The tall older hispanic gentleman working there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was mopping the entire store and as he was meandering through the isles randomly, he would criticize me and stare at me with scorn for walking on an area where he had mopped a few minutes ago as if I was suppose to wait out side until the entire store was dry. I made an attempt to avoid walking his recently mopped section by asking if he could hand me a few napkins that we're sitting right within hands reach of him, he then refused and told me that there were more napkins on the other side of the store which I was never able to find. He was also dressed in clothing that looked as if he had recently used them to paint a house. Very un-professionsl gentleman. I will NEVER return to this store even if it means driving the extra distance from work to get a drink. I will be sure to let me coworkers know they should also avoid this store as well.

This is the worst 7- Eleven I have ever been to. I shop at 7-Eleven all the time and never have I seen one with bad customer service. I sent someone to get me something and it wasn’t the right thing so I sent it back and he tells her that he’s not giving her a refund because the way she talked , then he said it was because she left the store and came back but she went to drop me off at work because I was almost late so she couldn’t take it right back in. I called the store and he changed his words so many times and he said he was the OWNER. That makes it worse , smh being an owner you should know how to treat people and want to keep your business running but this place is terrible , they won’t get Not one red cent more from me ever again. Wish there was a Zero rating , I would definitely give it to them. DONT GO HERE !!

What kind of 7 11 has no coffee at night??? (Edit on 10/17/22)... "System down" signs in magic marker on the doors, doors locked, nobody visible in the store??? Was it a robbery, or is this just the worst 7 11 I've ever seen in my life in over 15 states? It's a shame. Go to a different 7 11 if you have the choice. Edit:12/11/2022 Notice that some employees have been replaced. New staff seems friendly, engaging and the place looks much cleaner. Thanks to the owner for making visible efforts to make this a better store in spite of the location. Real security might be nice due to the element this particular location attracts. Just take your keys, lock your vehicle and stay aware of your surroundings when getting fuel or doing business here. God bless all who read this.

For sometime there is usually this sweetheart named Brianna working here but I haven't seen her in a while but there is a SUPER rude black girl named "Diamondique" and she either hates white people or hates men or hates life then there's this guy, also black, named Nick and he and Diamonique went to the same school of being rude and super non-professional. Diamonique is especially bad for business if you ask me. It doesn't take much to smile and be polite, but I have NEVER gotten more than three words from her, more like a grunt. They must think they deserve to be paid just because they push the buttons on the register and maybe put some cups in the holders by the fountain drinks.

Large black woman working here is a real piece of crap. Parking lot was full, I parked at the curb and went in to get smokes and a drink. Another black woman was trying to drive thru the parking lot and honking. Black clerk told me I had to move my car to allow other black woman to get past my car. I said " you work at 7-11, not as a traffic cop". She then refused me service. Spoke with manager and was invited back in to buy my stuff. The racist fat black woman behind the counter ranted and raved that I shouldn't be given service. Racist piece of crap!! Avoid this store if at all possible. Very poor customer service. Bunch of racists work here. Beware white people!!

IF you are looking for the absolute biggest S-HOLE convenience store in downtown Fort Worth - LOOK NO FURTHER...this is THE PLACE!! Aside from exiting your car and running through a gauntlet of wandering, drunk, mental homeless people all over the parking lot -(that resembles a zombie casting call for The Walking Dead) the store itself is absolutely the most disgusting & vile retail store I have EVER seen outside of some towns in rural Mexico. I literally wanted to wash my hands when I left the store..and wipe my shoes in the grass before getting into my car.. Shocking to say the least since it IS such a busy intersection in downtown...

I love this place taz and Carolyn are awesome! I come here at least twice a week and taz Always knows my brand of cigarettes and has them waiting for me when I walk up. Carolyn is usually there later in the evening and she always remembers me. I've never had a bad experience. I've been working in downtown for two years and stop by for anything I need. Thanks guys I know its hard dealing with homeless people all day and still keep a smile and positive attitude. Update**** today I lost my keys while grabbing some lunch every employer in the store helped me look for them thanks guys!!!

I want to give special thanks and praise to a man named John that works very hard at this store. He has done so much to clean up the store to clean up the environment to help people around in the area when people get out of jail at night, he doesn’t make them sit outside in the cold he let people use the phone to get a ride home and would give them hot cocoa maybe a sandwich or something small like that. He really reminds me that we have some small form of humility in this world still. Y’all definitely need to give him a raise. He really treats the store like it’s his own.

I went to this store early this afternoon to purchase cigarettes and a lighter, and the black woman cashier was nice at first, then I come back a short time later and asked the same woman if the restroom was open, and she told me it was closed. Then I said it's not fair you let the black guy use it earlier when I was in here, and she yelled and said I can keep my comments to myself, and she came outside acted like she wanted to physically fight me. She was very rude, etc!!! I WILL NEVER EVER come to this store again. She racially profiled me!!

The staff are great people, but the Homeless are relentless for asking for money and goods. They are scary. This location needs a full-time evening Security Guard. The jail is two blocks away, so even those released in the evening constantly ask for financial help, food, rides, and more. Urination in the corners is a common practice for those who drift about outside who have no class, as my father would say, Class with a "k."

If I could give no stars, or negative stars, that would be my rating. I went to get a few items because it was near my apartment. They told me, very rudely, that they wouldn’t serve me without a mask. I asked if they had one, and they said no. I went to dig through my car for one, but when I returned with it, they still refused to serve me. I ended up having to drive a ways out to get the items I needed. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

  • bob smith

The African American associate working this evening clearly is paid hourly. I’ve never seen a “shift change” executed so slowly / leave such a large number of would be customers stranded out in the heat. I tried my best to give her the benefit of the doubt but sorry, 1 star without a doubt. No 24 establishment should be closed for over 30 minutes, that defeats the entire purpose.

801 W Belknap is absolutely the worst 7-11 store on the planet. Gets 1 star for merely existing. Dirty, unstocked, rude employees who have zero business dealing with customers. There is always loud music playing from one of their phones like its some party in there. There is never a manager on site and it very clearly shows...do not waste your time here. . Move on down the road.

  • Jackson Oltmanns

This place needs to be shut down. There is an endless list of issues with this location that will never be resolved… screen to put in your rewards number is so dirty you might need a tetanus shot. Would take 2 seconds to wipe down….. also the homeless and people right out of jail congregate here.

Horrible experience. My pregnant wife was told she couldn't use the restroom and when she went next door to use their restroom her car was towed and we had to pay 300 dollars. Their cashier was worried of getting his cut from the tow

  • Shannon Kahler

i’m not in this area but twice a month. And now that I came here and bought cookies wants I have to stop bye the two girls that work here I don’t know their names that they sure deserve a raise. They’re awesome and friendly.

  • Margalie Isidore

It takes one cashier without any customer service skills to make a customer experience unpleasant. It was a terrible experience, that's all I can say. I wish I had look at the reviews prior to going into this store.

  • Monica M

Employees were extremely rude. One of the cashiers made some inappropriate comments to me, to the point where I felt super offended and left the store without purchasing anything. Will never return.

  • Daniela Gonzalez
