Fake product I bought a Shiseido face cream at this shop yesterday. It was a bit cheaper than in Oslo, but not much. I used it on the plane an hour later and reacted on the smell; it was strong and smelled like cheap soap. I have used their products many times. There was no protecting lid under the cap. I checked the same cream at Oslo airport on arrival. The cream is long since out of production and they agreed that the smell was way too strong. Given there was no protection lid just confirmed my suspicion. I tried to find their email address to show them pictures and the receipt, but there is none. Camilla, Oslo, Norway
