Love A&W burgers, however, each location can lead to a different experience. Recently visited this location and the staff were quick, the food was delicious and there was plenty of room to dine in. Tried their poutine for the first time, and it was good. Their chicken burgers are just as good as their beef burgers, so you can't go wrong picking either. Also, I tried their apple pies for the first time and really enjoyed it. It was coated in cinnamon sugar, so it can get a little messy, but it was delicious.

I was very surprised with the cleanliness at this location. The workers thoroughly cleaned the eating area, made me feel as they really cared for the comfort of their guests. Food is always good. Ran into two workers, both smiled! At cash the representative was helpful and very knowledgable.

The beyond meat is the only burger option, a bit on the salty side. Price is expensive, you almost can’t come as often to enjoy because of it.

It’s a new restaurant. The staff might be a bit inexperienced but they are all very hardworking. We went for breakfast. It’s very crowded and there’s a long wait for ordering and food delivering. It’s ok as each breakfast is customized. It’s hot, fresh and delicious. There’s a pantry that we can get the condiments, throw out trash and wash our hands. The sinks are kids friendly. Paper straws are used - very environmental friendly. There’s a cleaning staff constantly cleaning and tidying. Service staff are very friendly and helpful, suggesting options. It’s definitely a 5-star place.

Got the order completely wrong so easy all I asked for was a teen burger with ketchup lettuce and mayo and no mayo, bacon, and tomato! Every time we said something the person always said “what?” Service is terrible. Do not recommend, the people weren’t focusing at all on their job just fooling around and talking. I love a&w but that experience was not what I expected

Teen Burger

This is a new A&W. I’ve been there a few times. At the back of the restaurants there’s a condiments area where you can get your cream and sugar, peanut butter and jelly, salt and pepper, napkins. It also has sinks for you and your kids to wash your hands. Very nice The breakfast here is so nice. Get a coupon online. For $5.99 (which is 50 cents more) you can get an extra coffee and a hash brown. Service is good. Staff are pleasant. And egg is cooked to how you ordered. The wait is a bit long though.

This A&W used to be good but in the last year and a bit it has been going down hill. Long wait times, poor and unprofessional service and order accuracy is low (make a lot of mistakes), these are some things that can sum up my last 4 visits.

Very quick service! Always fresh! Drinks are great. The store is squeaky clean. Employees are super nice and friendly! Lots of parking. They also have drive through option. One of my favourite places for a quick meal

Ordered from the drive thru. When we got home to eat. The outsides of the burger were hot, but as we started eating. The taste was off and the bites got colder at the centre of the burger. This place can’t cook meat properly and their manager wants you to jump through hoops for them to actually take steps for proper quality control

Went through the drive through staff forgot to give me one of my burgers. I called the store to ask if I could get my money back and nobody picked up the phone. After 4 attempts I drove all the way back to the store for a half hearted apology. Will never go here again.

Since this location has opened this has put all other A&W’s to shame. The store is spotless, the staff are super friendly, and they are open 24/7. I usually have a complicated order and they always get it right and very quickly. I have been many times and never had a bad experience. The layout inside is very spacious in the seating area and even the bathrooms are clean!

Our family loves A&W, and this particular branch is the best of all. It not only offers comfortable seating and restroom facilities but also has incredibly friendly staff. The food is always fresh and delicious. We can't get enough of it!

Great fun even for a retired couple driving around in the great weather. Went to grab a buddy burger and found them giving out free prices, the had a dj and music and even the a&w ! It was fun to watch the little kids enjoying themselves ❤

They have the best burgers i’ve ever had in ottawa. My all time fave is the mozza burger. The service is quick and the place is always neat. I also am obsessed with their sweet potato fries that is usually paired with the chipotle mayo. More

I ordered an all Canadian breakfast platter with pancakes instead of toast, an extra side of pancakes and a latte. Waited until 05:58 to enter the drive thru since I am aware breakfast starts at 06:00 (which is ridiculous to begin with). I

A & W used to be the one fast food that hadn't changed their food sizes. Today, my boyfriend and I got burgers, and the patties were noticeably thinner. Mine even had some ripped off. For the amount that they charge this is disgraceful.

Manager here deserves a raise! I’ve never a place operate so smoothly. The day staff is always so lovely and they take the order so quickly. I started coming cause of the 1 dollar coffee. Now I love having my l lunch there as well!

Great staff and looks like new. Some of the restaurant was a little dirty and the men's washroom wasn't working. Otherwise a great A&W with a great location. Tons of free parking and getting in isn't that difficult.
