I'm going to give a 4 and the only reason I didn't give asz 5 is this ive been going therefore 6 weeks quite a lot cause I've been stay on at hotel right close to there..the store is clean pretty organized and the woman staff really friendly and willing to help you..the 2 or 3 younger male employees are great too...thetes one that ruins it though older gent that wears glasses... he's not polite . Doesn't eantvto answer any questions..i need a bunch if twoonies changed into a 20 bill I asked him if he could do that he just shrugged me off. You kniw what i went to a diff seven eleven and they had no prob with it...i jyst recently bought a bunch if stuff paid for it and what was he thinking I was just gping to carry it all in my arms never asked if i needed a bag for it.. well if course I do open your eyes...i had to sit there for few sec and then i asked him for one cayse he wasn't gonna say anything..kinda hit me like what..really you thought I'd just carry all those items with 2 hands....there's my speel...if he worked for my business ivwoymd want to know...i deal with the public and yes you have to mostly bend to them they ate your patrons and guess what without them you don't make money...customers are always right whether they really are or not...way it goes in businesses...

very consistently overcharges 7/11 has a lot of ‘deals’ where you need to have your app or 7/11 account or whatever it is, and when you enter it the price on the bill will go down on the customer facing screen, but the store almost AWAYS puts the original price into the POS system and charges the full amount. it’s sort of a small thing but in some cases can cause the price to be nearly 2x higher. it’s also just leaves a very bad impression to not honour your own prices and to scam/take advantage of customers on such a regular basis. i didn’t leave a review for many times of this happening but i’ve been to this store many times due to living in the neighborhood and 8 times out of 10 they over charge so it’s absolutely not a mistake or accident like i initially thought. otherwise it’s a decent store and clean and well staffed and all that, but the constant over charging needs to be addressed.

I went to 7-11 store at 310 Robson Street, Vancouver today and ordered a jalapeno and cheese taquito. The employee working there namely Darshan handed me a wrong one. As i was already on my way home when i took a bit and find out that it was some red meat in it and I DONT EAT RED Meat. When i first ordered that Darshan guy was already arguing with a colleague there and then he was also very rude to me while handing over the taquitos. I called the store and told them about this but they did not help me at all, they did not give me the contact information of the manager at all and that Darshan (middle aged ) was again rude to me instead of apologizing. This is highly unacceptable. I would not recommend going to this store to anyone ever !!!

Hope this gets managers attention. Last month I got cookies from store which were pretty hard and I couldn’t even eat them and throwed all of them. Later I went to store and told them about this. So, Today when I bought coffee from store an employee named Jasnoor still remembered that thing and gave me cookies for free. This really made my day. Gonna recommended people to come and try their tea and cookies. Keep up the good effort! You guys rock!

I have been to the store two days ago for buying some stuff. There was a guy named Manmeet which really helped me to find out the things i want. He also helped me to redeem large size pizza as i had around 21 thousand points. i really like to visit 7 eleven at robson st. and they always have best quality of food and great appearance as well

When I enter the store two staff are arguing at the counter. Then I go back in front, I encounter a staff named Debbie, and she is so RUDE! I think she needs to be trained in customer service because the way she communicates with a customer is so unprofessional! There is no problem with the store, but the staff there needs attention! …

Convenience store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Store is stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are Slurpees, soft drinks, snacks, hot dogs, and taquitos.

Everything is good they use to sell a super spicy chips sadly it’s no longer avait. Great place to get small breakfast , perfect for international students. Downside is the front always have some homeless ask for change but it’s Robson st so it’s really not 7-11’s problem

I always come to this store on weekdays since it is walking distance from my work . Every time I buy something, always something wrong with it . Today the crossed the line by selling stone hard pizza that never break under any forcec. It is waste of time and money.

This is probably the best 7-ELEVEn in Vancouver. It has decent cleanliness and decent service. It’s a little cramped but there’s a washroom included. Price is fair, and the 7-Rewards system has a touchscreen device.

The cashier was so rude though i asked for 2 bags and was fine with paying for it she forgot to charge me for bags then she proceeded to insist for 10 cents in CASH (not even 10 cents by card or whatever method)

  • Petar Milenkov

Two reasons: 1. Every night, at around 3 am the store is closed for about two hours, sometimes three hours, even though they claim that they are open 24/7! 2. The buns for theirs hot dogs are never fresh!

lotto649 cannot be purchased here at 7:58pm on a sunday. cashier "just closed" the registers. feels unwelcoming. at 8-13pm i successfully purchased lottomax and lotto649 at the smithe & beatty branch.

Pretty standard 7-11. They are lengthwise so much deeper but narrow aisles. They have the usual food and drink. At the back is the Scotiabank ATM. The staff are pretty good.

  • Winston X. (Winston)

The assistant store manager at the time of my pick-up order was VERY rude and passive-aggressive. I do not think this should be how they treat customers.

  • Parikshit Redhu

Worst store i have ever visited . There is a guy with long hairs who is always aggressive without any reason. This store deserves ratings in minus.

  • Neil Robinson

Purchases were overcharged. When questioned, the staff member did not care. “That’s the price” was the only retort. Check your pricing

  • Christine Kwok

Good selection, but I found that they are more often than not short on the dairy section. Staff are nice here though!

  • Brandon Graham

It's 7-Eleven, so it's pretty much what you expect. Was happy to see that they had a Canadian energy drink on offer.

  • Alexis Howe

Fast people working the cashier here so even if the line is long you can be in and out in two minutes

  • John Butcher

Don't take lotto tickets here. The person behind the counter conned me out of a $10 winning ticket

  • Koen Johnson

Always very nice staff, quick service and good prices. Good deals with awesome point rewards.
