This place has the highest level of customer service. In fact, they are the Ritz-Carlton of storage facilities. I had called around to other storage facilities and was either met by automated systems, long hold times, or employees who didn't seem knowledgeable or interested in helping me. I had a very different experience here. Every interaction I have had with Justin and Rebecca was seamless and pleasant. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great customer experience at every touch point. Starting with their phone greeting, to the follow-up and continued right through until your arrival. I can't brag enough about how super helpful and assistive the team here is. The facility is huge, conveniently located, super safe, clean, temperature controlled, good size storage rooms, loading docks, large trollies, fresh or room temperature water bottles for their cleints. I don't have one bad thing to say about this place. As a recent customer I was given the Best Service anyone could imagine by Justin Sandiford, the site manager. Although having use of the complimentary moving truck I found myself being stuck in the mud as the weather was unfortunately terrible. With that said I wasn't able to complete my intentions to move that day. I actually had to get a towing company to help me in my predicament and was extremely late for the trucks return. Keeping in touch with Justin during this long and horrible experience he was Excellent and Extremely Helpful by not only staying well beyond the operating hours of this location but assisted me in the undamaged yet muddy trucks return. I of course cleaned the truck from the muddy experience as Justin was so Extremely Polite and understanding of my predicament he offered nothing but kind words and comfort. This was my first experience using Access Storage and their units for the purpose of decluttering my home. The initial inquiry process was easily done online and the registration itself was managed smoothly over the phone with personable staff. I met Justin on site who handily completed the registration in person. He was not only highly competent and well-versed in his product and administrative details, he was genuinely friendly and a pleasure to speak with. Access Storage on Ninth Line in Mississauga is excellent, secure, and the staff (Naresh and Justin) are very accommodating. It was a breeze for me to move all my stuff I keep in storage from one place to another with their free rental cube van. The location of the building is another bonus as it new and really clean. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who has to keep their stuff in storage for a long time. My old Storage facility in Burlington just kept raising their rates every three months and yet it was a lot further away from where I live. Access Storage has very good rates and it is a lot closer to home for me.. Excellent experience! From the moment I called to book my storage unit with the Access customer service team right up until I moved in, my experience was seamless. Meron at the call centre was lovely and helped me figure out exactly what dimensions I would need to fit all my things. When I arrived at the ninth line location I was thrilled. A large indoor loading bay makes it easy to unload without your items getting wet or dirty. The elevators are large and there are dolly's to help make moving easy. Grant and the other staff are great. They gave me a tour of the building and a map to find my unit. The unit was clean and spacious and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Access Ninth line!

Had some issues being overseas and the website not working for payment. I ended up having to deal with upper upper manager. They were nice as expected but the staff on location could have done a better job. Facilities are mostly clean, but zero garbage is provided, as it is seen as a "service" that would have to be done. A donation bin would do very well on the property. Would help immensely when going through units. The gentleman who lives on site is very friendly and very helpful. Makes moving in not so stressful. If you are looking for cheap prices don't look here. Been in the same unit for over a year and no discount after the initial move in discount. Good for short term not long term.

Access storage is an amazing facility it’s brand new state of the art design and heated. After shopping around we realized quickly they also had one of the best deals.Also if you go ask for Justin he is the manager there he made us feel comfortable right away explained everything in detail and answered all our questions! After speaking to him we felt confident that we had definitely made the right choice! He was so kind that after hours he even brought us water bottles after we were done moving our stuff! My experience with Access Storage on Ninth Line in Mississauga has been absolutely wonderful. Justin Sandiford, Store Manager, was extremely responsive, helpful, and personable. This was my first time renting a storage unit and Justin patiently walked me through the process and options, made himself available to answer questions and to give me a tour of the facility, and answered all follow-up questions in an extremely timely way. He even responded warmly to my little barking dog who accompanied me on my first visit. The facility is very modern and spotless and my experience has been five star -without a doubt!

First called them to find out about how renting a storage unit worked as it was my first time. The lady that I spoke was very pleasant and happy to answer all my questions. After discussing all my options I got a storage unit and then visited the location to check in. The staff on location were all friendly and great to work with. Justin took his time to go over everything with us and answered all our concerns. Have been to the location several times since we checked in and have had no issues because of all the time Justin spent with us explaining how to access the unit.

Justin made my first experience with storage units effortless! Very accommodating and always did what he could to make things smoothe and efficient. He is truly a gem. This place wouldnt be what it is without him. It is inclusive in everything you need to make transporting your stuff easy. Loading docks, drive in bays, pump truck, flat bed dolly, oversized elevators etc.

I feel such a sense of relief that my belongings are now safely stored in a clean, safe and easy to access facility. The front shop had all kinds of packaging that I didn’t realize I needed until I was in the middle of moving. Fortunately, I didn’t have to go far. The proprietors went the extra-mile to provide me with a storage unit to house a baby grand piano. They took the time to explain all the details with respect to storage size, accessibility to elevators, and gave me the option of choosing from among two storage units. They were very accommodating and happy to help to ensure my goods would be stored with care.

We used Access Storage during our home renovation and have absolutely no complaints. The staff are good Sarah is very friendly and helpful, while the units themselves are clean and dry with claim control. She also warn you in advance not to store food or anything organic that may attract mice which shows me that they do take those reports very seriously.

Watch out for the rate increases! Do not expect any loyalty or appreciation for long term clients. You will be initially satisfied will your monthly payment but once you have moved all your stuff in; they will slowly and consistently increase your rate knowing very well that most people will not waste the time moving again vs paying the new rate.
