When I checked the lock prices in Amazon, even Godrej door knob locks are available for Rs. 700-800. On pointing this out, he says those are cheap quality (Really?). When I told him, I'll buy a new one online and get it installed, he said he can replace a part in the existing lock. Charged Rs. 500, for replacing the part, that was the cost of the part as per him. I didn't bother to hassle as I didn't have much time to waste, but you can just imagine - whole lock is priced at Rs. 700-800, and that small sliding part costs Rs 500, really ridiculous. Word of caution - If at all you have to engage with this guy, discuss the charges in advance before he touches anything. Also, check the price of parts online. Best thing would be to call someone else, this guy has no work ethics.

number one cheater person running this shop. i went there to make two duplicate keys. my mistake was not to check prices before ordering making keys thought or assumed that it must be in 100 or 200 rupees but after making two keys in 5 min, he asked me to pay whopping 1500 rupees. that time, his parents also were there nearby so i clearly observed that he was so hesitating to get that 1500 and talking in very low voice and when i resisted then i disagreed to pay 1500 then he reduced to 1200, again i disagreed to pay, then he reduced to 1000, again disagreed to pay, finally i paid 700 but 700 is also too much but i paid by mistake. i could have end up with around 200 rupees easily but i paid 700.. this person is cheater, dont go to him and before giving order, check the prices of making duplicate keys else he might ask to pay any amount

I am waiting from 30-40 minutes and the person has gone on the job The time management of the shop is worst. actually making a customer Weight is very bad. If a shop should be successful there should be very responsive in work towards customers. actually my work was only to make a duplicate key of the original Key. due to this, my important work has been postponed at the night 8 PM to morning. I request the shop person to keep an extra worker and give the better experience to the customers. At the last after another 20 minutes. The shop guy didn’t come to the shop and didn’t open the shop. I went on empty and without any customer satisfaction. He didn’t complete my work. So please call that guys and go to the shop once call and enquiry before they visit.

The person who came for changing the door lock tried to cheat us by heavily overcharging. He replaced my door lock with a cheap company's lock and asked for ₹1850 for the lock and ₹650 service charge. Without quoting any costs in advance, he simply presented a bill of ₹2500 for a mere lock replacement. I went to his shop and asked to show the MRP of the lock. While Godrej locks of same type were available for ₹850 online, they finally agreed on settling the bill for ₹150 which is still thrice the cost that they should have charged. Please be careful before choosing this

This guy is doing open loot. I did the mistake of not asking for rate before giving my key for duplicate. He charged me Rs 550 for a pair of normal keys which costs only Rs 120 per piece in Marathahalli. I did the mistake of assuming the rate to be standard. Never take his service without fixing the price. Literally he charged rs 550 for a 20 second task. A complete dishonest indecent place of business.

Worst service.. did a duplicate key one month ago and they charged 100 Rs . And today did same duplicate key and they charged 350rs saying some cops name. Please don't ever visit this shop. They are making customer fools. They don't even have any price list or they won't say how much they charge. After making duplicate they will give a. Bill and say 350 per one duplicate key. We had to change a cylindrical lock, and he charged a whooping 2850 INR for changing the lock where Godrej good quality lock is available for around 800-900 INR. He fixed some Chinese branded one and when asked about overpricing he was rude and said "other customers are waiting, need to go" and fled even taking the cover of the new lock that he fixed !! I don't recommend their service.

came to my house and just broke the lock in 30 seconds. I was tallking to him about what to do, and then quoted 1000 for the lock and 500 for breaking/fitting charges. Checked amazon and showed locks are at max 500 costing. Finally paid him 700 in total. He is a cheat so beware!!!

It was the first time I ever had to call someone to help me with getting the trapped door opened so I’m not saying, “this was ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES” or anything as such. All I can say is you can rely on my man! Really really helpful service! Very professional!

Not only he took exorbitant price of 2500 Rs for breaking the lock, he damaged the polish of door. He put huge marks around the broken lock, completly spoiled the door look.

Charges are too much just to break the lock 950 to open it using some tools they are charging 1450 rupees. Within 10mins he opened lock and took 1450.
