Ah yes, where to begin? Four of us went to inquire about a massage. They quoted $150,000 COP for massage and $180,000 COP for the full spa (including sauna and hot tub/jacuzzi). Does not include $20,000 COP charge for robe and shorts. Since they only had 2 people there, they could take two at a time and the other two would wait. Two of us opted to wait and hit a local cafe. Two went in. After they were done, we got a message from one of the gals "just FYI my massage was not great". Undaunted, we pressed on. Con: The massage table does not have a head hole (where when you face down, your neck will not need to twist). Unfortunately, we had to turn our head to the side, which caused pain and discomfort after the massage. Con: The massage itself was meh, not too deep or involved as the ones I've had in the USA. For $170,000 COP ~ $36 (addition was for the clothing, which in the USA is included, so I'm counting the full value) this was subpar. My friend went to tell the owner of his opinions and thoughts, and they seemed like they did not understand customer service. Apparently what was replied to him was: This is how it is in Bucaramanga, you can't expect more. I didn't expect excuses but here we are. Avoid at all costs, the owner thinks their service is amazing and is the gift of the gods, while I can tell you I'd rather have avoided this place and saved my money.

Que gusto encontrar lugares como este en la ciudad. Excelente servicio, privacidad, aseo, atención inigualable. Sencillamente nos encantó. El masaje fue super relajante y excelentemente ejecutado por las manos de dos profesionales. Fui en plan de pareja y mi esposa y yo coincidimos en que volveremos muy pronto.
