Avoid this shop. They are not trustworthy. The sales staff agreed to do adjustment to a ring size on the day it was purchased and the staff calls back a few days later saying he can't adjust the ring and told us we need to pay more money to get another ring of a different size instead. As it was going out of budget, we said in that case the staff shouldnt have said he can adjust the ring size in the first place when we were buying it. We asked for a refund and staff said he can refund minus the workman cost. To begin it was not even custom ordered but a ring on display. The staff promised one thing and didn't deliver on it. Instead he is trying to make the customer pay more. Eventually we agreed to top up to change to another ring. When we wanted to pay by card for the extra cost which is not even our fault to begin with, the staff asked us to pay by cash. A proper jewelry store that won't accept card payment. This is very suspicious. This is very bad. I will avoid this shop. I hope the management can take a look into this behaviour of the staff.
