The lady was hard to understand, they didn't have my lock done on their estimated schedule, didn't call me when they said they would, when i called them they said come in tomorrow and pick up the lock but they are closed on Sunday. They left me without a way to lock my car for 3 days due to poor communication and service.

The Asian lady who works at this location is horrible and rude. I called ahead to make sure they had the key I needed. She said yes. I got there and quickly found out that she didn't have the correct key. She was flat out rude and very unprofessional. Wasted my time driving 1/2 way across town. I will NEVER go back.

Had a key that I took to several places who were unable to duplicate. Able Lock and Key were not only able to make it for me the sweet lady that did it for me drove out to meet me after hours to get it done. This wasn’t even an emergency and I was only getting 4 keys made. I’m very grateful for their service!

I went in yesterday to get a key made and 2 people behind the counter talking. I politely waited to be acknowledged. After about a minute I tapped my keys on the counter and no one looked up or said anything, I did it again, still nothing. I said " I'll take my business else where and walked out. How Rude.

This company is very reliable and convenient. We had a bad key , everyone kept turning us away do to the condition of the key, no one could duplicate it . Able lock key did it for us very fast and the price was just right .Good place to call when your in need of a key repair .

Definitely the best service ever!! While I waited they helped me to rekey 5 locks and soooo awesome to me. All keys worked perfectly and prices were outstanding ! Will def use this lock service again and highly recommend them!! You will not be disappointed! Amazing ! A++!

I tried this company and they told me I needed the code from the dealership as our key was chipped and could not be driven. We got the code and she tried to change to price from 90 to 165, her employee backed me up but she said no now 165. So annoyed and not ethical.

Very poor customer service. The Asian lady that manages it is very rude. My 77 year old grandmother paid $300 for 2 locks not even 24 hours later they were off. The lady was so rude about it I had to leave the store becuz I didn't want to be in there flipping out

I was locked out of my house called Able lock and key. They sent over a locksmith named Martin. Services is very good and fast. I would recommend anyone needing services should call, I know I will if I have a repeat of this experience, Kudos to the services.

Came out, broke my lock and harassed me to pay them. Got another locksmith to come out who fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Able Lock and Key came out twice and spent 2 hours and couldn't fix it. Incompetent doesn't come close to describing them.

I called these people for service around 11:30 am they stated someone could come out to my address within an hour and no one showed up I called them about 3 more times with the same response on within an hour here I am 4 hours later now

I understand that it's dark outside, but to lock your doors before you're actually closed is uninviting. To then leave me standing outside and lock the door in my face while I pay you to make copies of my keys for me is insulting.

I had an older 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood that needed a special vats key that has a chip. Its was hard to find i walked in and was out under 10mins and there was 2 people who were there before me. Great and very knowledgeable staff.

We called them to replace the locks and keys for our office and had to make it a rush job. They came in right away without needing a reservation and replaced our locks and created the keys right away. Excellent service over all!
