Excellent option for the price point. The gym includes several muscle exercise equipment for the whole body. They do have a full set of dumbells, barbells, and smith machines. They currently have two treadmills and elliptical trainers available. The owner/managers are very kind and helpful. The gym is on the second floor in a building without an elevator. The gym does not have air conditioning, but the fans are useful on most mornings. The gym is less crowded in the mornings in comparison to evenings. The gym also has several free lockers and one restroom to change.
