I was passing through the area... I deals so good I had to load up my trolley (which required a gold coin before securing it's release). Not being someone who makes purchases on a frequent enough basis to be equipped with even a rudimentary grasp of the correct checkout etiquette, a friendly and efficient blond cashier helped me through the payment process which if left to my own devices, would have left me dumbfounded and embarrassed. Thank you to that cashier. She handled the situation with modern day efficiency and old fashioned service

Laughable and strange system. They check your bags at the checkout area. Not sure why they do that. This isn't Kmart. It's just another way to cause inconvenience and hassle to the customer. One thing I can't stand is the cashiers sitting on chair and on top of that telling you where to stand. It's no wonder that the Germans founded this store.

I found this store to be very different in layout to other aldi stores and therefore difficult to locate some items. Not as many checkouts and seemingly not as many staff .but very clean neatly laid out.parking is ok too and other stores in the centre are taking shape as well l will post a full report as it comes to hand.

Great place for meats, fish, frozen food (whether for defrosting or for immediate cooking), Choceur dark chocolates, and especially their specials. Staff are accommodating and friendly if you can brave their somewhat tense expressions. They have been very efficient at keeping checkout lines moving fast.

I've been trying to contact Aldi for the past 3 months about 2 orders worth over $80 and haven't received any emails or calls back from anyone at aldi ive been to the store ive purchased it from and they were no help so if anyone in head office sees this email please reply.

Has everything you need in an ALDI, the issue was the poor quality of staff and their dismissive attitude for incorrect pricing for which I found out that ALDI does not follow a code of conduct for when large quantities are placed on the wrong shelf with the wrong price.

Normally I love Aldi but this store was more than disappointing. They did not have any of the Saturday specials for this week. They did have weeks and weeks worth of previous specials that were still all full price. I will not be coming back to this particular shop.

Officially changing my rating to 5. I had the best service today from Harley. My day was made after being served by him. Well done Aldi for employing such a nice bloke with so much spunk. Had a great laugh and it was refreshing to get service in a fun way

Nice bunch of people, love the variety of products in the store, fun surprises. We had bought an A/C and it was too loud for us, they were so nice about it, they took it back, refunded the money before the end of the day. We'll be back here for sure!

Aldi Wetherill Park service is shocking. There’s only two cashiers operating all the time and takes forever to get your groceries done. They should hire more people at the registers. That’ll be more sustainable and less stress on staff.

Staff are friendly and the actual shop is new. What I don't like is that they never have the advertised specials. Even if your the first there on the day they go on special. It's like they never have stock. Aldi needs to fix this issue.

First time I'd tried this ALDI and I was impressed. Good range and a good size store also. Alcohol is sold and those middle isle where you can accidentally spend big. The only negative is the parking yard at the back. The lot is on a

Unfortunately most of the staff at the Wetherill Park Aldi are rude. They really don't like helping, when asking a question they are really abrupt and just keep giving answers that are not even related to your questions.

Very very poor, plus ,they sell stuff , like, herbs, spices, olives , biscuits , and few other things from diffrent stores that dony sell , double what other stores charge, that is so pathetic,, NOT RECOMMENDED,, NOP

Its ok but not all are cheap now compare before as most of the things im getting are the same price as other supermarkets, some are more expensive at aldi and im getting rewards for being a member..

The aldi here always seem to have opened products. Assuming these are customers who open and inspect before they buy. I visit aldi store's in the local area and have found this one to have less

Disgusting service, cashier did not listen and talked over the top, told a straight lie and did n ot respond to my request to speak to the manager. Will never ever shop at that store again

Much like any Aldi they have a great range at very low prices. What really sets this Aldi apart is the amazing staff. They are friendly and helpful, generally just great customer service.

Aldi bit expensive then it use to be, reminds of me of a petrol station with no gas that just sells mainly no brand products. Then again, might be the Aldi I went too at the time.

Great store! One thing i admire is the limited edition range where they get things usually sold in other countries for example pop tarts and lays chips for a limited time!

From my personal experience, it is a wonderful and clean place, and the staff are very willing to work and deal very nice from the staff, and I shop from him every day

Always empty looks like they closing down but they not you won't find nothing 60% empty they must have smart manger what wish we had Aldi like other stores

Splendid location and away from the riff-raff of Fairfield & Fairfield West Aldi stores. Counter staff were very friendly & polite. I'll keep coming here.

Is not much there, but Aldi is ok. The fruit shop is also ok. Car wash really good and their coffee shop... super friendly. And very nice food and coffee

Great customer service at the checkouts with friendliness, which makes the shopping experience during tough times cost of living wise a little easier.

They really need more checkout cashiers, I'm sorry but the lines are always way too long because they just have one person working the cashier.

Customer spilled some disinfectant at the checkout. Didn't shut down the checkout and took forever to get a cleaner to fix it. Very poor OH&S.

New and well design layout. No more plastic bags. Efficient german engineering. Checkout is Conveyor belt of human customers. Brave new world

Good, valuable products. Cheap like most Aldis. The only downside is that they need more checkout cashiers. The queues can be very long.

A little quieter than other Aldi stores and if you park in the rear car park make sure you hang onto your trolley as it is very steep.

Great range of products.sadly I missed out on one of the great ironboard covers,but who knows,you might get more in at a later date.

Nice, tidy and neat Aldi. The location has front and back parking. Other shopper do get a bit in your personal space.

Always when ever i go all the shelves are empty plus there is no staff around if you need to ask about any products
