Overall this place was pretty much a letdown, to be honest. I took a friend here for dessert after a birthday celebration dinner. I had not high expectations, based on the reviews. First off, prices are on the moderate side. So not too expensive... but I definitely wouldn't call it cheap either. One of the issues that I had was the quality of the desserts. I tend to like sweets that are a little less sugary and more flavorful. But these desserts all seem like they had an exorbitant amount of sugar in them and we're just way too overly sweet. In addition I got a matcha latte blended drink. This pretty much tasted awful (it had a gross gritty powdery taste). I kinda wanted to throw it away but don't like throwing things out (especially when I pay decent amount for it). In addition, the thing that made made it worse was that the atmosphere was not at all what I expected. The staff is comprised of what (unfortunately) is the too common of many young people today. While, I wouldn't say that they were directly rude, they all seem lack social skills which adversely effects customer service. Instead of politely letting the customers who are still present that they would be closing soon, they passive aggressively started shutting off lights. This sort of behavior was noticed by the other customers as they commented it too. While, it's not the worst place I've ever been to I certainly can't recommend it. It's unfortunate, because I really wanted to like this place, but sadly I have no desire to go back anytime soon.

I arrived just before 3pm so nearly everything from lunch was gone. There was one lonely sandwich there in the case, but I liked how it looked (it was egg salad), so I decided to go ahead and get it. Let me explain, when I was little, my mother made egg salad sandwiches for me and nothing was ever better. I only like hers. I was skeptical, but hopeful as I took my first bite. Homerun!! The egg salad was just the right amount of savory with a tiny hint of honey in the mustard dressing. The addition of crunchy pickles, lettuce and tomato dressed just so with a smidge of honey mustard between the third slice of bread was a fantastic touch. It leveled up the sandwich for sure. I strolled around for a bit and looked at all their sweets and pastries. It was my first time in, so I wasn't sure what to get. Everything looked carefully crafted and scrumptious! I picked up a bag of assorted treats to take home and also got a milk tea with boba to accompany my sandwich. Hit the spot. I'll be back for sure. This place is located in a busy industrial area, but I'm sure the local workforce here knows about it. If not, they need to get in here already.

We were looking for an Asian bakery since our usual local haunt, 85C in Plano, doesn't seem to be open with Covid restrictions. I'm glad we made the drive! The music was enjoyable enough we took a few tracks off our Google assistant's "now playing" feature for our personal playlists. There was a wide selection of drinks and desserts. It has been so long since I had a good dessert splurge, I went a little overboard, but everything smells so fresh and what I've tried so far is delicious! The bread is soft and flaky, and the creams are smooth and fluffy in texture. They did have gloves and require masks for selections, and everything was also individually wrapped so I felt safe getting items in Covid times. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured our order was complete. There was a short turn-around time between ordering drinks and walking out with our goodies. I had a lavender milk tea, which did not have any real floral flavor but was smooth and enjoyable to drink. My spouse had the lucky charm milk tea, which tasted like a sweetened thai tea. The boba was fresh and had a good flavor and texture. Glad we found it!

By far worst service I’ve received. I’m from out of town and brought a friend to introduce him to this honey toast dessert. After waiting 30 min for our honey toast To-go, we came to find me and my friends food was just sitting there. Only for the lady working to tell us we should’ve told her the dessert was to go and that we don’t have boxes or anything. She then got snarky with us saying she cant do anything about it and that we should know that beforehand and next time we come. WHO SELLS FOOD TO GO WITHOUT A TO GO BOX. I walked out with a paper plate smh. All my years I have never experienced a restaurant denying me a box for my food. I had the ice cream almost spill on my car. Edit: We were never informed on our desserts not being a to go meal when I clearly ordered this two weeks ago. I wouldn’t write a response If I heard the staff be informative at all. The fact that you are lying through tooth and nail is disappointing. We paid for a service and l NEVER I REPEAT NEVER had a discussion about where and how I should’ve ate the dessert. Please fire this staff. Liars, horrible service, rude, and petty!!!

Very rude staff, ordered the Honey toast, waited 30 mins. Come to find out it was sitting on the counter the whole time. By the time I got to us the bread was hard as a rock and was just a very messy dessert. When asked why it was sitting on the counter the young Hispanic lady, with a very snarky and rude attitude, told us that she thought it was to go, but at the time of ordering we were told that we cannot take it to go. Very confusing. She even told us “ next time don’t order it to go”. Mind you we paid $14.99 for a few slices of bread with ice cream and a honey drizzle. By far the worst boba/dessert place that I have EVER been to. Staff has no clue on how to even put a little bit of culture in their menu items, very bland very unauthentic experience. Bobba was literally hard and not chewy and fruit selection were horrible, all unriped fruits were in my “boba smoothie”. If you can even call it that.

