskless talking to his manager, well within 6 ft of her, customers, and another employee, and she was not instructing him to put his mask on. Enter at your own risk here.

  • Jhumur Mallick

I would definitely recommend the grocery store to all of my family and friends. I thanked your team for their responses to my questions. They're all involved and swift to do their job. It's all ordered and clean when it comes to the environment. You didn't hesitate to astound your clients, you guys. Until next time, man! It's highly recommended!

  • joanne sinovoi

I need selection of foods and this supermarket had a better selection then what I canfind in my chelsea supermarkets= an example i the brummel and brown spread. fairway market does not have it= had previously ordered from amazon delivery== the store could be bigger but for manhattan its another choice and better prices then in my neighborhood

  • Bob D

Nice, clean local grocery store. Nice produce dept! Also, good location, walk out and get a view of the Brooklyn Bridge. Can’t beat that! And across the street multiple options for lunch. Pizza to a nice Cuban sandwich place. For sure to visit when it is warm so you can walk around the neighborhood. Again, nice friendly, clean grocery store!

  • Kelly C

The market was really nice, clean and spacious. Super bright inside. Great selection for everything. Fresh produce and meats. Bakery section had many different cakes. Big selection for Asian products. Japanese treats and ramen. It’s great also that they offer certain foods like sandwiches and sushi for a lesser price after 5pm.

  • wendy chan

Opens til 11pm everyday, which is awesome. Huge place with hot food served during the day, and lots of grocery options - produce is downstairs. It's a bit pricey but sometimes there are sales, helps if you have a store club card. Also the flower shop next door is great, happy it has a new home (once was across the street).

  • Sean Greenberg

I don't typically get excited about a supermarket but this place is nearly flawless. Whoever is in charge of stacking the produce is an artist. Great craft beer selection, great tea selection. Best hot and cold bar around. Sushi bar, salad bar, deli counter, juice bar. Clean, no riff raff, tons of seating. No restroom.

  • Bill Lipfert

Love this store when I'm working in the Financial District! They have a great selection of fresh produce and an extensive hot/cold salad bar. The staff and service are first rate. Unlike competing markets where the utensils and napkins for take-out are hidden in some obscure corner, each check-out has what you need.

  • Andy

Convient location, great for buying a couple things at a time for a small meal and what not. Vegetables are usually fine, but the fruit is always expired. Bit on the pricer end for sure, but sometimes you’ll find some good deals or items you’ve never had before. They need to bring back the student discount.

  • SA Ahmed

55 Fulton Market is a Key Food brand market. This supermarket is clean, full of items, and deli department is very very good. Fruit department is full and looks very fresh everything. Price little high, specially all drinks and ready to eat food items. Store is busy, but it has some active cash out counter.

  • Edliani Almonte

It's always a good experience when shopping here. The staff is friendly and helpful if you need anything; it's always well organized and clean. The sushi was a little disappointing today, the rice was a bit hard but usually the sushi here is great, maybe I just bought it too early, I don't know.

  • David

What you see on their circulars is not always available at the supermarket. Happened a few times with their steaks. Prices are decent. Good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The cold cuts staff are great in that department. All in all thank you for being open during this pandemic.

  • Cindy Espinosa

This supermarket is a neighborhood gem. The staff is always friendly and helpful. As a PS 150 parent, I can confirm that they support the local community and school. They were fantastic and reliable during the pandemic as well. We are lucky to have Jesus and his team in our neighborhood!

  • Wynona Stacy Lockwood (Vladinatrix)

This place is amazing! It's like a throw back to the little corner market, but very gourmet. Had breakfast and lunch from here a few times. Freshly prepared food, juices with no additives, a wide variety of lemonade flavors, and friendly staff make shopping here a great experience!

  • Fatima

Cheapest market in the area. Has weekly sales of items you wouldn't think would normally go on sale. Huge variety. It's a real supermarket that takes up two floors and has pretty much everything you can think of. Friendly cashiers with quick moving lines. What else can you ask for?

  • shijia zheng

i give 1 star , bad experience. i know the owner is Korean, it used be a very nice manager there . not anymore . food vegetable over priced. not body care your complain, no one willing to listen ...plz void to go into ... and i hope it closed soon ... try jubilee then

  • Toe Knee

I get produce from here every week to feed my animals. They have a great selection and the store always looks clean and organized. They have a nice looking buffet and prepackaged food. Prices I've never compared but overall a good looking store with nice selection.

