Not only did I lose 11 dollars on their machines because they completely turned off mid way into the wash. I texted them several times about it and got no response whatsoever. So I’m just outta luck there; had to take my completely soaken wet blankets home. Not only that There was also other customers using 5 different dryers and had left them unattended. We were in there for almost 2 hours and the dryers were just sitting there not being used with clothes in it and there’s a sign saying to not leave your clothes unattended because the next customer will move them. So like any other person would do we put the clothes in one of the dryers in a basket for them so we could use the dryer. They came in cussing and getting all in our faces over it being very rude, ghetto, and disrespectful. Their clothes were try and to be spiteful they put all the dryers to dry again to waste my time even more. I would not recommend this laundromat to anyone. It’s ghetto and the management does not care.

This place never has a person to assist the customers on site. On top of that they have a text only number but won’t text back nor call u for any issues u might have. Second time here n last cuz the dryers takes ur money n doesn’t dry good n the washer seem like it’s working but it’s not moving n u have to wait til it stops so u can get ur cloths. Do not come here if u want to avoid the issue this laundry gives u. The number 35 took $2.50 from us n got stuck n number 36 sounds like it’s working but it’s not moving. Text the number n nothing happens ‍♀️

I have taken a friend here a few times. Her and My experience was positive. We only had one time that a dryer didn't work. We text them like the sign on the wall said to. They responded and later sent us a refund for our money. Everything seemed nice and neat except the detergent dispenser for the washing machines could be cleaner. Also they are located by a Subway and Chinese food place which is convenient while you wait.

I always come here later in the night and the gentleman watching the cameras always says “good morning and welcome to abc laundry”. I love knowing someone is watching especially because it’s late at night and it’s not the best area. It could be a little cleaner but I also come later at night so who knows when they come and clean it. I don’t mind it, I appreciate a 24/7 laundry place.

Decent little neighborhood laundromat. Pretty well-maintained, usually pretty clean, in the machines always seem to be in pretty good shape. Only real complaint is the parking, but not really anything they can do about it, Parental Home Road was widened years ago , and they just got stuck with what they have now.

Disgusting floor. Folding tables had fecal matter on it. No air condition or staff available. Parking space too small for long van and cars park on both sides of road but only one side allows parking. All in all its trash. Worst place ever in the USA. And I've been all over this beautiful country.

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not go here! The washing machine stole my $6.50. When I tried to contact someone at the number provided, no one responded. I tried repeatedly to contact someone for a refund so I could clean my laundry to no avail. Worst laundromat experience ever!

I only gave a star cuz i had to to leave a review. Business is horrible. No attendent so when the machines take ur money, and they do u cant get ur money back. When u call the "customer service " number they dont answer he actually turns his phone off.. I wont ever go back!

Horrible business, horrible service the customer service number doesn’t work, he doesn’t answer the phone. If y want to waste your money go ahead but this is a sorry laundromat. There is plenty more around I’d suggest going elsewhere. Oh and parking is horrible!

Horrible location parking isn’t that great it’s overly priced and there’s no restroom or sink to wash your hands if I’m paying I think I should at least be able to use the restroom horrible would never come here again and I’m doing a review on tic Tok

Probably the worst laundromat that I have ever used this machines were disgusting there was not enough parking and the dryers were all in use and there’s not enough machines and dryers at all for the amount of people that are there

I like that its 24 hours, but I wish the owner would install restroom and hire an attendant. Whenever you go to this laundromat, the outside smells like urine. It would also be great if all the dryers are all hot when used.

This place has no respect for humanity nor for customers. No toilets, no-one to assist , machines are filthy, dirty and full of bacteria. I’m wondering how this place still open . Owner have some respect for your business!

Don't know how often they clean this place but when I went there in the morning hours, there were clothes and debris all on the ground and on top of washers. They should keep the place cleaned up and maintained better.

Roaches, filthy, water on floor, change machine not working, I think this place takes advantage of poor ppl who can't go elsewhere. You can tell they do not care by the way they answer ppl who review them.

Only giving five stars so it can be seen, the machines take people’s money and you cant get a hold of the owner, you call once then he sends you straight to voicemail after. I DO NOT recommend.

Dryers Don't Dry & i'm Not Sure about the Washers. My Clothes just Didn't Smell their Normal way after a "Good" Wash!

It's in a real good location and it's open 24 hours. It's never too busy and the dryers work great.