Edited review: I'm adding another star to the review for the customer service and promptness to my review. The owner personally reached out to me and tried explaining me to try a more sweeter version of hot coffee. I've yet to try their Korean coffee after my review so keeping my hands crossed but definitely a shout out for the service. Old review: I used to love their hot Korean coffee but it’s now a luck by chance if you get it right or not. I’m disappointed in the last few times I have been there for the same. It has been watered down. Bakery items and seating is nice so giving the stars. Would love for them to get the Korean coffee back to what it was, really was a big fan who is now disappointed.

This was an out of no where and random find. My husband and the kids wanted something sweet and we found a gem. The employees were not very vocal or welcoming (reason for 4 ⭐). They have a load of seating space for customers to stay and fellowship with one another. They also have a good amount of pre-packaged merchandise for purchase to your desire. The register was having a mental moment (did not want to work) and the gentleman working that position was respectful and apologized. My husband politely informed him that "it is alright, that he do not have control over that". I think I will go back but not 100% sure. My husband and children enjoyed the product that was purchased above all the rest.

Great spot! I swung by here after grabbing lunch at a Chinese restaurant close by, and it was the perfect way to finish my meal. Right when you walk in, you're greeting cases of beautiful cakes, as well as a long table FULL of dozens and dozens of baked items. The location is also very large, making it ideal to sit, study, or chat with a friend (or my favorite past time: boba tea & Settlers of Catan). I was too full to try any of the baked goods (except for a free sample of some sort of strawberry pastry, which was amazing), so I just ordered a regular milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. It was amazing! I will definitely be returning during future lunch breaks.

This bakery is super cute with bunnies painted on the waI! loved the food and drinks here! Very good lunch and breakfast options that can be tailored if you are vegetarian. Plenty of outlets and seating. Furthermore, the vegetables in the food is very fresh. The only reason why it got a 4/5 is because the cleanliness. I came early and stayed throughout the day working and the trash from the day before in bathroom was overflowing from the day prior. The deep booths were not clean by the ends, while the shallow booths had been decently cleaned!

Pastries are better than any of the bakeries in carrollton deadass lol, except maybe for some items from tous le jours. Prices for all their items are surprisingly really good compared to other korean cafes/bakeries as well. Staff are nice, the drinks aren't particularly special but not bad either. Normally wouldn't bother with pastries but happened to buy a bunch as gifts for some relatives. For anyone buying for their (possibly) older Asian relatives, I definitely recommend the "coconut cream loaf". Might not get you the "not too sweet" compliment (it's close enough though), but everyone will enjoy it 100%

  • Tessa Katagiri

They have a really nice selection of pastries - both sweet and savory. I would especially recommend the coconut cream bread! I ordered a latte with rose flavoring and asked for only 25% sweetness. It was perfect - most boba cafes I've visited still make the drink quite sweet even when you ask for less sugar, but this is one of the few that actually tastes like they accurately made it with 25% sweetness, so I was impressed. I really loved the rose flavoring they used as well! I would definitely recommend both the drinks and pastries. Next time I'm in the area I would absolutely love to go again!

  • Albert Almodova

As soon as I walked into 9 Rabbits I fell in love! They had all their sweet and savory pastries out in the open and individually wrapped! No worries for cross contamination and if you decided you didn't want that pastry you could easily put it back. I'm still in awe over the amount of variety they had and that's just the pastries! They offer tea, coffee, and snacks! Please go check this place out! I originally walked in needing a birthday cake on the spot (which they did) and I walked out with so many other goodies! Thank you so much 9 Rabbits for helping me save a birthday!

Very cool little bakery bear the intersection of Harry Hines and Royal Ln. With a variety of options including non-gmo, gluten free, vegan and organic options this bakery caters to everyone's need. Their bubble teas are good but seem to leave some after taste, however the bobba is great. I loved their lavender bubble tea which has to after taste. Just ask them to make with no (or less) ice. There is no point in chasing bobba among ice cubes ;-). Bakery has so many items it would probably take all summer even if one comes here every day.

Saw the giant sign that said BREAKFAST UNTIL 3 PM Went in, girlfriend ordered and I went to the restroom. It's not quite 1pm. In between the time she ordered and I got back they suddenly stopped serving breakfast... Literally the exact reason we came in. Okay, so I order the Bulgogi cheesteak instead of the Texas breakfast burrito. Ask for the tots. No joy, the fryer is off and it'll take 20 minutes to heat up. Food was pretty good overall but I feel very mislead as the breakfast menu was the whole reason I came in.

