Andrew came out for a big job for us today. He quoted us late last week and had to rely on the availability of a hydro truck to remove the dirt from our garden (due to gas pipes, electricity) he used the safety option (love that he was safety first!) He saw how urgent this job was as we couldn't use our toilet so he pulled all strings to make it happen urgently . Within 3 business days he was able to complete the job along with removing part of the garden (massive trees) arrange a hydro truck and top fill for the garden. Andrew took the time to explain everything to us in detail whilst being extremely professional and polite! He even helped my dad move the left over soil to the back yard for gardening (extremely friendly!) I can't recommend him enough! Fairly priced, friendly, professional and punctual!

I was referred to Andrew from one of my friends. Andrew was very professional from beginning to end taking his time to assess the problem with my hot water system. He was very calm, honest and is a great listener making sure the work is done correctly. He also followed up with a phone call to see if there any potential problems. Andrew is a pure gentleman, got recommended to try him for some repair work on block drains we have had ongoing for years. Andrew turned up resolved the problem same day and for a change actually made some suggestion to resolve the issue long term. Fixed the problem, gave us a maintenance plan to manage the issue and didn’t over charge! Will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him to our clients.

We renovated our kitchen and Laundry and we had About Plumbing Tim fit off all our taps and waterproofing and they did an amazing job. Andrew arrived early and did an amazing job! Everyone knows how hard it is to get a trades person to sometimes come out and give you a quote. Not Andrew he was fantastic, we gave him a call about a damaged pipe on Sunday and he was out having a look first thing Monday morning. Leaking bath waste, on inspection found a flexi waste hose had come apart and bath was not connected to a trap or floor waste. Hosed replaced with pvc waste pipe and p trap was supplied and fitted for floor trap.
