I ,ike to say that New star taxi is by far the best taxi i have used in years. since every other company has gone automated i have had terrible service and can never reach a human to talk too. I finally found a taxi service that i can get a human to talk too. The people are very friendly and the taxis are very clean and always on time. I have used their service for three months now and have had no issues. If you are looking for a clean and dependable taxi i highly recommend New Star Taxi and Limo.

I gave it a star ONLY because i had to. I was a passenger in another car when taxi #3111 cut in front of us making us have to slam on our breaks. Than proceded to flip us off and make threat.ing jestures at us. We called tbe company to let them know, but when they asked if we were a client, we said no and they just hung up on us. I really hope their clients think twice about using this company.

Idk but y'all fam below but I recommend this company, if I would rate this based on my experience with the company, I would give it a 10 star This cab company has been great within the years I been using it. Now it's more convenient that they have an app (Prime Rides) where I can request a cab without worrying about surge pricing compared to uber.

Que está pasando con esta compañia de taxi? Los taxistas se portan medio mal y niegan el medio de transporte como si fuera gratuito. Que se Traen en si? La verdad que me sorprendo como se comportan despues de haber sido una cliente frecuente en el pasado y AhorA resulta que me quieren andar tratando mal? Osea que onda?

La señora que contesta el teléfono ni siquiera deja terminar de hablar y los choferes no son para nada listos con eso de buscar direcciónes dejan a uno esperando como tonto. Pónganse mas al tiro porfavor. Y todavía pa acabar le echan a uno la culpa.

This local car service is outstanding! They are always on time and have the most reasonable prices in town. They are my ‘go to’ ride service if I need to get to the airport. Cars are clean and drivers are always friendly and courteous.

Bueno la verdad me gusta mucho esta linea de taxi por que son muy amables.. de hecho varias veces me ah tocado un muchacho de puerto Rico que es muy amable y yo si puedo recomendar esta compañía... siempre me buscan a la hora que es.

They are always right there when I'm stranded someplace which happens. Ore often than not these days... Lol... But they have always been affordable dependable and always made me feel safe while in their vehicles ...

Most if em don't have meters and They Over Charge Double than the Cars Equipped with Meters....My Opinion if you NEED to Call Them Request a Car WITH a Meter in It....If you dont want to Pay Excessive Amount.

I'm giving it a one because they have really bad service! They make you wait forever to the point where you have to call again to make sure if they are coming. Even an Uber arrives faster!

They won't answer my phone calls and also they kept hanging up on me, this isn't the first time they have done this to me, I'm done calling this taxi company if this keeps happening

The drivers are really unprofessional they sit on the phone while you are in the taxi. They have people riding with them. Not all of the drivers are this way but some of them are.

Nice taxi service but the Limo service is Excellent Very Clean. Drivers are polite and listen very carefully. Drive very safely. Get you to destination location very fast.

Im only giving him 4 stars because he seemed to not know where we were and charged me more because he drove around too much. Other than that I’d given him 5 stars.

Well not all deivers are the same, a taxi driver was texting and checking his instgram while he was deiving... it's that Ok if you're a taxi driver??

Drivers are nice but had a situation that ruined the respect I had for this company. I prefer uber or lyft these days when I'm between vehicles.

The Limo driver was great! I was running late to the airport, and they got to my house in 5 minutes in uptown! I will be calling them again.

Customer service is perfect and their dispatchers are so friendly with the customers, I'm really proud of this company.

Over priced. 20 dollar ride and the guy over charged me 50 dollars for a 15 minute taxi. You’re better off with Uber.

Make me late for work. Took. More than 15mn waitting for taxi to arrived. When they said 5 to 5mn waitting.

Terrible made us late for work everydayand got fired! They need working clocks 7:15 does not mean 7:45.

Over all great service. Called and arrived in 10 minutes to Uptown Minneapolis. Will use again.
