Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 star I would. I bought a 14kt “gold” necklace and it turned out to be fake. I tested it at another jewelry store and it turned out to be gold plated…. Biggest rip off I have ever seen, when I confronted the store owner she told me I switched the necklace at home and did not accept the return. Unreal that an established jewelry store that I’ve been going to for years is scamming people left and right.

I went in to get some of my jewelry repaired I paid over $200. My necklace broke just three weeks after I got it repaired and my ring broke 6 months after it got repaired. When I called to find out why my jewelry broke so fast after the repair I was told to come in they’ll take a look and will resolve the issue. When I came in they told me it’s natural that these things break and that I have to pay to get it repaired again.

My grandfather ordered a ring from this store and was calling to check up on his ring because it said it would be delivered within 2 weeks and it had been 3 weeks. It was a hassle trying to get a date when the ring would be delivered and when the lady answered the phone she hung up multiple times and was extremely rude. Don’t buy from here these people don’t respect their customers and are extremely rude.

Ten sklep ma bardzo duży rodzaj produktów na każde okazje! Każdy klient jest powiadomiony o return policy że można tylko wymienić do dwóch tygodni lub store credit. Return policies są inne w każdym sklepie. Znam ten sklep od wielu lat, prosze ich nie obrażać. Znam te metody, klient przychodzi ze swoimi rules jeżeli nie są spełnione - obraża i pomawia. Dziekuje.

My wife needed a gold chain for a very special pendant this location was able to find the perfect one at a great price. I was told this jewelry store was very special and I'm glad to find out it was.

Very unethical business practices, I purchased a $1,400 necklace took it to another jewelry shop and they said it’s not worth more then $650. More over there is no return policy!!!! Buyer beware!!!!