  • Sharon Man

As of June 1, key food is still working on its remodel, with produce upstairs. Some good weekly deals, and the staff was helpful to point out the sale items and help locate items - I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were despite being busy restocking!

  • Adrian Marie Jones ajayny (AJ)

The store is clean. It has a wide variety. There are great sales. Otherwise reasonably priced fresh food. The meat looks edible raw. The customer service is great. There is indoor and outdoor Cafe seating. Hot and cold bar. Cold sandwiches are prepared daily.

  • L. C. Green (IamStonecandle)

Always fresh food, groceries and some good sales. They have three buffet stations with hot and cold foods sold by the pound on the main floor. The lower floor is where you can get meats, dairy, canned goods, juices, fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen items.

  • snickr

Rude deli staff. Unresponsive management. Staff needs to be trained to meet at least a standard level of customer service. Other options to shop in the area exist and more are coming soon. I opt to go elsewhere to where I will be respected as a customer.

  • William J. Wilson

This supermarket is around the corner from my job. I love the variety of the products that they have along with the great customer service. Unfortunately, they didn't have the coffee creamer I was looking for (Italian Sweet Cream). …

  • Anzhelika Chumak

Good market, prices are ok. Only what is not convenient that there is often mess with prices labels or some products don't have prices labels at all. I didn't buy apples many times, bc there is no price lables and cashier was busy with customers.

  • David Dyar

Convenient and a good selection for a medium sized, neighborhood market. Very good hot bar and salad bar for ready to eat food. The only downside is that sometimes the checkout staff is unfriendly, but not terribly so....just inconsistent.

  • Jennifer Russo

OMG THE best and most beautiful vegetables you could get anywhere were from but not as fresh like Fulton Market they are very on top of the things in the store my mother lived right there I miss this store soo much I appreciate the people

  • Nichel Bethea

I came here on a whim since I was in the area and very hungry. When I stepped inside, I could not believe the beautiful sight of the food buffet. Everything was glistening and bountiful, so I couldn't resist. There were also plenty of

  • Alyssa Currie

Key Food is by far the best grocery chain in NYC. And this location is one of my favorite. So many options and wonderfully prepared foods at reasonable prices, with various discounts. Friendly staff too, helpful and accommodating.

  • Rigo Huerta

As far as a buffet style meal goes, everything tasted great and is very reasonably priced. Good variety of food. The store is kept very clean and organized, and the restroom was clean. I can't think of anything to complain about.

  • Christian

A good supermarket with more products than a T**G*T supermarket. Look at the sales and managers special price. We paid 3 USD instead of 9 USD because it was on sale. but in general the prices are in line with other markets.

  • Samsung Ultra-256

They carry A2 milk, large selection of dairy products at reasonable prices, nice spread of produce, selection of vegges and fruits are cheap buy today for today, they don't keep very long. Quite convenient, stay open late.

  • Carlos E. Pabon's

A great looking store. Lots of produce. I felt lucky to find one of the last sandwiches. It's also very well organized and operated. I entered and exited in under five minutes. Which is a plus when you are in a hurry.

  • F A

Not sure why but this store is overpriced when it comes to fresh produce, on average $ 2,3 more than other supermarkets. Rottiserie chicken is $9,99 when you can get for 6,99 or 7,99 in many other places in the city.

  • Sandra Simmons

I love this market. Stopped in for sushi today, affordable and so fresh and delicious. Very nice disposable chopsticks too, better than most for sure. I also noticed the nice fall flowers and pumpkins out front.

  • Bren K

Short but nice selection of italian ingredients make this supermarket a good idea if you wonder what to cook for a weeknight quick dinner.. you can also find hot foods by the pound of you come earlier than 7pm.

  • Noel

Good selection in all departments and cashiers are fast. The bakery used to have really good pastries but lately it's just okay. They were open regular hours on Thanksgiving which is always good for customers.

