It's a top a hotel with a gorgeous skyline view. There is also a beautiful pool, to add to the experience. You don't have to be staying at the hotel to go! There is a wide selection of drinks, alcoholic and non, sodas, juices and icecream. They have reasonably priced combos (buy a bottle, get some mixers) which promotes coming in groups. The one downside, which I am not mad about and completely understand, some things are slightly overpriced (at least for someone who isn't throwing down money to stay at the hotel. 90,000 dong for a beer is an example, I can get that for 15,000 at some other bars (but no where near as nice). Granted I've seen almost the same at far less nice bars too. The ambiance and everything else make this a high 4 stars, you pay for the experience and atmosphere. If that's what you want, it's 5 out of 5, but if you want a drink a beer, you can find it for less

Très agréable de lire les commentaires et décider de prendre un taxi pour aller au Above bar profiter de la vue sur la ville et prendre quelques verres. Malheureusement, rendu en haut complètement, on nous indique que le rooftop était fermé car il y avait un événement privé le 26 et n’était pas annoncé nul part. Résultat, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’endroit et avons dû changer nos plan et reprendre un taxi à nouveau pour un autre endroit! Svp, mettez à jour vos informations sur google lorsque vous êtes pas ouvert au public!

Very good looking bar! The drinks are really good and there's plenty of options. If you're travelling on a budget, bad news. Not the cheapest bar! During happy hour you can get two drinks for the price of one. Be aware that this only counts when you're drinking the same drink! We didn't know that before we got the bill. The view is amazing, especially during night time. There's also a pool if you're interested in that. All staff members were really friendly, helpful and spoke English much better than some other places in Vietnam.

Die beiden Tophochhäuser bieten zwar höhere Rooftopbars aber das Above zählt für mich zu den Schönsten. Es liegt sehr zentral in Nähe des Rathaus und man hat einen unglaublich schönen Blick auf die Skyline. Vor allem sind die Glaswände so niedrig, dass man vernünftig darüber hinaus fotografieren kann. Die Getränkepreise für Signature Cocktails sind für die Verhältnisse sehr günstig.. 200-250k VND. Da wird bei anderen deutlich mehr verlangt. Also absolut empfehlenswert.

It is located at the top of a hotel and shares the roof with a swimming pool. A very good spot for after-dinner drinks with a great bird’s-eye view of the city. The music are quite lively and the staff were all fantastic. Some of the drinks item on menu we wanted to order were not available but there were plenty if alternatives and we did enjoy our evening.

Ok công nhận việc nếu trời mưa thì có thể cho nghỉ nhà hàng để khách an toàn, nhưng với những khách đã hẹn đặt chỗ trước rồi báo là sẽ tới, thì gọi điện đi, cái điện thoại hết tiền rồi hả. Xong rồi mé chưa ăn, chưa uống được gì mất thêm 15k tiền xe . Ok thiếu mợ, thì chợ vẫn đông, lần tới còn lâu mới lên đây lại. Chúc mấy bạn đi lần sau không bị như mình, còn mình đánh giá tệ

The staff are very friendly and their hospitality are so good, seems like they are well trained. The foods also very tasty and beautiful presentation. The place is quite spacious and have chairs with multiple views side of Ho ChiMinh City from above. This place is recommended to visit although you're not staying at this hotel, but it's opened for public

Nice place to chill and see the view. Music is nice and the drink is ok. However, the food service was terrible. We ordered a sharing platter and the food only arrived 45 mins later. On top of that, the food was below average and a disappointment. A waste of money for the food. Other than that, the atmosphere was quite ok.

How weird it is to go all the way to the top to view the beautiful city at night, and the majority view were fat people getting into the pool at 10pm Their drink (cocktails) are strong with liquor The fried potatoes platters has soooo much potatoes but good and the price is also reasonable.

Tolle Bar mit gutem Ausblick über die Stadt und Pool. Guter Service und leckere Drinks zu fairen Preisen. Nicht allzu stark besucht; kein Eintrittspreis. Es gibt ebenfalls eine ausführliche Auswahl an Bieren, Craft etc. Schöner Platz um abends zu verweilen, klare Weiterempfehlung insb. auf Grund des Ausblicks!

