What a superb experience this is. I had my second full body massage with Vijay this morning (who was kind enough to squeeze me in on a day he was going away) and I am really beginning to feel a difference. Being a frequent gym goer and working in a manual job, my muscles often become extremely tight and overworked which has led to lower back and hip troubles. Vijay listened to my issues and knew exactly the areas he would need to pay extra attention to, to try help ease and resolve these pains. Also the beauty of going for the full body massage is he relaxes other areas in your body you didn't even realise were tight and knotted. On top of the superb service provided, Vijay is a lovely man. Very kind and welcoming and his knowledge of his profession is second to none. I have only been twice thus far but already picked up plenty of little tips which will help me in my everyday life. In addition to this, the price of the treatments are excellent considering the high level of service you get. I can not recommend this place highly enough and will be recommending Ayur Mantra to all of my friends.

I was keeping myself postponing for an appointment and finally I made it last week,She was very friendly and made a relaxing and soothing warm atmosphere with meditation music,candle light,and sauna,also she keeps talking to me until the end and understanding my pain points and massaged well,it made me very calm and relaxed.i felt so relieved my back pain and I will recommend it for all my friends,co workers and family as I am a well-wisher for them,of course you need a massage day monthly for self care and rejuvenation of your mind and soul,I have booked appointments for my husband for the last 3 months and he always recommends me to attend monthly to keep my self relaxed from my body aches,and me so happy and eagerly waiting for a day off to book a massage treatment for us,I would like to say that it is essential for us to take a massage day off per month to take care of our health as health is your wealth or prevention is better than cure.also it is so budget friendly and the staff were professionals as an expert and excellence exceeds our expectations.Thank you so much.

I suffer with slight scoliosis, a tilted pelvis, and sciatica, so you can imagine the amount of pain I often suffer with. Ever since coming to Ayur Mantra and being seen by a lovely guy called VG, my symptoms have certainly got much better. The way he massages really helps the blood flow in my body and with circulation problems. He really takes his time and works on the areas of the body that I feel pain. If you are looking for a good deep tissue massage as well as relation then this is the place for you. I've tried many different places and it's safe to say I will not being trying anywhere else even if its cheaper in price because Ayur Mantra has really exceeded my expectations. Not to mention finishing your massage by being placed into a steam box that gets to all your muscles once you've been massaged. Such a great, friendly service. VJ is amazing at what he does, working in construction I had neglected myself for years with shoulder and back pains. I had a 3 week course of 1 session a week to get everything sorted and now I feel great. Shoulder pains have never returned and now I go see VJ every few weeks to keep on top of my back problems. Got to say he has made me feel a different man physically, and has helped me to be able to do my job without all the pain..

This is a great place to come, Vijit does great massages and a good price also. He has been doing it for 3 generations in my family and I will continue going to him. He will focus on certain parts of your body if you tell him to and the full body also. The place is very easy to find and is very hygienic and clean. I would 100% recommend him to everyone.

Cannot recommend Vijay highly enough. I’ve been having regular massages by him for years and there is no one better than him - I have had several massages by others and they have not been anywhere as good. Vijay can identify issues by just looking at you. He is so knowledgeable and I always feel great afterwards. I would give more stars if I could.
