I would like to make an official complaint as I feel the service offered was extremely poor. The staff were unprofessional and came across very rude which I and my family were horrified by. When booking the bouncing castle a staff member agreed that the bouncing castle will be kept until the next morning however, at the time of setting it up (approximately 2-3pm) the staff member did not acknowledge this an instead said that it can only be here until 7pm due to the garden (the location the bouncing castle was setup) having concrete flooring and not having enough space on the sides. Firstly, the staff member gave his word yet backed out which is very irresponsible as we had made arrangements prior to this having spent a great amount of time organising a birthday party. Secondly, I felt as thought the “concrete” flooring excuse he made was so far fetched and ridiculous! At the time of booking your staff members should have asked us questions regarding the bouncing castle setup as this was the first time we have booked one hence it is ordinarily normal for us to not know what requirements are needed. The staff member also said that we haven’t brought any mats to put underneath which again is irresponsible as it should always be the company’s policy to ensure that every staff member makes a consumer aware of all the terms and conditions. When we heard this we were mortified as this detail is so crucial-if anything as a health and safety pro-caution he should have ensured we at the least have knowledge about this. As a result, myself and a few of my nieces/nephews were injured which we were not happy about! As an alternative, the member of staff offered to leave the bouncing castle until 9pm rather than 7pm even though initially it was supposed to be the morning after. Though, this was not the case and yet again they went back on their word. They turned up at the house at 8.45 and wanted to deflate it. We acknowledged the fact that it was not 9pm yet BUT they did not listen and whilst most of my family were still on the bouncing castle at 8.55 they deflated it. Having small children on it this is very dangerous you should know. And as you know the garden has concrete floor as mentioned it resulted in the kids falling on a hard surface ground which caused injuries and bruising. I am very unhappy with this service especially staff members attitude and lack of procedure and standards. I will never book your company again and will make sure no one else even attempts to book you guys. It was a complete waste of money for us and we did not appreciate the unfriendly nature of your staff and satisfaction in the end was so low.

We booked ABC leisure for the bucking bronco for 3 hours 8-11, they chose to operate between 7.30 & 10.30, the operator spent all evening looking at his phone, with a number of people they had fell off and he hadn’t noticed, he also told a 7 year old and an 8 year old they could no longer go on, without apparent reason. Further to this, parking was limited at the event and so people blocked others in and moved as requested, it was no problem, the operators van got blocked in and they chose to go and interrupt the live band, mid song to ask them to announce they were blocked in, instead of asking someone to help or at least waiting for them to finish the song, everyone is talking about how appalling there attitude was. I fed this back to them but I never received an apology.

Disappointing service - mrs called them ahead for weekend booking, text email for booking form....never received. message left to call back.....no response. Poor. Update - You informed you would send a booking form _ you failed. We dont do whats app calls. Email was sent. Not our fault you did not pick up our email. I text you on Saturday which was quite clear. So what you delivered 13 events for the commonwealth games - if you did not have the time for our booking you should have said. On your website you do not state anywhere that you require time for a booking. It's simple - you simply could not be bothered with our booking. Thank goodness we did not pay any monies to you.

We hired the Gladiator Dual for our sons 18th birthday party. The booking was easy and straight forward to complete and it was good value for money as we had it all day until late on the evening. Every one had so much fun on it, they couldn’t keep off it even though the day was so hot. The lads that brought it and set it up was on time and polite and friendly. The only negative I can really think of is it could do with coming with gloves when your holding the stick because it made your fingers sore because of the friction but apart from that every one loved it and we would use them again in the future

I booked the inflatable cinema for my 40 person party and it was the highlight of the night! My friends were getting married and I threw them a karaoke garden party, and the screen was super high quality to play YouTube videos etc on. You could genuinely watch 4K movies as long as its after dark. Bal who set the cinema up was really helpful and very cool, and the price was so worth it. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future and so will many of my party guests! 10/10. Thanks Bal!

It was my sons 3rd birthday so wanted to do something a little different to every day were facing being stuck at home so decided to book a bouncy castle for him. Had a last minute cancellation from another company and ABC Leisure saved the day with a same day booking. Called around and ABC was able to deliver the bouncy castle within 35 minutes of booking. We booked the inflatable pub for our sons 30th birthday. Excellent service throughout the entire process . very helpful during the initial booking with immediate responses via the online chat facility. Delivery and collection was excellent arriving on time, both guys were smart plus very friendly & personable. My wife ordered some inflatables from this company for our local cricket club open day and from beginning to end it was outstanding service. They sent the invoice through straight away, on the day they arrived on time and promptly put the equipment out (even helping us with putting out other items) and returned to collect just as they said they would. The college I work for hired a photo booth and some inflatable games through ABC Leisure for a leavers event we put on for our students. The equipment was of a high standard and really made the afternoon.
