Horrible RIP OFF Stop there to purchase a bottle alcohol When we were overcharged by $40 when we questioned why the price on the selve reflected one price and we were charged another the store clerk became irate, screaming at me, and my husband wanted to fight my husband outside. Would not refund us even though we had just purchased and had our receipt. The store clerk was so inappropriate And extremely disrespectful to the point where we both felt unsafe. Better off going to the Walgreens just around the corner much nicer and safer choice.

M. is the most disrespectful individual I've ever seen in a customer facing role. I've seen her disregard and abuse customers on several occasions, but after today I won't be back to see it again. She spent several minutes berating jr. staff and when he pointed out that he was trying to help a long line of waiting patrons she screamed "they can wait, they're not important to me!"

A 24/7 store actually “closed” at 2:07 am on a Tuesday night with zero explanation by a rude employee who was screening customers. Do not waste your time fooling with this dump of a store that has a door bell ..yes a door bell… so it can buzz in its customers. A pathetic joke of a business when you read the other reviews too. Even though the listing says that its a 24/7 store, Its closes at the wish and will of the person at the counter. It would be still be open to all the homeless people around. I did not experience the person at the counter as rude but he was not welcoming too. I have seen it closed at 10 PM one day and 11.45 PM another day.

Apparently one of your female employees likes to text your refrigerator service technician multiple photos of herself. Calling a married man of 20yrs with children is very distasteful. I'm sure the company that comes out to service your location would not like to hear of this!!!! Discusting staff!!!

We came to this 7-Eleven today, Tuesday at 8:22pm and we were told its closed!!??? Isn’t it a 24 hr store?? And even if it weren’t, what convenience store closes before 9pm??!!!! Perhaps the hanging out in front smoking is more of a priority than making money! Ridiculous

This is the worst 7-11 I’ve ever visited. Everything is overpriced. I was going to make a purchase, but decided not to. They still swiped my card and billed me. I didn’t buy anything! They are scammers. Beware!

Charged a higher price than what it was said in the 7-11 app. Not explanation, except it was an app issue. What is that supposed to mean? Correction? Refund the difference?

Supposedly 24/7, but it was closed when I went at 11pm on a Sunday because the clerk looked like they were doing inventory. Went around the corner to another location.

Store is never 24/7 I just went and the clerk waved me off like no we not open come back but he was on his phone at the counter.

As a fellow franchisee, this is was one of the worst locations I have been to. Unfortunately the staff is unfriendly and rude.
