We loved everything about our stay here! The location in the heart of Nice was so convenient to walk to everything in just minutes: Promenade de Anglais along the beach, Old Nice, the Paillon Promenade park, Jean-Medecin shops and restaurants, a grocery store downstairs, and the tram. The ability to open the widows to hear and see the activity of Place Massena day or night without leaving the luxury of our room helped us feel connected immediately to this amazing city.  When we wanted to explore the region, the train station was only 20 minute walk and the tram outside our door connected us to the train station or airport conveniently.  Uber also was an easy option once we walked to nearby street.  We usually rent a car when traveling,  but never needed one here. The room was perfect for us.  Spotless, elegantly decorated to match the history of the building, with so many little details taken care of.  The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, and the coffee maker and refrigerator tucked into the wardrobe were perfect.  Wine glasses and corkscrew helped us enjoy the great local wine. Outlets by the bed and free wifi were convenient to help us stay connected and research everything we wanted to do. The shower had a rainfall head and hand wand with plenty of hot water and pressure. I took advantage of the hair dryer and the makeup mirror. We had a romantic clawfoot tub and bathrobes in the room,  but were so busy enjoying our sightseeing in Cote d'Azur we didn't find time to use it. The hosts were amazing!  English was no problem, they provided great recommendations and were easily reached if we had questions. I have a gluten allergy and they even had a list of available restaurants and stores that could accommodate gluten-free safely. I highly recommend ABA Luxury B&B for anyone visiting Nice!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ABA Côte d'Azur, and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine desire to make my stay memorable. The location of this bed and breakfast is unbeatable. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The staff at ABA Côte d'Azur were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. Their knowledge of the area was invaluable, as they provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options. I truly felt well taken care of during my entire stay. Overall, I cannot recommend ABA Côte d'Azur enough. It truly provides the ultimate vacation experience. Je veux mettre un commentaire le plus juste possible…le site internet est très trompeur, on pourrait croire un hotel 5* hors ce n’est pas le cas du tout! On s’est retrouvé dans des chambres d’un particulier qui s’est converti en b&b, oui une auberge de jeunesse version luxe…J’ai été choqué par la porte d’entrée d’un immeuble certes bien situé mais vétuste dont la porte d’entrée ne fonctionne pas et flaque d’eau dans le couloir quand il pleut, j’ai failli glissé…la déception dès l’entrée et concernant les chambres la déco fait très vieille et tout ne fonctionne pas, exemple le robinet salle de bain pas d’eau chaude…je crois que la catastrophe c’est le petit déjeuner même si préparé par le gentil propriétaire tous les produits low-cost même pas de beurre ni de boisson chaude, yaourt lidl c’est vraiment digne d’une auberge de jeunesse et non un 5* comme il indique dans les serviettes, les produits pour la salle de bain la misère même pas de shampoing et pour couronner le tout l’accueil glacial de l’hôtesse je pense la compagne du propriétaire qui ne se soucie que du fric ou ce qu’il pourrait manquer dans la chambre, elle nous a fait une maladie parce qu’elle ne voyait plus ces deux petites cuillères à thé sur le plateau…au prix où on a payé la chambre et le petit déjeuner on pourrait ouvrir une boutique à cuillère. Je mets 2* seulement pour l’emplacement et c’est déjà très généreux de ma part, mais moi qui est voyagé beaucoup j’y retournerai pas sinon il faut pas avoir le choix.

This is an apartment. The pictures are deceptive as the room with the queen, king and single bed is still very spacious but not as much as the pictures look! It was spotless. Beds and bedding very comfy. The location perfect. Straight walk to beach. Along the Nice riveria/castle/tram stops...easy train ride and stop from airport....central to other places. Theresa the host allowed us to check in early..met us & was v helpful in answering any Qs. Available by text to any queries. Really helpful & supportive with following up on losing money at the end of the holiday when we returned to the Uk when the French police were not! If this is a group booking and you all want to share a room this is perfect! It is a lovely apartment. It is secure & safe. But yes it is not a hotel....we paid for breakfast...bth with the location you don't need breakfast inc... personal preference... A cleaner does come everyday & changes towels/cleans everything Thank you for a loveky stay! True Nice living for 4 days

No recomendable. Reservamos la Rondo Veneziano Imperial Suite para 6 noches y 4 adultos. Todas las camas están en la misma estancia, no sale me la foto de la web porque el espacio es muy justo con los muebles. Se encuentra situada en un edificio viejo y con olor a humos de cocinas. Es muy ruidosa al no tener convenientemente insonorizados los ventanales (Tranvía, coches, música toda la noche). El desayuno es muy pobre y de mala calidad. Al llegar comunicamos al dueño nuestro descontento queriendo cancelar las 3 últimas noches por disponer de 72 horas de adelanto, pero no nos dejo porque habíamos prepagado la estancia. Los hoteles de 4 estrellas de la zona y frente al mar ofrecen precios más baratos para 2 habitaciones y 4 adultos, esto es carísimo y no volveremos nunca