Info is very wrong on their advertisement. Happy hour is not 6 til 8, it is 12 til 5. Most of the beers have been sold out, all except one! The only craft beer for sale was a dark beer which the staff tried to pass to me as a pale ale. Lol. Very few people here. I guess we know why

Pleasant enough rooftop bar. We came around 3pm, had the place to ourselves. The drinks are ok, not especially well made, but decent enough. Mostly enjoyed the views over D1 centre.

Be prepared to be ripped. They offer a buy one get one free "happy hour" that consists of half portion drinks, to swim the fee is 500k($20) per person fpr a pool the size of kids pool, and the service will ask you to pay before you even sip your overpriced drinks.

Auf der Above auf dem Dach des Liberty Central Hotels hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf Saigon. Man bezahlt keinen Eintrittspreis oder ein Dresscode ist erforderlich. Die Drinks sind eher teuer. Wer im Hotel wohnt kann hier auch im Swimmingpool baden.

400k dong to enter if you are not staying at the hotel. Same price if you stay for 5 minutes or all day. Didn’t even have a sun-bed available but price was the same. Barely speaks English and pretty horrible music as well. Try your luck somewhere else

Great find in ho Chi Minh, speccy views over the central city and drinks not overly dear, buy 2 get your third free when we were there. Should have gone back in the day for a different perspective .

Drinks are reasonable 185k. Very good views of district 2. The music was way too loud.. Not many people at all here so you could not even talk because of the music. We would stay for more than one drink if it was not for the loud music.

Mooi uitzicht en leuke muziek. Bij happy hour is toeristen trap. Je krijgt 2de coctail wat later en Zonder Alcohol. Je kunt ook terras gebruiken zonder iets te drinken. Je kan ingang aan rechterzijkant nemen waar je de lift is.

Nice views but music a bit above overbearing. Happy hour ends really early- certainly before I normally go out for a pre dinner drink or 2. Forgot to mention that the drink prices are excessive and the service slow.

Bar nằm cạnh hồ bơi bù lại view rất ổn vì nhìn được rất nhiều toà cao ốc xung quanh. Món cocktail “missing Sài Gòn” rất dễ uống và ngon dành cho nữ. Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp và dễ thương. Nhạc mình thấy bình thường.

Above bar is a place where can have cozy time with people who you love with nice music and HCM skyline. I like this place very much compared to the other rooftop in Saigon because there is not DJ with noisy music.

Quán ở tầng thượng của tòa nhà Liberty ở trung tâm Quận 1 nên view đẹp và rất thoáng mát. Nhạc hay, quán cũng đẹp. Có cả hồ bơi. Giá cả so với mặt bằng và vị trí thì cũng không quá mắc. Nước uống bình thường.

5 people, 1 drink each and two waters, not cheap but a city view on an outside next to a pool none the less. You need a ticket to jump/fall in the pool to cool down.

a great place in a central location. Good food, good music, friendly staff. The view is fantastic and they have a swimming pool on the roof deck. If you like rooftop bars, this is the place to visit.

Wunderbarer Blick über die Stadt, wir haben etwas getrunken und die Aussicht in den Abendstunden genossen. Leider war die Musik sehr laut, sodaß eine Unterhaltung nshezu unmöglich war.

생각지도 않게 방문하게 되었는데 뷰도 좋고 분위기도 좋았습니다. 다른 스카이바와 다르게 EDM을 크게 틀어놓지 않고 90년대 -2000년대 음악 위주로 틀어줍니다. 다른 스카이바와 같이 평일 8시까진 해피아워(1+1)이니 부담없이 그 시간에 들러보세요. 시청 야경 보기 좋은 장소입니다. 많이 붐비지 않아 좋아요

Better cocktails and better tunes than the more popular sky bars around the city. Nice swimming pool, no pretentious dress code, cheaper cocktails and excellent service.

호치민시 1군 리버티 사이공 호텔(비슷한 이름의 같은 계열 호텔이 1군에만 최소 3개가 있으니 혼동하면 안 됨) 옥상에 있는 루프탑 바입니다. 분위기 좋고 야경 끝내주고, 스위밍풀도 있고 다 좋은데 술값 음식값이 엄청 비쌉니다. 그냥 한두잔 시키고 분위기를 누리기에 좋은 곳인 것 같습니다.

Incredible view of the skyline and great atmospherse. Drinks are on the pricey side, but to be expected for a rooftop inner city hotel bar. Would recommend.
