I found their service to be less than professional and nonresponsive to my requests for bi-lingual contract clarification. Feigning need for excessive work and delay due to their crushing workload, they clearly practice up-selling to pad the bill. Their associate was unacceptably dismissive of my Vietnamese partner during an extremely brief in-person exchange. This is the exact opposite of what one would expect from expert council. Understandably we declined their services.
