Action is very helpful when traveling far. During the summer, we needed a van for a few days and we wanted a cheap and reliable place to give us a van. We searched online and all we saw was car rentals renting vans for expensive prices and the vans were old vans from 1998. Action gave us a Honda Oddessey with 8 seats for a reasonable price and it was in great condition. If you want to rent a car or van go to action they're the best!

This is the best Rental Cars office in all Ontario especially Mississauga. I rented a new car in the best condition and best and cheapest price. I have had an excellent treatment from them especially Mr. Zahid and Mr. Shawn. Even I have delayed in returning a car they did not charge me more money. Really, this is the BEST and CHEAPEST Rental Cars Office.

I got into a car accident on Sunday night and employee was very cooperating and picked us up from the body shop after work hours. He gave us a 2015 VW Passat which was a great ride and just as good as our current vehicle. I would recommend Action Car Rental again and will be back when I need another rental.

I was brought here to get a rental after my accident. They had given me a car that wasn't to my liking but after a quick phone call, they were able to put me into something else. The car had a fuel range of 93km when i picked up the car. I returned it at 41km. Told me to pay $20 for the fuel. After i asked for the reasoning, he brought it down to $15 only. What kind of gas station is charging them $15-20 for 50km of fuel?

The worst company , never ever rent a car from here , and dont ever give ypur credit card information to them , they gonna misuse it . Again never ever go to this car company . They are the worst and would never ever listen to you .

Shawn was very helpful working with my family to provide us the right car. The car was very clean and it was obvious extreme detail was taken when cleaning the car. It seemed brand new!
