OK so I went into the 7-Eleven at three something in the morning I went to go buy some Marbro smooth 100 and a pack of vuse pods in the 5%!and then my total came out to 14 something. whatever but then I had to go out to my car to go get my ID (unfortunately i forgot to grab it) I went to my car and got $20 in five dollar bills and my ID he told me the total was 14 something again so I gave him $20 in $5 bills because that’s literally all I had in cash. OK i gave him the money of $20 IN $5 BILLS and he said that i only $15 and he gave me like eight cents literally because it was 14.92 he said I gave him $15 When i gave him $20. AND HE NEVER COUNTED IT. I COUNTED IT OUT LOUD TO HIM. It was literally at three something in the morning On December 5, 2020 at three something in the morning. If y’all are 5 dollars over in cash for that shift it’s mine and I will come and get it. It’s probably my change around the 3o’clock hours and I asked for his name he didn’t want to give me his name. I’m it gonna lie. I know Chris. Not personally but he’s a nice guy and I genuinely enjoy him. I’m a regular because I work over by there. Chris didn’t Jip me the other guy did that is around his height. They look like brothers. I GENUINELY HATE HIM AND HE DOES NOT NEED TO BE WORKING THERE OR ANYWHERE. HE IS NOT FRIENDLY OR NICE TO ANYONE THAT IS NOT HIS FRIEND. All his crack head friends be up there. But I called and asked for his name. He said his name is Brian.

Best 7-11, actually best conrner store, anywhere in the FW area. The store is always immaculate and well stocked. They also have the best selection of all sorts of things that you just don't often find in a cornerstore, like Chicken & Green Chile Tamales & Grilled Chicken Kabobs. They also have a large selection of cell phone chargers of all types and varieties, charging cables of every kind, in every color, and of every length...even better, they are open 24/7, so if you're in a pinch for a cell phone charging component, day or night, this is your place! And ladies, it is always very well lit at night & is a safe environment for those of us who have to venture out at odd hours. The store is owned by an absolutely wonderful couple! They are so patient, friendly, & kind, and in a genuine way, not just for you to spend your money! They work hard, and do so with integrity. They care about & take pride in their business, which shows by how well they keep it up and by how they treat their customers. They're an amazing addition to this area, which is still up & coming and that's growing very fast. As long as they own this place, I will be doing my business here...in store, delivery curbside pick-up, whatever it is, I will support them in this business venture of theirs, at which they work so hard to make great for this community and their customers!

PLEASE get rid of the rude women who now seems to be there every time I go in. I loved going here and seeing Chris and Dustin. They’re always friendly and respectful to all guests. This woman has a pretty obvious substance abuse problem and is barely able to function at some points. Last night she didn’t give the person in front of me change and acted like the woman was the issue. Then I go to check out and she obviously see’s I’m trying to use apple pay but was nodding off and not pushing her screen to payment. She is frequently rude to homeless people and local residents alike. I come into this location about 3 times a week and it seems like she is working more and more and I’m seeing less of the other workers who make the location a welcoming environment. The last few times I’ve been she is talking on the phone and making comments like “ughh here comes another one” as you walk through the door. I hope a real person and not a robot responds because this woman is AWFUL. To ensure you know who I’m talking about: it’s older woman with dark hair, always has false lashes that look barely there and had her arm wrapped from an injury for a few weeks up until about a week ago.

This is usually a good store. There is lady that works evenings that is very rude. The other day I bought a pepperoni pizza. My girlfriend asked for pepperoni then the woman who I'm guessing is owner's wife there told him to make a pepperoni pizza. My girlfriend was given a pizza and we walked to the museum to have lunch but when I sat down it was the wrong pizza. I took it the few blocks back to return it and was treated very badly. They then gave me single pizza slices that were expired from the place where they keep the food warm. We ate the old pizza happily in love at the museum, it was pepperoni... Why go into a business that you can not handle, that's like drinking poison. How much education is needed to be good at customer service? Yours truly and forever a 7/11 supporter Angel Soria... Great clean store, the only thing is one of the workers, wont name names, unless I am contacted by 7-11 directly, but she is always in a horrible mood. I work right down the street and walk to this store quite often, the first couple of encounters with this employee j figured it was just a bad day, as we all have them. but every single time she is working shes always staring me down as if I had already done something wrong, everytime j try to make conversation it gets ignored, and today there was quite a long line and all she could do was sigh and complain.. not the best experiences... kind of put a damper on my days.

Horrible Clerk she should not be allowed near people.She has some kind of problem. Gave me nasty looks because I set my items to purchase down as I waiting for the gentlemen in front of my to finish up at her register. She proceeded to talk nasty to me and said she would assist me over here. I literally moved my items a foot. Then she proceeded to tell me that register I was at was closed in a nasty tone. I told her you don't have to be rude I was setting my things down and getting my money ready while you finished up with this man. She is nasty and rude and should not work in the public. I will not be back!

I went to this store on Weds 4/24/19 @ 4:30p to buy wings and the clerk would only sell the wings that was in the display case. They were buffalo and spicy, none of what I wanted. When I asked her to make me bbq wings, she said she was all out of all other favors. She wouldn’t check the back to see if more was stock there or anything. I have never been able to get wings at night because the oven is always being cleaned when I ask for wings. I understand that this store sometimes only have one person working a shift, but why offer wings when we can’t get them when we want them?

The owner has a volatile temper and screams at customers. The employees are great, but I feel really sympathetic for them if they have to work for someone like this. Do not shop here, the man is a total tyrant who shouldn't be working with the general public. I'm currently working construction across the street and witnessed him yelling at a customer. I heard the entire conversation and I was appalled. Been coming here for years but I will not support a business that treats people this way.

Should you find your near this gas station, don't bother to go in if a older female cashier is working. She has brown hair and a horrible attitude and offers no help or even a attempt at solving your problem. I made the extra five minute drive to the location on Forest Park Blvd ( store 26560) where not only were the two gentlemen at the register able to answer my questions, but they provided a sense of security in my funds with it.

I recently saw that they were hiring so I called the establishment a few times before wasting my gas ( which I ultimately did anyway ) I go to the 7-11 and fill out a paper application it’s been about a week so I call to check on the status of my application when I am then told that I will have to come fill out another paper application.. and am rushed off of the phone . Terrible customer service .

Absolutely incredible employees. Been stopping by for many years. I’m unbelievably disgusted how the owners do not think it’s important a 3rd shift worker needs a 2nd person. Always one. On 7th, btwn 10-3am, absurd. For whatever reason the owners only work 1st shift, side by side, mon thru fri.

I've gotten cups of ice from the fountain there on several occasions. Everytime there is black specks of dirt in the ice. I've told several clearks and they won't do anything about it. This is a health hazard. It looks like mold in the ice.
