DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE!! I purchased a Mercedes CLS from these guys, after all payment had been taken and my car part exchanged and signed over they then told me they had no logbook for the car!!! I could not tax the vehicle so I had to drive home from birmingham and wait for the logbook to be "found" and the car to be dropped to me. The car then had a flat tyre which they claimed they did not know about and would not fix for me so I instantly had to pay out for a new tyre. Secondly when I was test driving the car there was a crunch, they told me this was the new breaks, it carried on happening so I took it to a garage they fixed part of the problem which cost £470.00 the garage refused to pay for or fix the problem but in the end chipped on £100.00. The car then fell about 30ml on one side, I threatened legal action if they did not sort out this problem as they had sold me a car that they obviously new was not in good order. They offered to pay for the bill, once the bill come through and the car was fixed by the local mechanic they then refused to pay it all and only half!!! I did not have a choice but to accept as I need my car for work. I then found out that the car had not been serviced even though they assured me it had been!!! The garage they use fitted the suspension totally wrong and have clearly pushed through MOT's for AD cars. Over £1000.00 worth of repairs on a car that you could just about afford and with people you trusted. Made my life very difficult in regards to work and taking my children to school and nursery. Totally disgusting people in this garage, they come across very professional but the only profession they have is lying. DO NOT GO TO THESE THEY WILL SELL YOU AN UNSAFE VEHICLE AND LIE THROUGH THERE TEETH.

Initially a great service very helpful and willing to negotiate on price. They agreed to refurb the wheels and touch up some of the paint work as agreed which they did. However after collecting the car i soon realised it was fitted with km speedometer! This is boarderline ilegal i was told by multiple Mercedes specialists and was forced to pay over £700 to get this issue fixed. I was told prior to this that this dealer full checks overs there cars however this is clearly not the case as it was a massive oversight. Yes its an older car so its expected to have wear and tear however for a dealership to sell a top of the range SL55 AMG which such an issue to a paying customer is disgusting and i was shocked when i realised. When i contacted the sales person who had sold me the car, the once helpful person replied with ‘’We apologise for this situation. Will be more aware in the future. Enjoy ur new car! ’’ which i think is shocking as i believe they should have contributed towards fixing.

First class service! From the first time I called AD Cars Ltd and asked for the VIN, David was very helpful and answered all my questions. I bought the car purely on spec - when I arrived to collect it, I wasn't disappointed; immaculate; even better than described. Thanks also to William for picking me up at the Rail Station.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The car was in a lot better condition than described. It was a very smooth transaction. The best dealership I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many. I Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fishy people, i reserved the car put a deposit and they were showing the car to other buyers. I told them i am intrested and i will get the money and the sold the car with telling me.
