Worst packers and highly unprofessional company. Works through low grade third party vendors who are not trained to handle expensive goods at all. Attitude of the entire staff is absolutely dismal. Because of so many third party channels involved there is no accountability of an individual hence, you end up banging your head against the wall. Made a very big mistake by patronizing their services. All my crockery, dining table and few of the household items got damaged beyond repair. My sincere advise please do not use their services. Since I have moved different cities and never faced this issue before hence, it’s not one time opinion. They don’t deserve to be called a logistics company due to poor staff and the material they use.

Tied up with AGS to shift my Household Goods from Jakarta, Indondesia to Bangalore, India.... Amidst this COVID times, found AGS persons to follow all precautions guidelines and the work was very systematic and sincere. AGS Bangalore Coordinator Ms. Julie Singh was courtesy to keep me posted timely for the status of my goods and ensuring ene to end coordination till goods got unloaded and unpacked. Supervisor Suresh Paswan was diligent to see that all cargo boxes timely reach my home as committed and unpacking activity was timely and Safely completed. All excess packing material was also quickly removed from apart5. Kudos to AGS Banglore team... Highly Recommended...!!!

Your company actually deserves 5 stars, but the packaging guys in paris were really rude and packaging were not done in a proper way!! I recently used services of AGS Four Winds for my international relocation. I am pleased with source location packing service provided, and was well assisted by my customer service POC Julie and supervisor Narendra. Will share more details once I receive goods at destination location by judging the condition of goods once it’s received.

Our coordinator from AGS Bangalore, Julie Singh has been very helpful during all the process from the survey in France to the delivery in Bangalore. The delivery dates have been respected and everything is in perfect shape. The delivery supervised by Pretham has been done very quickly! I recommend AGS Bangalore.

I never seen such a unprofessional believer. I make the movement in June. Very poor quality for packing. All fake commitments Misreadings Poor quality of service All of my materials are broken. They promised to repair all the stuff and now offering me 2500 rupees and asking me to do it myself. Worse service
