The place is dated and needs repair, from what I'm told the doors are being replaced. I've had a unit there since Feb. 2020. I've gone from a 10x10 to a 10x25 in preparation for a major move. (For an overlapping time I've had 2 units at the same time.) Plus I had indoor storage at a different company at a different location in the city. This move of mine has been a wild ride! I currently have a 10x10 at Access. storing out door type things, BBQ/winter tires/patio furniture, lawn mower,,,you get the picture...Keeping in mind this is outdoor storage,( and if that is the type of things you want to store) you can save money every month and it adds up. Daniel was my contact at this facility over the last 9 months, I can't say enough about how easy and accommodating Daniel was to work with. (He is probably the reason I didn't look further for my out door storage issue)The location for me was fabulous. Not that I lived near there, but from all the shopping available at that corner, I could find anything from a bag of onions to a washer for a faucet. So even though the facility it self was wanting, I still think : based on price, location, and service I'll give it a 4. Gayle Moham

‼️ I've had nothing but a good experience until access storage took over A-1 storage, now I've been evicted after being there for over 2 years because some silly nonsense, simply because they want me out so they can bump the rent up on my unit, I am shocked and appalled by the unreasonable way I was treated, I've gone through a lot of the reviews on the Nepean location and a lot of them are phony baloney, I knew a lot of people that are still there and they are not happy with access storage and the way they are treating the old storage tenants that were there before 2018 of September when access storage took over A-1 storage ‼️ completely sad. TBH the place here on Cleopatra is absolutely disgusting, they'll tell you they're fixing the place but it's been two years with no lights in my hallway.

I’ve been this place so many times as a truck driver with 53” long trailer for delivery to our clients storage. It’s really hard to back up inside. You can imagine all storages has tight entrance and drive ways. But I always got perfect help by Bill, who is in front desk. He always made us easier and safer to make our delivery safely. During pandemic we are having issues so many times for essential conveniences, I understand sometimes people can’t let us use washrooms etc. but bill always nice to me and my other colleagues. He sanitize before we use and after we leave. I just wanted to let him know that I really appreciated. This place is managed by really good hands with safety! Thank you Bill !

I only have the best things to say about William Gray, the Regional Manager of this enterprise. I received the most outstanding customer service, and I do not say that lightly. Following an unpleasant incident, Mr. Gray personally reached out to me. He was kind, considerate, personable, empathetic, thoughtful and he moved heaven and earth to ensure that the issue was resolved. I felt heard and cared for, like I matter and I am not just another business account. I am beyond, beyond impressed. Thank you, William and thank you Access Storage. They went above and beyond for me. Yes, I will definitely be recommending your storage facilities to my network. Bravo!

From beginning to end of my rental term, I was served by the store manager Delaine :) she was sweet and kind and VERY patient with me when I wasn't always reachable by phone. I had outstanding charges for late fees, but under exceptional circumstances she was very gracious to me and I will always be indebted to her. It's just quality customer service and treatment. The storage area is in a very convenient location, very easy to access (probably why they call it 'access storage'!), very organized and well-run...and the manager is understanding, professional, and trustworthy! I hope God blesses her and the business with many more clientele!

I've enjoyed storing at A1 Mini's West Hunt Club location over the past few years. It's a dry and affordable place to store your belongings. Vince has always been great to deal with and we cheer for the same hockey team! He really takes pride in his work and cares about the people that store at the facility. This type of service is not abundantly available in the Ottawa storage industry. I would recommend this service to residents and businesses in Ottawa's West end. It's both conveniently located at Merivale and Hunt Club while remaining affordable for people. Nick - Ottawa, ON.

When COVID first hit in March I had to leave my apartment unexpectedly and thanks to the people at Access Storage I was able to completely move out and safely get all my stuff in storage. The employees were extremely nice and accommodating to us! I had to leave my stuff in storage for much longer that I anticipated but again the staff were wonderful! When it was time to remove all of my belongings the process of ending my contract was very simple, easy and quick! I highly recommend using access storage for any of your storaging needs!!

Since I got the unit the costumer service has been amazing, Jack has been very helpful from day 1, and quick to respond when I needed him. Yesterday I forgot my keys inside the unit and they solved my problem in minutes! A new employee even offered me water, and they got me a new lock! They definitely surpassed my expectations. I'll give them 5 stars but the fact that they don't have lights in the units and garbage cans around it has been a problem for me. But overall great experience and recommended!

24 hour access. Safe, secure, well lit. Proper maintenance. Affordable pricing. Staff are courteous and well-trained, plus always willing to help you with something immediately. Convenient location. Not overpopulated (Like ONE certain major competitor). They really seem to have things running at a good pace here and there are tons of options and locations to suit the needs of any potential customer. Keep up the good work folks!

I had to book a last minute storage unit and didn’t have the details for my shipment dates or how long I would require the unit for. I want to thank Delaine who is the assistant manager at this location for accommodating me and for adjusting dates as required. I cannot thank Access storage and Jack, in particular, for the outstanding service. Our move from one city to another turned out to have a glitch that required more storage than originally thought. Jack was considerate, helpful and above all totally understanding of our last minute requirements. He was a life saver in a move that was 18 years in the making! Sincere kudos to Jack!

I recommend Access Storage due to their lowest rates, when comparing with other companies. Moreover they always offer a discount on the first 4-week rental & free liable protection coverage. Delaine was super helpful, friendly, and informative. Really appreciated her assistance. Only recommendation for this place is that Access should re-pave the entrance to the freight elevator, maybe with a bit of a ramp. It’s really tough to pull a fully packed dolly onto the elevator due to the gap / height, you have to lift it at its base.

The assistant manager Delaine is excellent. This is my first time renting a storage place, everything was explained to me by Delaine; she also helped to ensure that my space was dry & provided pallets to keep items off the ground. The storage area is clean and convenient. All locks, storage boxes and materials are available on site.

We rented a unit while we were in between moves. setting up the account over the phone was simple, and convenient. Having that storage space really made the move a lot easier. The employees were super helpful and nice. We will definitely be using Access Storage again, if we need extra storage. Thank you again, you guys were great!

Delaine Sousa was amazing at the storage at 174 Cleopatra Dr, Nepean, ON. She was so nice to the 2 older man with disabilities, taking her time to talk to them and to listen to what they have to say. And when my turned came , she was very helpful abd efficient and also very nice to talk to.

I believe in helping people this place wouldn't even go with payments to help me out I homeless and no where to put my stuff they gave me 1 chance and now I lost my whole life of precious family and special artifacts don't trust them they just like the government money first help last

These guys are extremely friendly and go out of there way to help out. A word of caution for the storage units though, there is not much insulation so it is very cold and due to the older building there are some leaks, protect your items being stored so they don't become moldy.

Price was amazing! they were Helpful in assisting. From the main call centre to the site office. I couldn’t have asked for a better storage experience. After being told how much i will enjoy using their services, its nice to see companies living up to their hype.

UNAUTHORIZED charges aren't acceptable when it's covid. The jokesters here don't care about you; and will charge your card to drain every cent you have and then bill you with the rest the next day like they are on high. Unauthorized charges are never okay.

They didn't inform us that people were breaking into units by crawling over the wall on the inside. Went to our unit and it was ransacked. When we went to the front to say something the girl gave us a phone number and said that it wasn't

Very friendly staff, helpful and informative. The details of the agreement was very thoroughly explained. Storage rooms were unheated/uninsulated so you wouldn’t want to store clothes or books.

Since the're a FedEx drop off and pick up .. I waited till 9 this morning and nobody showed up... I work 7 days a week and now I have to go back after 5pm .. to pick up my package.