  • Daniel Daniel

Most of employee are friendly and professional, but of them need to have some ethics, especially young black male employee who works Tuesday night has no manner and kind of rude! acting like doing a favor

  • Karolyn Marshall

Loved the store cleanliness, orderly set up of items on the sheves, and the very fresh food. My hot lunch from the deli bar was amazing. Also, prices were decent. Please make this a part of your visit.

  • Matthew Hang

This is a large store for the city that doesn't cost an arm and a leg for groceries. I do wish they delivered, but their prices are better than many smaller and some larger grocery stores in the area.

  • Ruby Lovell

Love this place especially after 5pm Hot/Cold buffet 50% After7pm 20-30% for sushi. Clean & staff is very friendly. Food & produce at a decent price which won'tbreak your bank depending on food items

  • Francois Gravel

Mostly go there because it's convenient. Good selection of items, but has room for improvements. Products on shelves are sometimes expired and once saw mold on the macaroni & cheese at the deli.

  • john wu

As a local supermarket, they excell. Friendly staff. Clean aisles. Fresh produce. Reasonable meats and seafood. Large selections of cheeses and beers. Nice having an elevator for us older folk.

  • Mark Mayo

hot food buffet, fresh cooked food. and fresh produce dept is quite large at 1 st floor. various products, dairy dept, beverages, frozen foods, frozen vegetables at the basement floor

  • Maggie Raife

Always long lines!!! Nice store and selection but for some reason always a ridiculously long line and wait for checkout. Had to just walk out so many times. Wish they could fix this.

  • Tanisha Stamoulis

Looking for fresh foods! well you came to the right market; at key food you will find luxury item's such as fresh meats, vegetable, fruit, and they even have an elevator say what...

  • L. Fong

2 floors of food, produce, flower, seasonal favorites, etc. Very large & bright. Fast checkout. Friendly staff. Lots of choices & variety. Reasonably priced . Lookout for sales.

  • Karla Estevez

Don't apply here!! Scheduling changes every week. One week, you could be working morning shift. The next week, you could be working night shift. The changes are drastic.

don’t stop letting people in at 9.50 if it says online that you’re open til 10. i just need one item, i work late, and now i have to go hungry tonight. not cool

Good selection, just be careful of expiration dates. I've seen many items that are expired, especially the breads downstairs, some by as much as 1 month.

Great selection of grab and go food. Checkout lines have paper bags that rip easily, best to bring your own. Good selection for small neighborhood store.

  • Ron Thomas

A decent variety of fresh food options, and the Sushi is prepared nicely. However, those Latina Cashiers are NOT nice, or customer friendly AT ALL!!

  • Maria Ferrer

Love going here food is nice and fresh. There's no parking but they have an elevator so it's handicap asseseble. They have a bakery and a deli.

  • Rob Power

Self check out system is not as good as others. Appears to be the old weight based system which almost always requires a staff member to help.

  • SNL 1588

Great store with a wide variety of goods. Prices are fair and usually cheaper compared to other supermarkets in the area. Highly recommend!

  • Tracy Coetsee

Plenty of variety and a good organic section. Can be fairly pricey but overall very convenient and staff are friendly which is a huge plus.

My place to go grocery shopping, usually have great deals like Chobani Greek yogurt for only $1, always fresh food, always clean.

Never had an issue with food. I buy everything from pantry to raw meat to fresh produce , good job Key Food Supermarket Fulton .

  • Adam Gonthier

Good place for lunch. Good options at the hot/cold buffet bar, and it's decently priced. Substantial grocery options as well.

  • Aspyn Palatnick

Very inaccurate price labels. Once you get to the register, you learn many items cost more than they are labeled to cost

  • Mi Zhang

"delicious chicken noodle soup" A quick hearty pint of soup turned out to be the best stop for soup for the weary.

  • David F

High end for key foods. They have a large variety of deli counter and buffet foods for those working in

  • Bartłomiej Klasa

Homeless being outside and not letting people in when you don't pay him for nothing...scandal!

  • Ahoj Čau

Friendly staff but lack of common fizzy water and no yoghurts there. Pros: self service kiosk

  • Byulaa Yoo

Friendly staff. Love the abundance of Korean snacks, instant foods and bags of kimchi!

  • A. J.

I typically create my own arrangements and the floral department is always helpful.

  • Leon Eng
