Very very poor travel company. Their office is always closed, no one answers the phone. Their boss Hisham or zeeshan, whatever his name is, is the rudest guy in the business, treats customer like they are garbage, he shouldn't be in

We were placed in a real terrible and dirty hotel in Jeddah although I purchased the most expensive VIP package !!!

Go somewhere else if you don't want to get yourself stuck with the worst team that travel agency has to offer.
