When a flight is schedule changed prior to the day of departure, a notification is sent to the agent who originally issued the ticket, to contact the customer, as the issuing agent is the only office able to make changes to the ticket at this time, so you will need to contact them regarding any out of pocket expenses you had due to the change.) After the payment you'll be on your own. My advice is not to use this agent at all, if you already booked with them my advice is to had contact number of another agent to help you in case of emergency. No need for a travel agent if that is the case

Best agency ever, Hala was so helpful and trying to calm me down because I was so stressful about tickets and days to fly from Sydney To Beirut, she booked 2 seats for me by helping me get the cheapest flight, she even gave me time to think about it without pushing or forcing me to buy the tickets quickly, %100 will recommend this agency so professional and she also helped me to release the stress away from concerns. Very poor service i had to call them more than 6 times just for a simple change in my booking each time they give a new excuse, had to take a-day off work and went to their office spent 30 min talking to them for nothing. Ended up solving it directly with the airline.They just show care until you pay the money after that you at your own.

Hala is very professional and attentive to customer's needs. She helped us with purchasing tickets for my in-laws who were coming from overseas.