  • Judith Landa

I come here weekly because I looove the Korean Iced Coffee with boba and I really really love the staff. Every time I come here everyone is really nice, especially Mel. The drinks come out really fast even if there’s a lot of people, it’s always clean and I’ve never had a bad experience here. I recommend this place to all my fiends and family. Every time I come here I always grab different pastries to try them out, anything I get is really good and they’re gone in the hour. Exceptional place.

  • Austin-Nikelle Mackey

Really cute place to pick up some pastries or coffee. The cashier was friendly and perky. I would recommend the korean coffee. Its smooth with a slightly sweet favor, not a trace of bitterness. They also have smoothies and boba. The atmosphere is trendy with cute little rabbits everywhere. (P.S. to the owner, I would consider doing a recuse rabbit adoption event if possible.) Whether you are sitting down, working on homework of catching up with a friend. This place would be a great choice!

  • Jessica Espinoza

I tried the taro coconut with boba and it was incredible! A lot of places are too sweet or don’t add enough boba! This was perfect next time I might ask for less sugar or another liquid substitute just to lower the sugar more. I also tried a pastry and it was so good! The prices are great too! Love that it’s nearby my fav nail supply (nail supply glamour) so I can stop by both when in the area.

Their cold brew is probably one of my favorites with a light fruity taste. They also redid their interior with new paintings on the wall and bread placements. The new jalapeno cream bread is my new go-to! The bread is very crispy, the cream is a good amount sweet, and the jalapeno just tops it all off with that light heat. If you get any of the sweet teas, make sure to get regular sweetness as anything below 100% makes it a regular brewed unsweet tea.

  • Daniel Tai

Was recommended to come here by word of mouth and saw the reviews and was excited. The breads seemed like a good selection and what I tried was decent. But **the boba was a big disappointment**. Milk tea was lacking, boba pearls were hard. Would not recommend to come for the boba. Otherwise, there are some board games and seemed like a nice place, plenty of seating. Would want to come back to try some more baked goods, but will pass on the boba

  • Kathleen Young

Ordered cake pops for a party. Reasonably priced and quick turn around. The pops were good, but we had asked for no sprinkles. Apparently not written on the order, and gritty sugar BBs kept us from our plan for decorating. The only thing I really didn't like was the seedy location.

I am normally not a person that writes reviews, but this place is a 10/10!!! The bakery and cafe drinks are amazing. But what really sold me was the helpfulness of the employees. I told them it was my first time and they were more than helpful in being a guide to everything they had to offer. I'm so please and will return! UPDATE: I still come here because it's still amazing. It's a great place to do work. The environment is so cute!

  • Bani T

First time visiting here and lover their drink wasn’t sugary like other boba places. Their TARO boba was just perfect!! Never had that kind of taro boba anywhere. Didn’t know they had large variety of bakery items, they looked all fresh and yummy. Bought their chocolate lava muffin and various cake which is all good. My friend got their 9 rabbits tea with Boba, which was kinda strong didn’t really like that one.

  • Ira shrestha

I order a cake for my daughter first birthday, the taste was perfect, all the guest really like it. In future you guys will get the more order like that cake from my guest as well. Hope they will get the best service like me. I really appreciate the pastry chef help the way she deal with me. I am sorry, I forgot your name but really thank you for make this event perfect with your cake.

  • Carlisle Wykes

The sandwiches and pastries are very well made and delicious! I had the Muscat Oolong tea which was excellent. The only thing that was a bit of a let down was the menu change because it is very small now and one of the reasons we started coming was because of the large variety of drinks offered. I will still be coming back as it is still one of my favorites!

  • Ana

Today was my first visit here. It was a wonderful experience, staff was super friendly and helpful. I got the matcha tea with boba and it was delicious. You can even customize the sweetness to your liking. I also tried the Japanese cheesecake for the 1st time and it was delicious. It was light and creamy. Will definitely be back it was such a cute place.

  • Naomi O.

Horrible, horrible shop because everything is SO AMAZING! This place is the diet slayer. Everything I've had here has been incredible - from the various smoothie drinks, to every sugar filled pastry. The drinks have sharp, clear, flavors (you can adjust the sweetness level), and the pastries are so light and fluffy. Super friendly staff too!

  • May Guo

I got the black sugar milk tea at 75% sugar and no ice. The drink was lukewarm. -1 star - the cup was not sealed, so I couldn't shake my tiger sugar drink -1 star: even at 75% sweetness, this was way too sweet. It gave my mouth an icky feeling. My friends got pastries and liked them. I think you should get pastries, not drinks here.

