"Terrible quality and service"
Terrible quality and service. We made large purchases and the store manager Andrea did not apply for tax refund for us properly. She gave a photocopy via email which was not acceptable at the airport. The earrings I bought give my ears infections. Not good quality at all. I would not recommend this store AT ALL. When I am in Frankfurt next year, I will visit a more reputable jewellery store.
