Friendly staff, but the service could be better. Made an appointment for my nails, and my UV gel did NOT last more than 1 day. I believe the girl that did mines was new and missed a few steps in the process. The employees should have more knowledge and be quicker. Waited almost an hour to be taken care after my schedule appointment. Long time spent and got poor quality.

Please beware of this salon! They use perms and chemicals without your knowledge! My friend received service and 1 week later her hair is falling out! She addressed the manager and hairstylist about the issue and was met with cursing, yelling and aggressive behavior! These women are unprofessional and take no accountability in what happened to my friend!

5 stars to Ana María, she is the best blower girl, I have met. I stopped going to Dominicans salon about 6 years ago because the poor service but since I met her I go every two weeks. I wish I can do my hair more often but my schedule is hard. Her education is in DR that’s why she is the best in a very long time !!!
