My experience was great - quick and easy both times. Both reps that helped me were knowledgeable. Best of all they weren't pushy at all! Love it when I can get help and get all the info I need and more that I didn't realize I needed to help my situation, while not being coerced into spending more money.

Due to the new network roll out, I needed a lot of help with my phone and received excellent 1:1 assistance the two days I visited. The staff was warm and very accommodating. I'm so happy I dropped by while Raj was at work! When I visited on Tuesday and Wednesday night, it was hardly busy.

I came to the store twice to upgrade phones and the manager was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He helped me order a new phone that was shipped to my home address, and patiently transferred all my data safely to the new device. Will come back next time!
