This place needs to be CONDEMNED. The associates that work the night shift are a joke. The WHITE lady that works there is RACiST. The man has no Spine. I do understand safety first but when someone pays for something and is Not Allowed to use the RestRoom that’s a problem. This Location is right near the freeway I-30 so if you EXIT for a coffee and to let your ELDERLY or SMALL CHILDREN use the restroom it’s Not possible at THIS LOCATION. MEDICAL ISSUES ARE NOT EVEN CONSIDERED. You are NOT USING the RESTROOM HERE. The WHITE LADY basically said (your kind is not using itI don’t care for what) and even laughed and ignored me when I asked about the manager or OWNER Contact info TEXAS IS A STATE THAT RECOGNIZES MEDICAL ISSUES. Business HAVE TO Have a restroom for customers and employees.

I just ordered 10 7-Eleven roasted wings for approximately $7 from another delivery app service when I got my order my order look like dead fetuses it looked like somebody fried dried and laid them to the side put them in my bag and then charge me $15 for 10 wings this is not cool I've tried to call them and it goes straight to a fax number this is unacceptable and I wish I didn't want a wing ever in life after eating from them tonight the ones I could chew were okay the ones I couldn't chew made me not want the other ones and I paid $15 for it.

Ok visited this place this morning as I always do before I go to work when two individuals asked for money as I was walking into the store, being in that location that seems to be the norm, but as i am exiting the store they ask me again and again i said no and they became belligerent. This is the only problem i have with this store. Coffee is always fresh and hot, morning and I overnight shift are awesome but what's going on in the parking lot needs to be addressed either by 7eleven corporation or law enforcement

This is the 4th 7/11 I’ve been to around the dfw area that refuses do make whole pizza for customers , went in today and they told me again that they don’t get enough trucks to supply the stores , yet you come in the next day and they have a whole pizza for single slice purchase , the other stores have been the same it’s sad really especially when you ask the cashier and they get mad over a simple question

I love the owner and they give people that normally don’t get chances to work. I know all the staff and am always greeted nicely. The pizzas are awesome especially with free cheeses and jalapeños. They are dealing with the homeless and beggars by playing opera music over the PA system and it seems to be working to remove beggars

Very rude. Very belligerent. Refuses to honor promo deals and coupons that are exclusive to 711. There arecalways homeless persons loitering and panhandling around there and the manager is very rude and won't let you know she's a manager to after she refuses to answer your questions or your request

When in to get a drink and the root beer was awful. At the counter, bought a couple of scratch off tickets, the clerk was shuffling them around giving them out of order. Very shady. Went back for two more and the numbers weren’t in sequence and he said no one bought any.

Unfortunately this is the only gas station by the bar I go to. The homeless are always persistent and make me feel unsafe because of their demeanor. Tonight one came and beat on my car door and tried to pull handle but the door was locked thankfully.

They choose not to take food stamps, so So they have begging people all outside all the time asking for cash. Today makes two weeks the tap to pay doesn’t work.. so I had to go in and pass three people asking for $1. Security where?

Night manger was really rude gave me a hard time wanted to argue with a customer simply cause he was having a bad day and I’ll b calling corporate for his unprofessionalism he has always been rude but this time he went to far

They cheated me on lotto ticket. I paid two dollars for a lotto ticket for Saturday 11,2017 but I checked the ticket after I left the store and it was a ticket printed Friday 10,2017. A young Spanish woman sold me the ticket.

Okay, so I get some ice cream and a slurpee and a pizza and I go to pay with my EBT (food stamps) card and the clerk tells me that they don't take it. But doesn't the website say that snap is accepted??? I'm just saying...

2/14/23 6:00 I stopped by to put gas and asked for 5$ cash back and the cashier messed up by putting wrong amount of gas but charged my card $20 and wouldn't give me my money back

I drove for 4 hours and just so happened to stop here and they really helped me out EDIT: Forgot my fiance's wallet and tried calling but all they have is a fax # …

This store dont give cash back. I have never saw this type of behavior from a manager. Rude, slow and unprofessional. I dnt even want to give it the 1 star

Will never go to this location again. The opera music for the homeless that isn't working is horrible and just the overall atmosphere is horrible.

The two ladies working there they are very ruuuuuude and when the owner there they are very nice but when the owner not there they are very bad .

There wings was uncooked and still pink on the inside of the wings I bought so unprofessional i won't buy wings from them again

Will NOT do pickup orders...only delivery. Lots of beggars. Some of the staff is rude. Other than that mostly a clean store...

There is no meet and greet when you enter the store. Store is not too clean and customer service is sub par.

Staff wouldn’t allow anyone to use the “public restrooms” and put a sign on the door saying no public use.
