I have always worked with A-Ability when running businesses in the NE/SE. Drove all the way there today to get some keys cut. After waiting 5 minuets while two staff members finished their conversation the gentleman took one look at my key and said "we cant cut this key". He then went on to say the key was only available from "always affordable locksmiths". Disappointed, I traveled 20 min to "always affordable locksmiths". When I asked if it was a special blank the man at "always affordable locksmiths" said, no "its just a standard Weiser blank" and proceeded to show me. Not absolutely sure what the truth is but if the Ability staff member taken a second to look at the blanks he had, I would feel a lot more generous. I am very disappointed.

I was excited to find a locksmith that could cut a spare key for my honda motorcycle. I even had a factory blank I got from Honda. When I get there, they said no problem to the cut. As he comes back, he tells me that the metal started to flake and he cut it deeper than the original. Not sure how that happens when I had a Honda original and a Honda blank. So the cut got messed up... still paid full price. Wish they would have said something sooner, but they seemed confident they could cut the key. What gives them three stars is when I talked to the locksmith about if he knew another place that could cut it better, he gave me the name of someone. The locksmith was polite too.

I had to bring my husband truck cap that he bought second hand to get a key made (because no one ever has a key when they sell these things). Eric (and another guy whose name I did not catch) helped me out. Eric put in a LOT of work to get this key made and it was successful! Normally, I hate dealing with vehicle repairs or trades as all too often I get spoken to as though I am a stupid women who knows nothing. Both Eric and the other guy were very respectful and polite. Neither ever spoke to me as a 'woman who has no clue' but rather as a 'customer'. Thank you! I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful, quick and honest to boot! I had to have another gsxr key cut, 2 different motorcycle shops told me the key needed to be programmed after it was cut and that would cost me anywhere from $60-$200 depending where you go. Not only did he cut my key for $2 yes that's right $2 he checked and what do ya say it didn't need programming! I got home I put the key in the bike and hallelujah he was right! Started up no problem!! Thank you for your honesty I will ABSOLUTELY be back!

Some Ukrainian guy came and quoted me 180$ to reprogram my key did half the job and requested 100$ for partial payment said he'd be back the next day .... it's now been 3 days and im pretty sure he has blocked my number and It looks like I got screwed over I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they seem like crooks to me now I'm back to square 1 minus 100$ and need to pay someone else full price to come finish the job they started thanks for nothing ability lock and safe

Went in today to get 2 car keys cut, one of them works perfectly the other one didn't even go in. It was approaching closing time so I understand when Wayne told me to come back later to get it corrected . I didn't get a receipt so I sure hope he won't forget me. The price is pretty fair if he can get it to work. Left the key with him to sort things out will update this next week after pick up my corrected key

We called ability on very short notice because our keys were stolen, they showed up the next day to re key our entire house, very prompt and professional, extremely helpful and very skilled, he went above and beyond to make sure my wife felt safe again, I highly recommend Conrad at Ability lock and safe when needing this type of service.

These guys were great, they were super patient with the couple in front of me and got someone else to help while they tended to them. Very friendly and the experience was pleasant, it seems like they take customer service seriously, because everyone that walked by me either asked if I needed help or was just friendly, happy, and funny.

Victor was the locksmith that came in to replace a handle and also re key our doors. He was a very nice guy and very efficient with his work. had a good chat with him and very personable guy. I was having issues with the lock covering my gas tank. I drove to Ability for their assistance. I was helped by Eric who was awesome. He solved my very minor issue and helped me with new keys. While I was there numerous people arrived and all were helped by very friendly and professional staff. Definitely would recommend!!!

Excellent shop, super professional and quick. I've had multiple keys cut from them. Even when I brought in a key I had bought online, they explained the difference in RFID chip and why it couldn't be cloned. On top of that they still cut the physical key so I'd have a spare at least to unlock my SUV. Highly recommended !

Not great. 99.8% of businesses disclose on line the price of, say, safes. But here, you have to send in a special request of what they can get, and THEN,email them again for the price of desired products. Too many hoops to jump thru when doing price comparison

Just came in to get some keys made for our shop and Eric got them done in less than a minute. He also helped me out with some lubricant for my locks to keep them working well in the cold temperatures. Great price and service, will definitely be back!

Went to go get a pair of keys cut for home and older automobile. They were nice enough to cut my automobile keys for free since they didn't know if it would work or not and even cut a few different ones for me to try. Best service ever.

Great company. Used them to change locks in my new apartment, and replace a deadbolt in the rear entrance with a key lock. Getting the parts took a week, but then the locksmith arrived and did all the work in about an hour. I'm happy.

Gotten spare keys cut for many cars as well as some locks around the house, every single one has always worked first try. They do a great job with very reasonable pricing and friendly service.

These guys need driving lessons. One of their Van's was tailgating everyone leaving the Industrial park today, cutting off people with complete disregard for the safety of other drivers.

Really professional and did an amazing job on my front and rear door deadbolt install. Only minor complaint is I found it a bit pricey, however like I stated the work done was top notch.

They squeezed in my car lock re-key on very short notice and did a perfect job. Very much appreciated and would definitely recommend their services to anyone. Thanks for being awesome.

These folks manage my Medico house keys and regularly cut keys and key locks for my business. They are fast, courteous and reliable. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

They state that no job is too big or too small, but they refused me service on a residential request. So clearly there are jobs that are too small to be worth their time.

Called with an emergency at about 6:20am message says that someone would get back to me right away if I left an emergency message, over an hour later and no call back.
