I can confidently say that if you visit this shop, your first impression will be the same as mine. "This guy cares about his customers and he's honest". I've been coming here for about a year but I have 3 cars so I've visited several times. I thought I'd wait and see if the first impression wore off (like when you're dating someone new) before writting a review plus too many of us are quick to praise or even criticize a business based on one simple encounter. Two of my cars are BMW'S so if you BMW junkies are concerned, don't be because he knows them well and all their common problems. Alex I should be thanking your parents because clearly you were well raised.

This was my first time coming here. In August I took my toyota for service at the dealer. They changed my oil and told me I needed rotors and pads for my car. I was told it would be $1000! That same day I went to Alex and he checked my brakes, (no charge) he told me I had a few months left on them. I said I would be seeing him in a few months. Your staff is very friendly and professional! I will not be going back to that overpriced dealer again. Thanks for the great job!! We called to have our car checked out by Alex and his team, we decided that the next day would be ok for us to drop it off.. his team ended up doing a full inspection on the vehicle. he called us shortly afterwards and let us know all the items we needed to fix. He also broke the list down into two categories of need to fix now and what can wait a bit. He and his team was able to fix the problems by the next day..amazing professional, fast, knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and I would definitely recommend Alex and his team to work on ur vehicles...I promise u won’t be sorry.

I was having some weird noises coming from my front brakes / steering on a Friday morning. I called A&I and explained that I was hoping to get the car looked at and fixed that afternoon as my kids and I were supposed to pick up a puppy the following day. Alex said to bring the car in and he did a quick test drive with me. Once the issue was identified, he ordered the part I needed and said he'd have the car fixed before they closed at 5 PM. The car was ready before 4 and worked (and sounded) perfectly. A+ customer service and work. Recommend!

My car door locks stopped working and someone referred me to A&I Automotive. I took my car in the morning and received a call from Alex shortly after. He explained the issue to me and gave me his options/suggestions on solutions. He was honest and took the time to explain everything. My car was ready the next day, well within the time he estimated to have it done. Alex was always very friendly and professional during all of our interactions, and I am extremely happy with the service. I will definitely continue getting my car serviced here!

Despite having a jam packed schedule, Alex was able to squeeze my vehicle in for a suspected fuel leak. He took the issue very seriously and insisted on squeezing me in as neither of us were comfortable with the potential safety risk should I continue to operate my vehicle in the meantime. As it turns out, I did not have a fuel leak, and Alex didn't even charge me for the front to back check they did. Overall I was very pleased with my visit here. Alex is very friendly and a very trustworthy mechanic. I definitely recommend going here.

Hands down best in class - I was shopping around for a used Porsche 911 Carrera. Alex is a really humble and honest person. He is extremely knowledgeable and qualified in this business. Not just Alex but the whole team is super friendly and genuine when they help. This is the best place to service your car. Alex and his team are all very good at what they do and are kind and honest. Alex is honest, conscientious, open and friendly... Extremely rare qualities in auto mechanics. He'll inspect every car that comes as if it was up for a safety inspection and recommend all the items that need to be addressed. I recently went for the first time, but I suspect that I will be coming back for all my car maintenance and repair needs.
