I was very disappointed with my massage and will not be going back. This was the opposite of a relaxing experience. 1. I was put in such a tiny room that the masseuse had to move the massage bed at least 50 times in my 1.5 hour massage. 2. It was also right next to the reception desk and I could hear everyone talking so loudly the whole time 3. I asked my masseuse to focus on my neck and shoulders and she didn't. I had to remind her at the end and she barely did a couple of minutes in the whole 1.5 hour massage. I left with the same pain in my neck as if I didn't get a massage. 4. She spent so much time doing things in this tiny room instead of massaging me. I don't know why we were pausing so much every few minutes. Preparing the hot stones doesn't take this much time. The 1.5 hour massage felt like less than a 45min massage. 5. When I mentioned these points as I was leaving, they just thanked me without saying anything else great customer service!

I am giving a review as a person who gets massages every other month. I always remember the good and the bad experiences, and my experience here was not what I expected for the price of the 5 stars. The cost is overpriced The masseur was not properly trained. She was sweet and lovely, but I went home to lay down since I got hurt. She has no knowledge about reflexology. When I asked, she said oh I have bad memories, and the massage was for less than 90 min. My partner had a worst experience, to the point that he booked an appointment in another place. Honestly, it is a waste of time and money, and for a moment, I got concerned about my back. I would avoid this place. Great friendly staff but awful service.

El masaje estuvo bien, aunque hizo algo de frío en la habitación. Al final no nos dieron la copa de vino y me querían cobrar el monto completo, además proveendo la información falsa: me dijeron que el paquete incluía o el obsequio o el vino, lo que no es verdad. No lo recomiendo para parejas porque toda esta situación creó un ambiente poco romántico. *Veo que en las fotos promocionales hay pétalos de rosa, copas y vino: en nustra habitación no había nada de esto. Publicidad engañosa.

First time experiencing a four hands massage and OMG! Don't let the fact there is no AC scare you. I almost walked out because it was a super hot day. But, they closed shades and turned on fan and I was much more comfortable than expected. The girls who do this massage are so in sync, it feels more like one person with 4 hands versus 2 separate people. Excellent job! Yes, there are fancier spas, but what counts at the end of the day is the massage. Highly recommend.

So let's start off with the good. The massage was excellent. The ladies there did a fantastic job and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. They mixed light and heavy pressure to create a unique sensation. For the price it was fantastic. Now for the not so good, this is a nude massage, so if you are uncomfortable with that steer clear. Also, certain questions were asked during these massages that can also make one feel very uncomfortable.

My group was the victim of a scam here - please do not go to this spa. The 3 of us got massages and when it came time to pay, the receptionist claimed that none of our payment methods worked. We each tried our credit cards multiple times per person. It turns out that all of those charges were valid. Now I ended up getting charged $330 and am in the process of disputing with my bank.

Very good and professional establishment for a massage. Especially when your body hurts. The therapists are strong and very skilled. I was seen by Christina and she was very kind, skilled, friendly, and strong. My friend was seen by another therapist which she also raved about, and said was very friendly and strong.

This place is awesome. Was my first visit to Medellin and I got me and my wife a 90 mins each session. They went above and beyond. A magical touch from an angel . By body was relaxed and recharged by the time I left. Would visit weekly but I'm from the states. And well may be the reason I move.…
