Went to the 7-11 on 1700 S . and 900W. I asked if I could use the restroom if I buy something. Employee told me no it’s closed because the lady that cleans the bathroom is tired of cleaning pee off the toilet???….. Really!?!?!?!!!…. isn’t that their job to clean. Very dissatisfied I will not be coming back to this location.

It's a little strange for me to rate a convenience store. However, this may be the best 7-11... period. The service is fast and friendly. The store is always clean. The employees actually care about their job (not something you ever see at a convenience store). They have raised the bar for customer service.

MY daughter and I go out of way and pass 3 closer 711's just to go to this location. The staff is so friendly, the store is kept nice and clean and you don't get hussled by panhandlers walking in because they stay on top of loiters. Never thought I would have a favorite gas station but this one is it.

Do not use this place got there pumped over 100 bucks in gas went inside to use bathroom was told "it is out of service" I asked what wrong with it? Most 7-Eleven that go to are dirty disgusting and the people behind the counter are always in a bad mood but at this location it was completely opposite of that. There was awesome people behind the counter very helpful it was clean organized and looked to be fully stocked.

Employees do not wear masks. Coffee and food are prepared without masks or sanitation. Customers are not required to wear masks or respect social distancing. This area of Salt Lake is a covid-19 hotspot and this 7-11 does nothing to prevent its spread. Do not go here.

I use to be a regular costumer here, I bought some stuff but the owner was very rude didn't know any costumer service. Felt discriminated against. By far the worst experience I ever had in 7/11. Wouldn't recommend going there, will never come here ever again.

Was there to buy milk and soft drinks, was charged 6 times more for the things i wanted , did get it fixed but it was very busy and staff was having a very hard time with customers that don't speak English. Staff did keep his cool and I commend them for it

Just plain unprofessional point blank, multiple times within two weeks they decided to close and were way unprofessional. If your not open 24 hours then say that, don’t falsely advertise saying you are. Maverick is my go to now I guess. Best of luck.
