I dont write reviews at all but I am writing this review so anyone that stumbles across this business can think twice before using her services Asked for some of my locs to be reattached and a retwist I showed her a picture of my last retwist and I asked her to place the locs in the right but she failed to do so. She also uses heavy products to retwist - so heavy that the blow drier couldn’t even dry most of it. As for reattaching my locs, she failed to reattach two of my locs correctly. She did eventually fix it but she did put an attitude when I asked her if she can do it in front of the mirror. Upon first visit, she was quite kind and reassuring but reassurance is only effective if you can do your job correctly. Her kind behaviour at first is the only thing that’s preventing me from giving her a one start rating.

DO NOT GO THERE!! Her punctuality is disgusting. I had to call to remind her that I had an appointment, she told me herself she would be ready when I got there. When I got there she had only started the other woman’s hair and told me that it would be a two hour wait. I was appalled and left. She doesn’t even deserve one star. I hope she fixes this problem because customers shouldn’t be treated like that. She didn’t once apologise and looked at me as though it was my fault. My sisters and I now go somewhere else! Everybody who has written a good review is probably related to her. She can’t even run a business.

Ever since I moved here from the United States, I've been going to Ani's Salon. I wouldn't think of going any place else. The service, and level of professionalism are of the highest quality. My hair has grown so much from her recommendations, and care for my hair. There's a variety of protective style to choose from, that will aid with helping your hair get back to healthy. I love this place, and will recommend it to everyone I know.

Defo would recommend to anyone. Very reasonable prices and so much care and attention given at all times. Thankyou sooooo much. What lovely lovely ladies. My daughter is so frightened and had very bad experiences in the past. She's 16 now and had braids. They look beautiful. She had the best experience ever and was treated so nice. I’m travelling tomorrow and Ani has squeezed me in at very short notice even though she’s on holiday and I’m a brand new customer. The previous salon did my weave so badly it was coming off after a week and Ani did it again and it feels so fresh and tight and I’m ready for my holiday. Thank you sooooo much for saving my life (and hair), I’ll definitely be back!!!

Love coming here for crochet, Ani is really fast and i always just let her do what she thinks is best. She is welcoming and friendly. And I always live what she does for my hair.. will definitely be trying some beauty treatments in the new year.

Very skilled hairstylist and I’m certain she’s gives the best in almost all of leicester. Even if your hair is short she will somehow make it work. Been using her for over a year and haven’t found a need to go anywhere else, definitely recommend

I just moved from Aberdeen to Leicester this week and I have been looking for quality affordable hairdressers. I remember calling some hairdressers that would say they charge £85 for weave and closure sewing in- ridiculous!!!

Ani was happy to help out last minute. Very accomodating, good communication and both hubby and Son happy with the results both have dreadlocks. Hubby had interlocking done and son had dreadlocks retwisted.