My room was so charming. Stayed here for five days and the host was amazing. She was super responsive (the website lists a WhatsApp number which is the best way to communicate). I landed early and they held my luggage till the room was ready. They can arrange for a driver to pick you up from the airport (40euros) - they work with a company that provides drivers. The company took my card when picking me up but needed cash on the way back for some reason. My card decided to malfunction so I couldn't withdraw any at the ATM in the airport but I called ABA and they were SO HELPFUL and helped facilitate a way to pay later. That said, I may just Uber next time since uber works well enough in Nice. Note this is a bed and breakfast so it's an apartment converted into four separate rooms. The entrance to the building is right in place massena which is a historic square - very close to old Town, restaurants, and shopping. I could see the water from my window. But since it is a busy and touristy square, the outside is a little grimy so just be prepared to enter the building from an apartment building type entrance. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing location location & Location. We spent 4 days in this small hotel,the hotel is located in 2nd floor of building in the center of Nice ,it’s the best location to stay in nice,train ,bus& tram very closed to the hotel by walking distance,I booked room with Bathtup Is really clean,Newly well decorated ,Normal in size ,no need to book with breakfast since All shops Just downstairs,you can buy Delicious croissant with coffee downstairs by 3 Euro,the internet connection is really Good,Great Housekeeping every morning,KNice small kitchen,kettle & coffee machine available,two small Refrigerator,Iron available Just out the Room ,the room contain Netflix & Phone number (you can use it directly to book any restaurant or any activities) . The Owner Teresa really very nice lady & she can help with anything you want ,Just call her for any help. To know that there’s No In Room dining because you have everything to buy downstairs . Location,Room & Teresa is the best in this nice small Hotel .

I was welcomed by this RUDE unkempt young boy. He was trying to scam me from the very beginnning. Before i even had a chance to put my suitcase down he was trying to sell me champagne. He told me the champagne costs 60 Euro. "But for you my friend 30 Euro, dont tell anyone" He has no manners. he were also lying. he told me there was a special Netflix so that you could watch everything Netflix had to offer from every country. I diddent believe him so i turned on the TV and it said " Problem with Payment" it was not even working! Before he left my room he were offering to drive me to the airport the next day. "Only 60 Euro for you my friend" Which is double up on price. He told me it was not possible to get a taxi anywhere else. This is the worst kind of behaviour i have ever experienced. This has nothing to do with Luxary. I paid 393 Euro for a tiny tiny room where nothing was working. Towels not clean. Smelly room. Plastic and dirst under the bed.

Je mets 2 étoiles pour l'emplacement qui est excellent.Mais c'est tout! Méfiez vous, ce n'est pas un 5étoile!!!! Ça ne vaut pas le prix demandé !!! Les photos sont photoshopé, c'est très vieillot, plomberie ancienne:pas d'eau chaude au lavabo.Pas de produit d'hygiène digne d'un 5étoiles: Savon en distributeur dans la douche+ savonnette.(pas de shampoing).petit déjeuner sans beurre,sans boisson chaude pour les enfants.yaourt de la marque de lidl, sachet de thé carrefour. Jus d'orange bas de gamme. Je pense que les avis positifs sont achetés ou que les personnes ne sont restés qu'une nuit. Je ne pense pas que ce soit un vrai 5 étoiles

We went to Nice for my 50th birthday celebrations and I have to say it was an amazing trip. The apartment was in a prime location where it was easy to travel to other locations like Cannes & Monaco. Teresa and team were very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was very clean and luxury and sleeps to five people. The apartment was cleaned everyday and was provided new towels and toiletries, truly recommend it. Thank you to Teresa for making our stay pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable.

Når virkeligheten overgår skrytebildene har eierne gjort en fantastisk jobb. Vi ble tatt godt i mot av eieren, en hyggelig svensk dame som med hele sitt hjerte har innredet fire fantastiske leiligheter. Det var en stor opplevelse å overnatte her midt i smørøyet av Nice. Taket og lysekronene fra Murano var en opplevelse i seg selv. Alt er gjennomført, jeg fikk en følelse av å være en av overklassen i Italia, langt tilbake i tid. Skal garantert tilbake hit. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Совершенно необыкновенная гостиница. Супер центр Ниццы. Свита, в которой мы жили не уступает лучшим аналогам элитных пятизвездочников, включая Negresco. Милые хозяева, необыкновенная чистота и комфорт, шикарная обстановка, так редко встречающиеся в BnB. Александр даже отвез нас в Аэропорт и задарил шампанским, узнав о дне рождении супруги. I spent a fabulous weekend !!! the location of the hotel is great i never had to take the car, i was a stone's throw from the sea and the city center. The room was very comfortable, furnished in Venetian style and equipped with a kitchen with kitchenette. I also got really very good champagne prosecco! very helpful and attentive staff. I will definitely be back

I can absolutely recommend ABA Luxury B&B, my room was absolutely beautifully decorated and very clean. The beverages were included and the fridge and was filled up every day. Un endroit magique un service au top! Parfait pour un moment romantique. Le savoir recevoir !! Bouquet de fleurs fraîches, bouteille de champagne offerte pour s excusez de la panne d ascenseur et tarte au pomme. Les prestations sont à la hauteur d un hôtel de luxe.

Wonderful and historic at the same time. The hotel staff were as kind as can be and we loved being so centrally located. We would do it again in a heartbeat.
