You're probably reading this review because you are trying to decide which moving company to hire. Well, I highly recommend choosing anyone besides AGS International Movers. I was initially drawn in by their slick glossy brochure and reassurances from their salesperson that my shipment would be carefully taken care of, tracked throughout the move, and arrive safely at my residence. Nope, that definitely didn't happen. They lost one of our boxes (handmade pottery and dinnerware), (32 shipped out, 31 arrived) and were completely unable to offer any explanation or even speculation about how it disappeared. Beware, because there is a serious flaw in their tracking system and they are too incompetent to even be able to identify it. "Oops, sorry! We lost it." They flatly refused to take any responsibility for it and naturally, refused to offer any compensation ($90 worth of merchandise). If you do choose this company, definitely buy insurance, not just for breakage and damage, but because it's highly likely they're going to lose your stuff. When the salesperson says, "Hey man, you should buy insurance FROM US, to protect yourself FROM US", do it. Better yet, go with Asian Tigers or Crown Relocations if you want to make sure your shipment won't get lost along the way.

I have used AGS International Movers 4 times for local moves in Vietnam over the last 5 years and have nothing but good results. The service has been top notch and professional. The local supervisor and packing/moving team were fast, thorough and very helpful assembling furniture, helping to hang photos in our new homes, and making sure to work tidy and clear after themselves. I was especially impressed recently during COVID-19 when everyone was wearing masks and washing & sanitizing their hands regularly. Clearly they have implemented new policies to put safety first. Well done!

Thank you to AGS moving company. For the company's help, my relocation overseas was much easier. Especially thanks to the piano team, including the piano technician. The condition of the piano was very good when it unboxed. (Again, thank you so much. ♡♡) I think the quality of the work and service of the AGS is quite superior. Totally recommend!
