I had recently been frequenting this store on basically a daily basis to grab a large ice coffee. I was staying at a hotel nearby for work and I actually like their ice coffee. Probably went by around 10x in the past two weeks. Today I walked in and it was a lady with braided hair that I had interacted with on several occasions. I walked over to the cups and noticed the first three up front to be pulled were visually dirty, so I pulled them out and grabbed the 4th. As I was grabbing them I heard "You have to pay for that." While I heard it, it didn't register in my head that she was referring to me. I turned around to get the coffee and she was standing ahead of me and said it again. I looked at her with probably the dumbest look on my face but had a mask and hat on which isn't my norm, as I paused in confusion because I hve been coming here on nearly a daily basis and did exactly as I have done everytime I've walked through tha door. I replied to her "Do you not recognize me?" She then asked me to pull my mask down, which I complied, and you could see a little bit of shock on her face when she realized it was me, which I kind of understand. I just checked out and was literally about to drive to CA. I was wearing basic shorts and a shirt with mask and hat. Here's the problem and where I'm highly insulted and will never return here again. I heard them say this to one couple, one time, the entire time I went here. Why did they say it to them? It was obvious they were from the immediate neighborhood and possibly transient. Why was this said to me this time? Because I didn't dress up to check out of my hotel room and drive for four hours? It's obvious why. She profiles those who look poor and assumes they are going to steal it. I told her how insulting her actions were and left without completing the trasaction. I didn't complain last week when I walked in and the same dried up mocha drip drop on the iced coffee dispenser was still there 24 hours later, the same exact shape and all. I didn't complain three days ago when I purchased a slim jim, which was a norm for me with my coffee, it had expired in March of 2022 .... Half a year ago. I didn't get mad yesterday when the ATM was having communication errors with the vendor and wouldn't process my withdrawal of $200. That clerk did offer to pull from the cash register but could only do $40. I didn't complain when the gentlemen who works swing shift everytime insisted on grabbing my mobile phone to scan my membership barcode instead of being respectful of others private property that cost $1.4k two months ago instead of simply lifting the 6" scanner and pointing it at the screen, which was already in place to do so, all while in a pandemic, not wearing gloves and who knows the last time his hands were washed. And I didn't complain a few nights ago when the clerk had the door locked for 10+ minutes, to which I gave up and went elsewhere. Thanks for the insulting experience!

Just so you're aware If you come after 8pm and before 6 am any day and do not read their sign. Whether accident or not. If you press cash back you will not get cash back. You will not get a refund. You will have to come at 6 am with receipt in hand and try to prove you indeed did want cash back. Whether you will get it or not is to be determined.( Also note you a will be met with yelling and threats if you try to understand the sign posted that's not at eye level.)What time after 8pm you will be able to get your cash back? The guy on shift today working at 4am definitely needs to be let go.

The area is as Sketchy at the Night Attendant who charged me .50 cents for a $3 pop so he can smoke. He took the receipt and threw it away instead of giving it to me. I didn't dispute it cuz he had a certain demeanor/vibe. Plus it was late and I needed to gtfo of there. Charge extra for each patron and it adds up. The attendant is a caucasian male with white thinning hair who I'll call "pop smoke".

Ok, charging me over $4 for two cups of ice is ridiculous. IT'S FROZEN WATER PEOPLE! I mean I get it you got to charge me for the cup but come on really and I brought in my own cup too. I'm not understanding why I got charged $4. The cashier told me that their manager told them to charge a cup of ice like I was getting a fountain drink.

Busy gas station - check gas buddy for prices. I think this store has average prices. If you are in a jam and need gas you wont get ripped off. The area is a little bad. Homeless and weekly suites people can hang out and make the suburban dweller a little worried. But the locals are harmless if you give them a buck ....

The location is close to my home, and on the way to other downtown businesses I visit frequently. Social distancing and mask wearing is strictly enforced, which is a good thing! The homeless usually stay near the wall adjacent to the gas pumps, and sometimes ask for money. I feel badly that I can't help them.

Arco is arco.cant knock the store this one has great location good access. But an employee rude threatened us with police when we returned to retire a forgotten cell phone its not here go go leave my store. His back pockets looks like 2 cell phones . he has never been rude previously. What yourself here.

From now on when I find an establishment that has closed their restrooms to the public-they will NOT get a good score from me. People need to be able to use the restrooms wherever they are and to deny anyone is intolerable!!

Pumps are horrible, they don't work. The employees are even worse, can't do basic math. Yes the gas is cheaper, but they rob you anyways. I recommend you pay regular price somewhere else, where service is better.

Good fast food selection. I buy my gas @ COSTCO. The main reason I went there was to buy Bitcoins. Bottom line: rate is bad (U$200 got me the equivalent of $166 worth of BTC).

Gas full service gas station, there is also air water and you can wash your car there as well as a convenience store with everything from cigarettes to toilet paper to beer

Typical Arco. No bathrooms for customers. Its a very small Arco so it doesn't offer much in the way of food or drink. Is in a very bad section of Las Vegas

If I'm buying gas you will provide a public rest room, that's kind of the deal here in America. NO RESTROOM at all, fail ARCO, you lost a $50 sale.

This arco/ampm isn't the best. They dont have any fresh donuts and barely have the 3 pack cookies. Always a ton of homeless people around as well.

Lady up front was super nice, and told me about the deals on the energy drinks, didnt need 4 but it was still super nice of her to tell me

Lots of gas on this trip, even though I get 28-30 miles to the gal. in my snazzy Blue Ford Mustang. I love driving.

The pumps are a 50/50 chance you'll have to "go inside" even to pay with card, so unless it's urgent, skip it.

They don't accept 100 dollar bills or allow you to put jt in the slot machines to get change

Price seems fair until you pay a service fee to use a debit card. Lost the savings there.
