Emily was such an awesome person to work with throughout this whole process. Ryan and I have absolutely beautiful wedding rings. Emily helped us select the perfect rings that suit both of us and our individual taste but have a nice connection with Ryan’s having rose gold on the inside of the band and my band being completely rose gold (with sparkle of course!) Emily is such an easy person to talk to and it felt like we were popping in to visit a friend each time we went into the studio. She’s so bubbly and understands how exciting the time is for each couple. I can imagine being in the wedding industry, listening to couples in love could surely wear off and get boring but you wouldn’t know it with Emily. She shared in the excitement and enjoyment with us and definitely gave me plenty of time to go on about how excited I was by my ring and the process of planning our big day. Emily was supportive in every way she could be with the whole COVID situation, even providing me with reassurance when I dropped my ring in the week before the wedding when restrictions were still relatively unknown. I stumbled across the website after a quick google search and was already looking elsewhere. On Tuesday my free 30 min phone consult made me feel at ease. I felt understood and that someone was looking out for my best interests. On top of this the discussion went for 45 mins, solidifying to me that they were really listening and wanting to assist, my time was important to them. We decided to get our rings made at Pure envy because they have been established for a long time in Adelaide. We couldn’t find what we wanted in franchise stores. Another option was to buy online but we felt it was too risky as a lot of money was at stake. Then there was the “lab created” diamonds and precious gems. ABSOLUTE LEGENDS!! The team at Pure Envy were absolutely outstanding and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! The craftsmanship of the ring was amazing, but it's the customer service that sets Pure Envy well and truly above other jewelers I was overseas in a completely different timezone when i began the consultation process, but Cathy was endlessly patient and accommodating as we walked through the process together. Getting the ring right took months of back and forth conversations, but I never once felt pressure to make a decision. Me not knowing a lot about the ring making process their expertise really helped educate me and helped inform my choices.
