Horribly run operations. They do not reply to calls and follow-up. They spoil a dress of mine and they do not take responsibility for their actions. They also have not returned the original dress. I do not recommend this laundry unless you want your dress damaged. Normal pressing is notbgood. They spoil the fabric using high heat. Non professional organization. Someone from the organization replied to share the contact details to address the above issue. Now, I wonder how many such complaints they receive on a daily basis to not know the contact details of customers like me who have been following up for more than 2 months. Note to the organization : I was in touch with a person by the name of Yameen.

Everything is fine until they lose your item. They lost my comforter. These things can happen I guess but what infuriates me is that their Manager doesn’t even reply to his WhatsApp messages asking for some kind of compensation. I won’t go there anymore, they lost one customer (or more because I am unable to speak highly about them). Edit: the Manager has replied to my message trying to put the blame on me by saying I left my comforter with them for more than 2 months which is untrue. All this happened in December 2023 which is not more than 2 months ago. Sneaky!

Look at the shop evaluation is good, so I chose here, and accept the cleaning cost goes higher from 30 to 150AED. The 12,000 dirham ski suit, which had been washed and turned into a mass of clumps and reeked, looked like 200 dirham clothes. It's hard to believe that this is the work of a shop that specializes in laundry. Comfort myself may not often wash down jacket here hot, found a guideline, gave the store the opportunity to remedy twice, much better, but still can not restore the original look. It's sad. It's only been worn once, and then it's been ruined.

I’ve waited 6 weeks to write this review to give them a chance. I’ve used them every week for dry cleaning for the past several months without an issue (except for it taking 7 days to deliver each week after follow-up), however they have now lost a pair of my trousers and can’t find them. This is basic service! Despite every week saying they will speak with their manager, nothing happens and frankly, they don’t care. They found someone else’s trousers they said were mine( which aren’t) so that means two customers have lost clothing. Very disappointed.

Worst experience ever from a dry cleaners. Sent an adidas jacket in to dry clean. It was returned with a stain that wasn't there when sent. Sent it back for removal of the stain and it took several days callso I had to call .. Finally, the jacket was returned but this time the fabric was damaged! I immediately sent it back but it was damaged badly, not repairable. I made many calls and almost two weeks to this day, I have no solution. The owner isn't retuning my calls!!

Told them to pick up my dress, had to follow them up with calls until hours later the driver came. I was supposed to get an express delivery, I called and was told the driver will come in 30 minutes, after two hours, I called back for my dress, they told me "now they are closed". I don't recommend this guys at all for any thing you want to do

Worst service ever , they just want to rob you off, they charge 1 dirham for folding?!! In afdition to 3.5 for a tshirt, so 4.5 just for pressing 8 a tshirt, and when i discussed this with them they said ok will give you doscount mect time!! Seriously why dont you just fix this unsense pricing from the begining never going to use them again

They ruined my 700AED shirt with bleach , which i could understand at beginning as mistakes happen , but even after 2 months , they did no action , they even didn't brought back the shirt and the owner just disappeared, shame on you guys. you should close your business cause you have no respect for people who trusted you.

I had my jacket dry-cleaned with them. They charged me almost twice the price for the stains, not reasonable, but what's even more unacceptable is that they ruined the gold buttons on my jacket. They offered to replace them, and in return they ruined the entire thing with cheap quality materials. Not recommended.

Had 2 of my pillows for nearly a week and are ignoring my messages asking where they are. No response, no nothing. Told me on Monday they would be ready on Wednesday. It's now Saturday and I'm being ignored and they have not returned my property. Won't ever be using again. Save yourself the bother.

Terrible laundry, the staff has no knowledge about the cleaning neither the fabrics, all my jackets are discolored and misshaped they use very hot steam/iron that leaves burnt shiny marks. don't bring expensive clothes to this laundry.
