Firstly the staff that signed us up were great, sadly that is the end of my positive experiences. We couldn't access our unit for a few days until the previous padlock was removed, a slight setback but once removed we could start loading our unit. Problems arose trying to access the unit out of hours, despite being clear at the time of opening the account that the at night was the only time we'd realistically be able to do so. Ringing to get access often resulted in going through the same interrogation about WHY we wanted the gate code, as a paying customer with a storage unit I would imagine it would be obvious; we wanted to access our unit. Whilst night access was preferable it became necessary as during the day access to the loading bays was limited by vans restricting the space to load/unload. Also, as a blue badge holder myself the disabled bays were often occupied by vehicles displaying no such badge forcing me to use other spaces. The parking situation seemed of no concern to the office staff as this was a regular occurrence and most bays were often filled, presumably as many people were using the car park as cheap and accessible parking for the local area. Being forced to use far ends of the car park proved tricky as without the bollards at the bays the car park being on a significant incline meant the trolleys would have no impediment to rolling across the car park and into the street. Rolling it into your car was the only option but not an ideal one. I can't recommend Access Self Storage but you can technically safely store your belongings.

Terrific experience and I would highly recommend Bristol Access Self Storage. Chanel is a total breath of fresh air - her natural warmth and charm combined with her dynamism, efficiency and sheer professionalism meant she stood head and shoulders above the many, many other storage firms I spoke to that day. Chanel was also able to provide me with the most competitive price for the storage unit we booked with her so better still! Our removal firm sadly miscalculated how much space our furniture would need until it was in their van, however Chanel was wonderful and helpfully directed operations personally until our furniture was safely stored. So a huge huge thanks to Chanel for saving the day yesterday - it’s really nice to encounter someone who cares, goes the extra mile and importantly you know you can trust.

I was met by 3 lovely and friendly female members of staff. Firstly, they knew what my Sunflower Lanyard signified and were accommodating. I was guided through the process of sorting my new storage unit and then one of the ladies showed me the process to gain entry to the storage unit areas. The unit was clean and perfect for what i needed so carried on moving my stuff into the unit using the available trolleys to make things easier I have to reiterate that the staff were so nice and friendly and were happy to assist in anyway they could

We have had a storage unit at access storage for over 3 months and received superb service right from the start. The postbox service is excellent, they sign for our packages which helps our business to run smoothly. We have been so impressed we are now considering moving our office down to their site. The place is always clean and the free 24 hour access has transformed the logistics of our company. In the past I have used big yellow & safe store, we made the right decision moving to Access self storage, Ashton gate

Absolutely excellent service I Had to find something immediately- I’d been let down with the other storage I booked - NOT Access - I had a car full of stuff and rang them Service I received was efficient- professional- it was super easy to sign up - and if I’m Honest I was a bit stressed when I arrived and I was such given such a very relational service - they supported everything Plus the facilities are easy to access - good parking - trolleys - clean and bright

First Class experience from initial enquiry to moving-in our 'stuff'. Staff friendly and very professional throughout. Storage facility has excellent loading bays and very-good security procedure. The storage area is clean and well maintained with a good level of lighting and even some seasonal background music which is rather a nice bonus. Much thanks to James, Chanel, Demi and Rhodri who all helped to make our storage move-in, very straight-forward.

I highly recommend Access Storage - it's always clean, the staff are super helpful and friendly, rates are very competitive and it's really easy to use with 24 hour access. Brilliant process, there’s a human on hand if there are issues but access is great, it’s in a great location, it’s very clean and the building is well kept. Bide big car park, you can park up to the door. There are other storage places in Bristol but I’d ask you why are you paying more to use them when Access has it sewn up. Get it when they’ve an offer on too and it’s even more cost effective. Up to 50% off. You would be mad to go anywhere else.

The facility is very new and clean. I booked my storeroom several weeks in advance and all the paperwork was sorted. On the day of moving in everything went smoothly apart from they seemed to be unaware that I was on a home movers package. A tour around the facilities would have been useful rather than just being expected to get on with finding my own way around. I am still waiting for the rest of my home movers package which is the boxes.

Absolutely fantastic service. I needed storage for some event equipment, at very short notice. I was dealt with not only efficiently but by 2 of the most helpful members of staff. All questions were answered with no stone left unturned, help was given all the way with the paperwork and the whole process was very easy. If all public facing staff were as good as this , life would be so much easier. Thank you Rhodri, you saved the day !

Advertises on a giant sign outside that there's free 24 hour access. No mention otherwise in the contract or by any of the staff that I spoke to when signing up. Just hired a van and arrived to pick my stuff up from it and there's a tiny sign by the code entry pad at the entrance that says you have to request access during office hours. I'm now down £50, an hour of my time and no idea when I'm going to be able to get my stuff now.

The staff here are lovely and really helpful. I've got to give praise to Rhodri for their patience with me while I was trying to figure out what was best for me and my business. I was really impressed with the sites level of security which really put my mind at ease, and the layout and quality of the site itself is one of the best I have seen. I would not hesitate to recommend Access Storage to others.

We have set up a storage facility with Access Storage that starts this week. Our main contact has been Chanel and she has been wonderful. Very responsive with any questions and really helpful throughout the process. Rhodri and the other staff, including the management have all been very welcoming and knowledgeable. We use Access self storage to warehouse our products for our business, two units were combined to give us the perfect space for this. The wifi room has been invaluable and the postage system put in place for us has proven really useful. Great experience when dealing with Access Self Storage Bristol. I've called the office a few times and have talked to Chanel each time. She has always been very friendly and has answered any questions I have, as well as resolving any queries - even while I'm still on the phone! I'm happy to know that I can call and be consistently met with good service.

Reall fantastic customer service from the lady at reception. Have yet to use the storage actually, but wanted to write a review of that much in case I forget after! They need more people on a Saturday, waiting nearly 2 hours to get my storage, bit frustrating. Especially when had reserved one. She was very helpful and she knew what she was doing, but wasn’t fair on her to handle so many customers and to wait that long. The place was great and we got a good deal, but felt like they could do better.

Very easy to hire and use. App makes it very simple to turn up and access your storage. I think I went into the office twice, once to hire a space and once to give the space up. Staff were lovely, very helpful. Would definitely use again if needed.

The place looks is very tidy, well organised, and the staff is superb. Each unit has an independent alarm and each visitor a unique access code. And it's cheap too!
