I wish I could give 0 stars... I go here often and this morning 12/07/2021 I went in and purchased some items including 3 items off the rollers which had a sign 3 for $3 I used my rewards acct and it instead charged me almost $5 when I told the clerk he said not anymore with an attitude and I said well the sign is right there. He just kept poking the screen telling me how much money I needed to pay. Then when I asked for the store managers name he told me I don't know. I said you don't know the managers name and he just waved me away. Never have I been treated this way by any business in Santa Clara County. I would suggest staying far away from this location. After paying more than I should have had to for the roller food two of the items were cold. What a incredible disappointment.

Easily one of the worst in the country. One out of every five times I visit this location their system is been down and they could only accept cash. On three separate occasions my card and the card of the gentlemen trying to check out next to me were both declined cause their systems went down. This location also randomly closes without any way to see when they open again. They just post a sign on the door that says, “WE ARE CLOSED.” No time of return - nothing. I’ve shown up at 12am and once at 7am and both times they were closed. It’s genuinely pathetic. Stay away from this 7-Eleven if you can. They don’t deserve your business. They deserve to fail so a different person can franchise it. Someone who actually cares about their customers.

Super cool 7-11 Let's be frank here. These guys have to deal with TONS of people who ought to be in jail or in a mental hospital. It's a lot to deal with. The first time I went in, I wanted chicken wings and beer, and they didn't have beer - "If we sold beer it would make our mother sad!" I was told. Love it. I got my wings and got my beer elsewhere. I was just in there tonight to get a couple of money orders and they had to chase some scary lady away from the front so customers could go in. It's crazy there and they deal with it with a lot of courage and grace.

Foi minha primeira experiência nesta rede de lojas, pois não existe 7-Eleven no Brasil . Contudo, sempre ouvi falar muito bem das lojas, então visitei esta para conhecer. Encontrei tudo o que precisava e diversos outros produtos. Coisas que geralmente são vendidas na rede. Realmente tive uma experiência muito boa! Fácil pagamento, produtos muito bem localizados na loja e bastante opções, inclusive com preços acessíveis. Valeu a pena vir aqui conhecer.

It's said the allow cash app reload location.but they acted like my account bar code didn't work but they lied I went to 6th street and it went thru.it. ever showed a attempt to add my money on the 3rd street location.like it does when ever the transaction really does fail.go to hell lady behind the counter

The owner SUNNY is very nice i got my tickets and a slurpee hes all about making his customers happy they got alot of different food from pizza to mini taco samosa cheese sticks store is very busy line moves fast so stop on in i know ill be going back very nice owner.

Sonny and Harjinder have made a very nice, clean, safe, and well-stocked 7-11 business in downtown. They have everything and are happy to help you find your favorite items. This is a great store and I wish Sonny all the success he has worked to earn.

Listed as opening at 5:00am. Still closed at 6am for the last 3 days. Staff strangely staring at the coffee area for longer than 10 minutes now. Very odd place that's clearly not interested in selling anything.

I went in to grab a cup of coffee and some beef jerky. Walked out with both and a smile on my face. What a friendly location. Thank you!

Sometimes we go into the store and they have a stocking problem. Usually it is taken care of. Otherwise it is a good place to go.

7/11 for most of your basic needs, for extended needs you can visit Grocery outlet nearby.