I love their drinks, their Coffee Late is my go to with Coffe Jellybeans and Vanilla added as extra. Their bakery is also delicious! They have all kinds of sweet bread, coffee, chocolate, mocha, red velvet and cake, it's all super delicious. Also I recommend their 9 rabbits tea with Boba, I have to try their tea next.

  • Y Y

Really bad.... I don't leave negative comments if the foods are acceptablly okay.. but Please DON'T claim that you use "fresh mango" if all you used is mango flavored powder and syrup. The boba also taste bad. It's cheap instant tea + creamer kind of milk tea. They also completely ignored the 50% sugar request.

  • Xander Ramirez

This is my favorite spot for tea, bubble tea, and sweet bread! Relaxing environment decorated with rabbit themes and motifs. Also available are board games and wifi to relieve stress and add to the laidback atmosphere. Great place to drop in for a snack or to stay for a few hours and get some homework done!

  • shalesDC

Fix your hours on Google! And your customer service! Google says that they close at 10pm on Saturday nights. The open sign was on and the doors were unlocked. We walked in at 9:06pm and the guys yells "We're closed! It's 6 minutes after close!" I apologized and told him they should fix their hours online.

  • Matthew Gehrlein

I only had two taro mochi and a matcha green tea boba but both were excellent. The mochi were super soft and fresh and has a good taro flavor. The matcha was also good and not overly sweet like some teas. The cashier was really nice and tried to make conversation with every customer.

  • Robert Freeman

Delicious boba and pastries! Their staff are friendly and helpful, and are willing to remake things or change an order to make sure the customer is happy. The shop itself is fun with plenty of games and space to hang out with friends and have fun. Only problem is they close so early!

An adorable place with amazing food, ample seating (with plugins for laptops!), a huge variety of drinks, and a lot of personality. There’s even a collection of games you can play - obviously a very well-loved business by both the owners/staff and customers.

  • Cory von Seggern

It was all decent. The bakery items didn't feel super fresh, but we're still good. The drink was a bit bland but nothing spectacular. Overall It is good, but there are other places that do the same better. The place was clean and inviting. So there is that.

Ordered an avocado Boba they made it with unripe avocado was disgusting when I went back to tell them they said they don't check if it's ripe or not and seemed like they didn't care that they made the drink with unripe avocado really Rude staff …

  • Alexandra Gonzalez

This place has a very unique vibe. They had both sweet and savory treats, and a fairly good selection of teas both hot and cold. The cakes are absolutely delicious, and the prices are good, for two people we spend about $20 and had food and drinks

  • Kate Kim

Very good bakery! Lots of Asian sweets that I don’t see at other Asian bakeries. I will say that they have some items like the red bean donut that is similar to the Mozart Bakery one. Their macaroons are the best!! So many unique flavors.

  • Diana Bordenave

Came here for the Chinese bakery. They have a good variety of pastries both sweet and savory. They have also whole cakes and slices which look really good. A lot of bubble tea options. I would definitely come back again if I am in town.

Staff was extremely helpful for being first time. they took the time to explain the menu and the drink options. Finally found a great Korean bakery to replace the one I would frequent in Korea Town in L.A. Thank you 9 Rabbits Bakery.

People told me about "that smoothie" and I wanted to give it a try. It was such a great combination! I could taste matcha, avocado(a bit), and strong coffee at the same time. Great combo. Will come back some time again.

  • Isaac Zhukovsky

They make delicious boba tea and baked goods. They have even had two to three vegan options each time I've visited. I tried the mochi and pineapple and strawberry twists and enjoyed both. Loved the bunny themed decor!

  • Samantha Sullivan

Love this bakery! Can never leave without getting a boba tea. Their pastries are always tasty and lean more towards savory than overly sweet which I love. A local treasure to seriously consider visiting! …

  • Matilda Rios

Everything about this experience was just okay. They had a large variety of desserts and were very busy, so their obviously doing something right here. It may have been improved if they had better customer service.

  • Mari

Pretty place, has games to play and conformable seating but I didn't enjoy my cappuccino, no sugar and was way to hot. Macaroon was okay. Pastries were okay. Costumer was okay too but it didn't feel welcoming..

  • Mathew Renovato

Workers were super helpful and recommended perfectly after asking a few questions. Great atmosphere for people studying and working on their laptops as well as the few couples enjoying each other's company.

  • Alyssa Besly

Cute store! Lots of pastry options, decaf boba available, seating for groups, couples, families, or solo customers. We stopped in for milk tea and an hour of remote work on a business trip and loved it!

Cafe style bakery. Unique style breads and drinks. Not so sweet therefore like or dislike is yours. Bread was blended and different texture I.e sticky style. Not much bad so I leave it to your taste.
