Despite this post office not being my nearest one it's the one worth travelling that bit further for!! The owners are fantastic and so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, the service is fast and efficient but on the other hand I have witnessed the care they take with anyone struggling, for example an elderly chap one day who was struggling to understand a bill. The owners know all their regulars and the customer service is second to none! There are many shops and post offices that could learn from these guys, the difference a smile and remembering a name makes! I totally recommend this post office, whether you are buying one stamp or have 15 eBay parcels - they make you feel just as welcome.

This morning I had two things to send. A counter clerk Andi was very friendly and helpful. Took time to do my posting efficiently and with lots of care. I will this post office 10 out 10. Most other Post Office I visit in Leicester want get rid of me. This Post Office must get a medal for the outstanding service. The Manager was nice too. I would love to be there if they get a trophy for this. Post Office must give a reward for this service.

I wasnt feeling well but i had to go to the post office On arrival I felt short of breath as I'm asthmatic the assistant in the shop helped me got me water offered me to sit and take as much time as I needed he was very caring and kind the staff in this post office are always very friendly and welcoming

Absolutely amazing post office, always so friendly and happy to help- have been brilliant at handling my business mail where other post offices have been very unhelpful and rude or have even refused to accept my parcels. Made my life as a business owner so much easier. Would recommend 100%.

best post office in Leicester, free parking outside , friendly staff who don't keep you waiting , are always polite and courteous. Always a pleasure to visit there to pos items or pay money in. Don't go elsewhere and be messed around like other village post offices

Working hours do match. Came 3 times before and just after Christmas always closed. Had to carry parcels in and out the car. 28th of Dec says open till 5pm and again closed. Update your working hours.

These guys are really nice & helpful. I very much prefer to come to them if I'm not sure about how to do something related to the Royal mail or post office service. Thanks guys. Happy customer …

The staff here are great: friendly, helpful and very efficient. Not my nearest Post Office, but I always come here because the service is excellent.

This site is one in a million they provide a service second to none friendly staff nothing is to much trouble triple gold medal standard
