Sooooo I paid $90 for a shell for my car key remote to replaced ... my shell finally comes in after 3 days only for the most unprofessional thing to happen . The guy I originally gave my key to started working on my key all of sudden he leaves and this younger guy comes in and takes over right there I knew something bad was fixing to happen . What do you know the younger guy starts asking me all the questions bc he didn’t take apart the key himself. The only thing that was damaged was the shell well the first guy didn’t try to put my chip in , he just put the key together and left the younger guy explains to me that the glue that I used covered my chip ... he said he was trying but I felt like he was rushing but I did UNDERSTAND THAT WAS MY FAULT . Here’s why I’m mad, the only way I could get my key fixed was to use ONE piece of the shell SMH he then tells me that it is their fault bc they didn’t Check the key first before I paid , I BROUGHT THE KEY UP THERE FIRST I don’t know how this happened but now I have a weird key a new bottom and old piece and old key smh only way for them to fix it is if I pay for the whole thing . W O W . I’m upset bc I really liked the guys there on the first day I don’t know about the two I just got my key from .

I ordered a keyless remote last Saturday they told that my would be arriving on Thursday,I'd called on Friday afternoon to check if the remote arrived, they said yes it was there,so I told them that I'll be there on Saturday,so when I went to Absolute Lock&Safe office, they told me that the remote hadn't arrived and to check on Monday to see if it arrived. VERY DISAPPOINTED....... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE So finally my remote control came in,but it was cracked.So I talked to the guy behind the counter and he said , sorry about that bro, and nothing else he could do. So you couldn't order another remote control or give a discount, something besides "sorry bro" it's just frustrating,but that's not the end of it, I also had a key made last week but it didn't, so I also talked to the guy about it and he made an other one,but I came home and check the key to see if the key worked,Guess what it didn't work..... VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!

Good company. Liked the service and Steven was extremely helpful and informative. Im just giving 2 stars because before coming out he didn't disclose the price to diagnose and travel. The problem at hand he couldn't fix. I basically paid $85 to have steven tell me it needs to go to the shop. I would give 5 stars if that travel/diagnose price information was disclosed to me. So I could've made a fair decision to whether if I wanted the service or not. however he had good customer service so I didn't give him a hard time. I understand he really tried and wanted to help!!

I needed a key made, without a chip, for my truck. I told they man this and gave him the registration to see the VIN number. The VIN number & proof of ownership is all that a locksmith needs. When asked what is the vehicle, even after I told him, I pointed to the paper on the counter. He said I can't make a key just with this, I need a, ah.....I asked him what else twice. After 30 seconds of ah, ah, ah, I picked up my paper & said "you don't seem to know about this, so I'm going somewhere else.

Excellent service. We scheduled an appointment for residential locks for 2 houses and he was exactly on time! Very Professionally dresssed and friendly. We talked about what i needed, we walked through each small and he made recommendations that actually saved me money. i knew exactly what it would cost up front and his estimate of how long it all would take was spot on. He let me know when each small task was complete too.

I used them once about a yr.ago on a rental.They were very reasonable and added an additional 3 keys for free..I recently used them on another rental.Got charged way more than the first time o used them and guy could not provide extra keys, although the property is less than 2min from there shop..Guy did not know owner so leads me to believe they are subing out their work.Reason for their inconsistencies.

I have been using Absolute Lock & Safe for many years now and I have always been well taken care of. Their prices are more than fair and the quality of their services is spectacular. They have replaced locks for my home, made keys for my car and even my golf cart. What amazes me the most remains the fact that they always make sure to take care of me and my family within the same day. Strongly recommend.

Was quoted 1 price for a commercial installation and then billed another. When asking about the discrepancy his response was "Either you pay it or I can come pick it up" not very professional by any definition. Edit: I am sure you wish that were that case.. the thing is it took you 3 years to respond to this review.. and I still remember you but you have no clue who I am.. good luck in life…

Steve was quick to send out a tech and made it clear of the set price to unlock my car with no unexpected charges on site. David reached me very quickly and stayed in contact with me. Bait and switch on the prices. Picked the locksmith due to the location about two miles away from office. Charged me for labor one hour and charged me full price for travel one hour. Than charged me extra for actual work completed - the work was done correctly just doubled in price. In the future if I ever call them again I would get the price in writing up front.

They were amazing! They open my safe in less than five minute and the cost was absolutely reasonable I was shocked by the price I paid less than $20. They have my business for life! I definitely recommend coming here they definitely will take care of you and they won't over price you like most companies do for simple things. Thank you so much for all your help!

Was a quick visit at first. Then, I noticed the key didn't work. Went back to the store and the same associate that helped fixed the key for free when I brought the car key back that he was trying to fix. Got just the key done (nonprogramable) and it was less than $5. Was well worth it and I'll be bringing back another very soon.

Don't think they know too much about programming fobiks' keys. Lock Smith charged me $85 for coming to my house. Did not program any keys. I wasted my time and money. Scanner says key was programmed is what he said, but did not work. Told me I needed to program my ignition switch and then gave me a number to another lock smith.

I have know these guys for over 12 years and everybody that I speak to about them have always gave me good reviews and comments about them. These guys are it they are professionals, and good at what they do, and do not cut any corners I highly recommend them for any locksmith needs you might need

Accidentally locked the keys inside my small handgun safe. Took it in and the locksmith had it opened in about a minute and did so without damaging the lock. Great service, very fast and VERY affordable. Highly recommend.

Needed a lock re keyed for the tailgate on my truck. Took out and brought the lock to the store. They got it done in under 15 mins. Happy customer, since the dealership wanted to charge upwards of $100.

All I can say is WOW! Fast and reliable. I called to have them unlock my friend's car and took them aprox 30mins to show up (exactly as I was told) and literally about 1min to unlock it. Recommended!

Called them to ask about services and they were very distracted and then just told me they were closed when I tried to get their attention again.
